They sent the wrong part and tried to get me to pay to return it. The first guy that I spoke to on the phone, couldn't grasp the fact that they made a mistake. I had to ask for a supervisor 14 times before he put me on hold for ten mins and someone else got on the phone, and had me send pictures, proving I wasn't lying before they would send me a shipping label. Never again...I tell everyone I know to spend their money elsewhere. This company is a joke.

Parts Geek sent me the wrong part twice. Their customer service manager, Didi told me to order a specific part, even though I had concerns about fitment. When the part arrived, I confirmed it was the wrong part. They refuse to credit me for return shipping even though they've sent me the wrong parts twice now.

Come to find out what I bought was a refurbished aftermarket OEM style rim for my wife's SUV. The center hub was too small and didn't fit. I was promised a refund with paid return shipping. I had to pay $86 and change to return a rim that didn't fit due to no fault of my own, over 1/2 the price of the rim. Never again.

Awful support, problems with most orders. Ordered 2 items. Received 1 item. Requested help, had to supply pictures. RMA issued for the item I did not receive, instead of sending the product. Replies are unclear about what I am supposed to do: return nothing and get a refund?

Still waiting for my refund I was told to 7 to 14 days is day 9 and dont heard anything about my money yet

I ordered two parts for my vehicle during the holiday season. Both parts weren't the right parts I needed. What they showed on their website then and what they show now, are not the same. I tried calling to see if I can return the parts to get the correct parts, because it was the 31st day, the young man on the phone gladly told me "NO" and hung the phone up in my face. I didn't even get the chance to ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. I have two parts I can't use. I had to repurchase the hose I needed but haven't gotten the other part yet. And, I found another website that sell their parts for 1/2 of what Partsgeek.com sells theirs for. Their customer service is awful.

I bought a rear CV axle for my 2011 BMW 328i X-drive. DO NOT buy this product from Parts Geek. The part did not fit properly and it destroyed my wheel hub. Buy the $700 part from a BMW dealer rather than the parts offered by Part Geek. You cannot ship back a part you have tried to install and it is so heavy that shipping it at your cost exceeds the purchase price of $59. Do not trust this supplier.

Parts geek has a crappy return policy when they send you a wrong part. They want to charge you for returning wrong part even thou they are at fault for sending the wrong part. The gas tank I ordered was the correct year of my truck, they sent the wrong gas tank, and it would be too expensive to mail back. I do not have business rate shipping rates. This is treason isn’t co.

My experience with parts geek was not a good one. I could not get my core charge back because I exceeded their 30 day policy on returns. Granted it had been close to 6 months when I had time to return the cores. I believe it took 1 to 2 weeks to complete the delivery of the parts that leaves 2 weeks to return the cores. Also none of this information is on any of the paperwork I received with the parts not even a phone number. After being informed by customer service about the 30 day policy I went to the web site and sure enough it said there is a 30 day policy on returned parts and that’s all it said. Any normal person would think they are talking about the parts you just bought. You have to go to another page to find the inclusion of cores. With that being said I will not I repeat I will not be buying anymore parts from partsgeek unless I cannot get them anywhere else. From now on I will be buying my parts from *** There delivery time is quicker, their core charge was 10 dollars less and they have a 6 month return policy on cores. Just so you know I am restoring a 1973 Corvette and need a lot of parts which equates to a sizable investment in time and money. Now the 140 dollars you refused to return to me for my cores will not break either one of us but it has bought you the loss of a first time customer and a life time of bad publicity.

I simply ordered a rh side passenger hood hinge and the company sent the left hand driver side. So thinking I ordered the wrong part and to avoid the hassle of return shipping I painstakingly ordered once again a passenger side rh hood hinge again. In dissatisfaction this company sent the wrong item once more, I received the left driver side. I called them to fix this issue and I was told to pay to send it back. I simply wanted the correct item. Without hassle but this company is incapable of assisting with this issue and doing what they promised. Which is give me the correct part for what I paid.

This company has absolutely terrible customer service. And "Warranties"?? That's a joke.
If you are returning a part or in my case trying to deal with a warranty issue you will be met with full shipping cost for warranty coverage.
I had purchased some CV Axles that have a "Lifetime Warranty" both went bad at about 4,000 miles. I had to call to get my order number looked up as the website would not find it at all. Once that had been resolved by possibly the only nice person there. I had to call back cause the email with my return info was stating the shipping on it is my responsibility. I do not usually have a issue with this so long as it is me returning something I did screw up ordering. But warranties should be covered as many many out there are. The cheapest shipping quote I got was $77 through ***
At that cost I could just buy new ones and have them shipped for $40 more. I wont be buying new ones or anything else from them again. Had no issues with them before, but now??
Horrible service and a don't care attitude and poorly informed staff as nobody had the same story on coverage or guidelines on the warranty.

Bad communication. No tracking and no response to inquiries except a link to copy and paste a URL to your browser, sign in, enter the tracking number only to find it hasnt been shipped. Only marked shipped. The shipping service they used sent me a notification that the item was destroyed in shipment and discarded. They said the seller had been notified. It wasn't delivered to me at all!!!! Now all of a sudden the shipping info says in transit. I purchased the item on the 30th of Dec. *** will take care of me I'm sure , but this is a shady an unethical seller. This review is the 510th complaint with the Revdex.com in the past 3 years. Thanks for reading . There needs to be a choice for NO STARS.

BEWARE: Parts Geek ships incorrect parts and does NOT fix their mistakes. I ordered one part but they shipped another. They require BUYERS to pay for return shipping EVEN WHEN PARTS GEEK IS AT FAULT, then the buyer must re-purchase another part (that will potentially be incorrect again.) What company doesn't fix their mistakes?? This is NOT a good business model and their "Buy With Confidence" slogan on their website is NOT accurate with this kind of service and return policy. I will NOT buy another item from this company nor recommend them to anyone.

Had good result from 3 previous buy's. Last one not so much , after promising free shipping on 2 parts / kits over $230 , they charged shipping that doubled price on last two small parts on same order. It gets worse , kit had a right A arm that didnt fit car ,it was to long and two wide ( a diferant model ?) After trying to go thru the computer run around I called and talked to nice rep ,decided to buy correct A arm ( $46 ) so as to get customer back on road (all other parts in kit fit fine and were installed on car already ) and sort out bad part latter . I was assured all I needed to do was take photo of old and new incorrect part next to each other and credit would be issued . After many back and forths with return folks ,they said ship to AZ ( $34 shipping ,stupid on my part ) only when they got part did they say I had to return whole kit to get credit ! Really take rest of suspention back off customers car ? Last reply from them was" have a nice day " I didnt . The kit cost $100 or so , to replace the incorrect arm they sent me cost & $80 and after much run around they just said tuff ,have a nice day and by the way we arnt sending your part back . Will never buy from them again

I find that they keep me up-to-date and help me save money right now everything's working and are there helping me plan for the next car to build

The parts I ordered were the parts I received. First time without using the return process.

SCAM ALERT - Ordered hatch shocks for 1993 RX-7. No chance these will ever fit this car. They couldn't be further apart from the originals as they are missing a critical support bracket. It's clear these are generic shock absorbents that were sold for a hefty price as fitting a classic sports car, classic false advertising.
Best part is, when I called their office their team was laughing at me for crying over $40. For some of us, that's a lot of money.
