Extended Warranty not being full filled the way I was told it would be
I purchased a 3yr Protection Plan through your store (Walmart on Lakeside) for a Playstation I was told by the associate that if I had any problems with it within the 3yr extended warranty that I could bring it back to the store and exchange itI specifically asked the associate if I could just bring it back to the store and they would replace/exchange the productI am currently having a issue with my console and went to return/exchange it and was told by your supervisors ***, ***, and *** that I would have to go through the warranty company to get it fixed or replaced When I told them their associate said I could bring it backThey said that I was misinformed when in reality I was lied toI just want a exchange of this product and they said they couldn't help me when I told them what their associate said to me when I got the extended warrantyI just want to play my games and I know for a fact tha

I would not work at this Wal-Mart ever! They will fire you without any notice nor a legit reason whyThey accused me and three others of stealing but only laid off me and two others without reviewing the cameras above the register

I purchased a car battery from Walmart and it lasted less than a year they replaced it with one that lasted months and would replace it because I had already a return on one before I was informed by the store csm that they had some bad batteries to come through their store and maybe I had been sold two of them The assist manager walk to the auto center with me on my trip to the store and asked the dept manager what was the reason for the battery being dead he stated there was no working tested on site to let them know the reason so I was out of luck and need to purchase a new battery

I received a bill for 98.69, current charge and previous charge, this is wrong I always pay my bill each month The previous bill has no prove or fact to the amount due I only owe 49.35, and the company has not showed me proof of previous amount due, I records for payment

Today I needed to do some grocery shopping, usually I have someone to assist me as I have a service dog However, today I did not have that luxury So as I entered the Walmart in Cape Girardeau, MO, I was stopped by the door greeter and was told that dogs are not allowed in the store I expressed to the elderly woman that my dog is a service animal She then got a nasty attitude, told me to wait and told her supervisor that I had a dog When approached I again stated that she was a service animal and proceeded to inform them of ADA However I was still asked to leave

I attempted to purchase Canopy's at Walmart store #XXXXX as were advertised in the store for a price of $ This was not honored at checkout
On MAY 18, at approx hours, I attempted to buy (4) four canopies at Walmart, store number #XXXXX, At for an event I was attending this morningI took a picture of the advertisement that was in the store, then carried four of these canopies to the front of the store, and was told that the price was incorrect during checkoutI stated, the advertisement is not my fault and I would like the canopy's for the price as advertisedInitially, I was told they would not honor the advertisement and would give me only 10% off the non advertised price of $I did not accept this answer, however before I could speak another employee stated they would only honor (1) one canopy with the advertisement price of $AND this is the store policy
Since, I had an event to attend and had a schedule to keep, I could not entertain

Walmart does not back their oudated junk batteries
I bought a Maxx 75N battery on 2/14/within a week it blew up acid everywhere under my hood and all overthe battery I took it back to Walmart where I had to wait an hour for them to test the obvious exploded battery I was given the same model in exchangeThe second battery has been nothing but problems after my truck warms up the battery needle drops to eleven volts,the alternator has been replaced with a bigger Amperage then OEM as this truck has all the options and this battery is not the correct battery it has left me having to jump it atleast times and completely died on 11/28/Where I am stuck again waiting for over an hour talked with managers to no resoloution

We were shopping in Walmart with kids around pm Thursday October 13th, and were directed to a checkout counter that was filthy and drenched in chicken juiceApparently her name is *** When I asked her to use another register she said no , so told her it's unfair and our kids had school in the am she insisted I couldn't use another counter and said "you dumb *** I will kick your *** ***" I asked other associates for her name and they looked at me with a blank stareWhen I spoke to *** the front manger she rollled her eyes and gave me dirty looksThis is very serious I I will file a police report also

When terms stated that the stores would accept price matching with Amazon themselves, not third party sellers on Amazon, the cashiers at Walmart would NEVER follow through with thisAfter contacting a manager he stated that I was correct in the fact that they do accept this site as a price matching candidateBut still, several time and have never succeeded

I have travelled to many areas during my time in the military and the location at Hwy in Phenix City, AL has to be the absolute worst that I have ever visitedThe store is full of self-check out lanes and rarely has cashiers available to assistIt is as though they expect the customers to do the work for them for freeThe night shift customer service manager *** has to be the nastiest, most negative, ill spirited, unhelpful, and degrading manager I have ever dealt with in my lifeRather than her trying to assist customers that wish not to use a self check out, she would rather tell a customer she doesn't care if they shop there or not because she is going to get paid regardlessAnd this is the type of person Walmart has representing them! Almost every other Walmart that I have visited in any other location has at least one cashier available at all timesShe doesn't run her shift that wayI had an encounter with her on 4/29/in which she actually lied to another manager because she did not want to open a laneThis lady is not fit to a be a manager and Walmart should really consider the type of people they have representing them

This business has a sign behind the customer servers counter stating that they'll give money back within days of purchase with or without receipt.I've tried to return items without receipt a couple times, the first time I received a gift card, the second time the offered to exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value from the same departmentNeither of those cases did I get my money back

Called about a internet box, was told the wait to talk to a manger about this would be two hoursWent to the store and asked the *** (front end-yellow vest) who the store manager is...he refused to tell me and said he didn't know (such lies)Then *** called security and not *** *** the store managerAwful customer serviceDid he call security because I'm African American? I will be calling ethics at WM also to log complaint
