Bad customer service , I feel discriminated on I had my receipt bought item prev/day and they would NOT take item back I need to go to where I got it
Hi I went to the Walmart in Hurst Address: Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX XXXXX on 5/to return a piece of clothing I bought 5/with Walmart on eastchase Anderson blvd , and I was told I could not get a refnd and I needed to drive back to the Walmart I got the item from !!!Why would I need to go to the Walmart I got it from when there is no damage had my receipts and bought it a day before not even hrs this needs to be noted I went to this Walmart abt 8;am on 5/to the customer counter this is by far the worse experience , I spend to much money at Walmart to be treated in this way

I went to the Walmart store at South Rice on to buy a Straight Talk phone I bought an LG smartphone for $plus tax and a service card for $plus tax The salesperson, Kamal, asked me if I wanted him to register the phone and I said ok He then scratched out the service card and used it to set up my phone I asked him several times during the process what the phone number was, but he said he would tell me at the end When he did tell me, it had a area code Since this was to be a business phone, I needed a local area code He said that that was no problem,and proceeded to call Straight Talk to change the area code However, Straight Talk put him on hold He had other customers and left the phone hanging When Straight Talk finally answered, I picked up the phone and asked them to change the area code They said they couldn't I then asked to speak to a supervisor at Straight Talk He also said he couldn't change the area code I then asked to retur

Applied for a credit card online to save 15% Tried to shop with new credit card, only to experience a never ending loop and get kicked out of shopping When I called customer service "Trevor", an account manager, said they were sorry but there was no way they could help me - I would have to shop in a store to get my discount The store is over miles away! I cancelled my credit card and will never shop here again Target has better customer service!

today I have found out that wal mart has basically discontinue the savings catcher program unless you use there wal mart pay system, this basically drops millions of consumers from the program because they will refuse to relent to being forced to pay with a system that is in favor of someone else other than theirselves
Greed is the only reason that this is taking place because they have found a way to save millions of dollars by eliminating a long standing program of matching prices and being the champion of the lowest price avaliable

Walmart misleads customers with a simple straight forward return policy on their primary website, but a different policy on their corporate site
I was recently informed that although Walmart's in store return and exchange policy reads that they will accept any return with or without a receipt within days, they have a separate return and exchange policy on their corporate website which reads they may decline a return or exchange regardless of whether or not the customer has a receipt

I paid the first bill and discontinued the service
they keep billing me for service when I shut it off and paid whar I owedIt is Walmart family mobileThey mis spelled my name and did not shut it off like they said I never used this service at all

I had a online order I am suppose to pick up at Gratiot in Roseville, MIYou are usually suppose to get and email or text when the item is ready for pick up but I haven't been receiving the alerts so I decided to call the storeI have called this store several times and have been left on hold for 30-minutes each time I called and no one comes back to the phoneI would hang up and call right back and it would be the same thingI have even called customer service and explained what was going onThe representative tried to contact the store as well as was also told to hold on and no one ever came back to the phoneI know its the holiday season but this is ridiculous!

I purchased my glasses from WalMart Optical 10/They offer free cleaning and adjustmentsI had an adjustment 5/20/and a cleaning of the lenses at which time the Optician *** suggested a "deep" cleaning due to discoloration around the bridge of my glasses that would take "min"I chose to return for this procedure 5/23/around 5:45pm and *** was on duty againShe took my glasses for the cleaning as I concluded my shoppingUpon pick up of my glasses around 6:10p I asked about more adjustment and the visible debris between the lens and the frame so she took them to the back and proceeded to remove my lenses and clean itwhen she returned with them they needed more adjustment and I noticed what appeared to be fuzzy fingerprints on the lenses in my vision lineShe continued adjustment and brought them back and I attempted to wipe the "fingerprints" from the lens and concentrated more on the adjustment fitting and left the store to go homeDuring this time I was wearing perscription sunglasses as my vision is -and -so I cannot be without corrective lensesAnd since the daylight was still light enough I continued wearing my sunglasses during my return home which was around 6:pm when I switched out of my sunglasses into my regular glasses (I only have the pair in the current rx) is when I realized their was a problem with the lenses now being permantely damagedI phoned the optical department and spoke to *** indicating the lenses were damaged and she said to bring them back in but I was out of warrantyI could not return that same evening and the next morning phoned her Supervisor *** ***, the Optical Manager, she set a time on 5/25/around AM for me to have her look at themWhen we arrived at Walmart close to 8AM the optical department was not open and it was dark, I then browsed and purchased a blouse and around 8:15am then lights were lit in the optical department and we approached the area and met *** *** who looked at my lenses and said she did not know what it could be that damaged the lens because they only use water and asked if I had cleaned them with the wrong rag and not a microfiber cloth and indicated it was because my lenses were years old and it was deteriation of the lenses, they are year and months old and I did not have any problems prior to that date with clearly seeing through my lensesI was angry and cursed and she said she did have to deal with me if I cursed at her, and they were not going to do anything about this since "I am the "first" person to have this problemYou can visually see the crackled swirls which look like "fingerprints" now imbedded in the lensesI am forced to purchase $glasses in an emergency situation as it affects every aspect of my life, for the past couple of days I am wearing old prescription glasses from which I can only see clearly feet around me and everything else is blurry after thatI am trying to wear my prescription sunglasses that have my current prescription to get by until new ones are made for me at ***, I chose a hours place but due to my high prescription my lenses can take up to a week to completeThe fact that Walmart isn't admitting to the mistakes really makes me angry

Bought yard machine till in end of year and tried to use and its locked up Wal-Mart care plan said the company warranty cover They wont
Summer of is the purchase date I call the company and they told me to take it to their service area and they said it had water all in it and the company wont cover because of how maybe walmart stored it I paid over dollars to look at it and walmart care plan said the company to cover it The lawn and garden manager said she will give me a refun but when.I went in they said she don't work there anymore

I went to the Walmart store at Address: Hickory Creek Blvd, Hickory Creek, TX on 11/22/and advertised items for the event were not even in store For example I wanted to purchase the Ryan's World Giant GOLD Mystery Egg for $approx When I arrived and looked over the entire store there, I was told that the store did not receive the shipment for the goods, and that several of the items advertised are not for sale as they did not get them, but we can still shop and buy items in the store that are on sale This is classic bait and switch tactics and is deceptive in nature I am only looking for Walmart to honor the original Black Friday offer and allow me to at least purchase online which should resolve the issue
