I purchased three Holiday sweaters one week agoMy son did not wear his so I tried to return it today
I was only returning one sweater out of the three I had purchased with a receiptI was informed by customer service that all Holiday items were not returnable
However, when I purchased these items there wasn't any sign up saying that and it also did not say that these items were a "Final Purchase" and not returnable on my receipt
Holiday items in the store are now 50% off and there are signs posted that these will be "Final Sale"
However, I paid full price for my items before Christmas
I tried to return a Christmas Sweater with the tags still on and a receiptI was refused
Something is not right about this and I wish to file a complaint about this store in Rockaway, NJ
I have unjustly been denied a refund
Would you please help me solve this?

on 4/24/at approx9-9:30pm there was a incident Walmart on emain store in which a greeter...ask a lady to see her recite upon leaving the store there were two African American woman involved in this incidentthe greeter saw both ladies at the u- scanner paying for there itemshowever one was ask to present her recitethe one that was ask to present her recite said in a very clam voice I will show my recite to a store managerthe other one ask the greeter why was she ask to see her reciternone of the action from both ladies were disrespectful however the greeter made a seen with this one lady that was ask to present her recitethe sore manager arrive and verified that the item was paid for both ladies proceed out the store.....the problem that the lady that was ask about the recite stated in a clear tone that this particle greeter gives her a problem ever time she is in that Walmart storeit is very disturbing

Walmart is a joke and no good I bought a tire from them days ago and it goes flat every day I sent my wife there to get it fixed they took her keys and refused to help her my wife had to *** her keys from the employee so she could leaveI went the next day to try and get it fixed and the same lady looked at my reciept and said she would be back they got another manager and he said I can't honor our warranty and tried to blame the tire on my wife and tried to sell me another one I fefused and I said to honor your warranty or I was going to get a lawyer and he told me to get my st and get outI then was going to my van that had my bosses company logo on it they called my boss and made up a story and tried to get me firedI have never been so upset and I think they should stand by there warranty and replace my tire and they will be hearing from my lawyer soon

On 3/5/I purchased a 2-year-service plan for a product I purchased I filed a claim as instructed and received a claim # I was told that a packaging box and label would be shipped to me within business days However, I would have to pay an additional $to proceed I questioned this as I previous paid $for the service plan and nothing is mentioned in the specifications of the plan that says I have to pay an additional fee I even clicked on the Terms and Conditions to get more information but again there is nothing stated of an additional service fee
