I have been a parts geek customer for a few years and had no problems .Two weeks ago I order a transmission kit and flywheel. Got the transmission kit but not the flywheel.Parts geek sent the part but UPS!! damaged box badly and lose flywheel.PROBLEM IS !!!! PARTS GEEK CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TO STOP CONTACTING THEM AFTER I CALLED THEM TWICE AND STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE !!! FOR 6 DAYS !!! Really Really Really MAD!!!!!!!

I ordered a cv driveshaft from them and when I went to install it the inner joint was locked up. I tried for hours to call for a refund and cannot talk to anyone. When I posted a negative comment on their Facebook page I was blocked and cannot comment there anymore. The shipping to return the defective part will cost more than the part. I am using my wife’s Facebook account because these crooks have blocked me. My order number was ***. This appears to be my only recourse besides contacting my CC company.

I ordered a set of rear brake pads & rotors. I followed the categories as far as: year, make, model, engine size, sub model ex lx.
Several options came up, I chose one. The product that came didn't even fit my car. The rotors that I received are 5 bolt, my car is 4 bolt. Clearly not my fault. They agreed to refund my purchase, but at my expense for shipping. Which was ridiculous. And reading some of these other reviews, I probably wouldn't even have gotten a refund. So now I still have a set of brakes & rotors that are of no use to me. I'm trying to sell them locally, to recoup some of my money. What a HUGE waste of time & money.
This was my 1st & LAST time I will ever order from parts geek. Their customer service is horrible! Buyer beware...

Horrible experience. Waiting on a refund. Should have checked them for complaints/reviews. Never again.

ordered a calipearefrom last year never recived claimed it was lost cost 120 would not give money back orderd canister valve payed $25 for fast delverey they forgot to put street adderss so it was delayed this site cant get things wright will not order from them again

I had a large order one part was left out and they said well looks like it shipped so we will investigate then I said fine I still need the part so ordered a 2nd one waiting for their " investigation " charged me again for the part and the shipping and then they said will will not refund anything ect. I am beyond mad why if it was delivered would I buy a 2nd one? Their customer service is a complete joke. They wouldn't even let me speak with a manager I am completely disappointed and angry

Horrible customer service, hung up on me. Refused to allow me to talk with supervisor. After multiple calls, they put me on hold. The original customer service representative that hung up on me call my cellphone from a different number to argue about me complaining. Completely pathetic quality control across the board. Finally had to file a fraudulent charge to my Discover card for failure to receive anything.

Ordered parts, parts shipped *** with wrong address. Partsgeek has shipping instructions to carrier that recipient cannot update shipping information. Called partsgeek 4 times. Partsgeek will not contact *** with updated/correct address. Received nothing but runaround from partsgeek, customer service is nonexistent. Will dispute charges and never deal with partsgeek again. My customer is waiting on repairs that cannot be performed due to partsgeek lack of customer service. Do not deal with this company. Partsgeek is horrible.

Sent wrong part twice yet to make them up 225$ out the window. Will not use them again

I ordered a part for my pickup. Got the wrong part. Sent it back and ordered again. Could have swore I ordered the right part the second time.. still got the same part. They said it was me ordered the wrong part again.. I asked if they would pay to ship it back the second time since I played for the first one. They told me no way it was my fault I got the wrong part again. I told the manager I would not deal with them again. He said that's fine... pretty much told me to go away, after I ordered several parts from them and then ran into that problem... they treated me that way.. I'm unsubscribing them and won't deal or tell anyone else about them... so... as THEY TOLD ME..... NO GO AWAY...

As our website states on our customer service pages ***: All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. Mr. ordered the incorrect merchandise and we do not offer prepaid shipping labels for these circumstances. Every one need to know not to buy anything from you guys. You sent me the wrong product, I follow your return policy and still didn't get my money back. $200 I trusted you, but no more.

Worst, most irrational customer service EVER. They never refunded me for a returned part, yet their system says they did! Also, FedEx tracking says they "were not available to receive the package". It is a total mess on their end. They refused to file an insurance claim, which is THEIR responsibility. Otherwise, if I were allowed, I would have done it. Parts Geek cannot ever possibly help me because they never read my emails. It's always a redundant, derelict response. Been emailing for 4 months. Total *** company.

I would never buy from parts geek again.
Ordered on 3-13-2020 they werent even shipped until 3-18-2020. 5 freaking days.
When people are buying car parts it usually means their car is broken and need parts right away. 5 days to put a part in a box and ship it is totally unacceptable.

Mrs. order was shipped 03/16/2020 as Mrs. tracking history indicates. As our website and checkout screens also show Tracking numbers are usually available within 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS after placing your order. (On some orders it may take longer than 3 days) All tracking numbers are e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided at the point of sale. Ground orders are usually delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Some orders may take longer than 7 days. Mrs. order was delivered on 03/23/2020 within the 3-7 business days as promised. Defective part received, returned and would not give any refund. Buy from Detroit Axle if you want a quality product.

The return of items is horrible. Ive been waiting nearly 3 months for my refund. When I call I get the shuffle game. Sucks

Prices seemed ok. Used once. Shipping was a ripoff. I will not use this company again.

Made mistake on order, returned parts,so far in 3 weeks no progress on refund, switched to different company for parts until resolved.

Parts numbers dont match and truck runs worse than it did. When I left them feedback, I never heard back from them. Will not ever use partsgeek again.
