Last year around the first week of November of I filled a claim for my Element TvThe repair guy got back with me on the 10th of NovemberHe asked me some questions about what needed fixedI let him know my speakers & digital out are not working wellHe told me he would order the parts & get back with me
After not hearing back from the repair guy I called Walmart's extended warranty departmentThey informed me the repair guy came out to my house and said there was nothing wrong with my speakersI then told them the repair guy never came to my house or my propertyHow could he come to this conclusionThis went on for a few months because I asked for another repair companyDuring this time they canceled my claim several times & I would have to get it going againAt this time they canceled/completed my repair again by saying-

In Walmart Black Friday ad it says you get a $Walmart gift card with zero Down For qualified customersI went to Walmart in monaca pa on thanksgiving day and stood in line for a hourI was able to get the cell phone but I had to come back to have it activatedWhen I came back that night an waited again for my turnI was then told I had to put Deposit down an I wouldn't get the gift cardI asked to speak to the manager cause it doesn't state that in the fine printI guy came over and said it does " with zero down for qualified customers " but it does say anything about if you have to make a depositSo how is it right that a cell phone carrier asked for a deposit an Walmart won't give you the gift card? It has nothing to do with Walmart gettting the depositif a customer can get a up grade an pays a line off right there on spot at Walmart they can get the gift cardHow is that fair at all?

I visited a Walmart Vidion Center in Grove City OhioI called in to schedule my appointment, they went over my insurance information, checked for available benefits and scheduled my appointmentIn my appointment day I'm then charged an extra $that was not mentioned during the callPer my knowledge my insurance has always covered everything and I had a 10$ co-pay, but because services are already rendered I paid the extra moneyBetween the amount I paid out of pocket and the amount my insurance covered it ended up being more than the quoted exam price(This is the first issue) My second issue is $of the money was allocated to what they call a fitting fee only I was not fitted for lensesI was given a trial pair that was not my script or brand and in regards to wanting colored lenses I was given a paper for one brand and sent on my wayThe third issue is I called in to order lenses and when I hadn't heard back over a week later I called in to find out how much longer it would be, turns out they never ordered themMy next issue I have is the scripts I was given are all different, different strengths, different brands and now I'm having an issue getting another vision center to fill my scriptNow I've used my insurance benefits, wasted extra money only to end up with a trial pair that I couldn't wear, and will end up having to pay another doctor to be able to get lenses I can use

I went to return a package of eggs that were recalled and upon speaking to the customer service employees, I was made aware they were aware of the recall and have not posted any signs warning of the recall nor have taken any recalled products from the shelves at the time of or prior to me purchasing and returning the eggsThe staff member who I spoke with was also very rude regarding me not having a receipt nor were they willing to refund me for a product that was used with the eggs

On 3/5/I purchased a 2-year-service plan for a product I purchased I filed a claim as instructed and received a claim # I was told that a packaging box and label would be shipped to me within business days However, I would have to pay an additional $to proceed I questioned this as I previous paid $for the service plan and nothing is mentioned in the specifications of the plan that says I have to pay an additional fee I even clicked on the Terms and Conditions to get more information but again there is nothing stated of an additional service fee

I was going to purchase "my life" 18" dollsthe shelf pricing for the dolls were clearly marked on clearance for $none of the dolls had a price on them when I went to purchase the dolls, of the dolls rang up for instead of 14.84.I explained to the cashier that the shelf price stated the cashier checked with the toy manager and the toy manager said she could give me a 10% discount I explained to the toy manager that the shelving price clearly said the toy mgrsaid she could only give me a 10% discount I did not purchase the dolls but took them with me to the customer service areaI asked to speak to the manager, but I was told that the manager was in a meetinganother lady said she was taking the place of the manager I explained the circumstance and the stamanager said all she could do was the 10% discount I have photos of the shelving price and the actual dolls in question

On January 9th I attempted to return an item that I purchased about a month ago at the Walmart Elk Grove location located at Bruceville Rd, unable to find my receiptAfter reading the Walmart store policy, which states "We will happily exchange or refund merchandise purchased from Walmart within days of purchase, with or without a receipt." The store clerk stated without a receipt he could only except item exchange for equal or lesser valueAt that point I asked to speak to a manager, at which time I relayed the same information to the manager (Ashley)she said she could only except an exchange as wellI took the merchandise back with me as that is not an acceptable resolution! I'm very upset! I have never been treated in such manner before in my life! I wanted to purchase a one-time-only debit card that I could use anywhere without the risk of my entire bank account being affected, so I chose a prepaid card- I had to pay with cashFirst, I went to the Sequim store, where I asked a dumbfounded employee which card would be best for my purchasing needsI was choosing between wm visa debit, wm debit mastercard, and the silver $mastercardI went to the Port Angeles store next, again encountering a dumbfounded employeeI decided on the wm debit mastercard, gave the cashier my photo identification card, and patiently waited while he paged the managerShe took time to get there, made the transaction, THEN informed me that the card is not a gift card, but a non-refundable card with attached feesShe said I should have read the card packaging carefully before making my purchaseI researched the sprocess and discovered that I would need to provide my social security number to use the card! It seems one cannot dispute the card purchase, so I had to decide between losing $(being charged $5-$monthly until the balance reaches $0) or providing my personal identification to a company with bad reviews (see Revdex.com reviews on green dot)It seems to me that these companies are okay with making money from ignorant customers who impulsively grab what they think is a gift card, only to be scammed out of their hard-earned cash

I PURCHASED A SET OF FOUR TIRES FROM YOUR BELLEVUE LOCATION STORE ON SOUTH 15TH STREET I CALLED IN ADVANCE THE DAY PRIOR TO ASK ABOUT STORE AVAILABILITY OF THE TIRES THAT I WAS PURCHASING THE MORNING OF HAVING THE TIRES PLACES, I CALLED THE STORE TO GET A PRICING TOTAL SO THAT I HAD ENOUGH CASH TO PAY THE BILL DURING MY VISIT IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE INFORMATION THAT I WAS GIVEN ABOUT THE TIRE SIZE NEEDED WAS INCORRECT AND I ACTUALLY NEEDED A LARGER TIRE THE LARGER TIRE WAS AN ADDED COST INCREASE, SO I WENT AHEAD AND HAD THE TIRES PLACED I HAD TALKED ON THE PHONE TO THE SERVICE REP ABOUT THE INSTALLATION AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WOULD MOUNT AND BALANCE THE TIRES I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE BALANCE WAS FREE OR AT LEAST IT WOULD BE A SMALL SURCHARGE IT WAS NOT UNTIL I WAS PAYING THE BILL WITH THE CASHIER THAT I LEARNED I WAS BEING CHARGED $PER TIRE OR A TOTAL OF $FOR LIFETIME WHEEL ROTATION AND BALANCING

The Walmart prepaid Visa card is misrepresentative and fraudulent of its usesThe packaging continuing the purchased card states "Can be used anywhere visa debit is accepted" however what they don't tell you is that if it is for an international purchase that you must wait in them to send you another cardThis is revealed upon, and only upon, a call to the customer service department to inquire as to why your purchase is in a visa debit card that states it can be used anywhere has been declinedIf one needs to make an immediate international payment and loads money into this card the only way to get ones money back is to call customer service and wait weeks for them to refund your moneyAgain, this is not stated on the cardThe card represents itself as fully usable out of the packageIt is notFraudulent business practice

Walmart of Dyersburg TN Shows entirely to much favoritism when it comes to its employeesYou pretty much have to kiss *** in order not to be coached or written upManagement is really quick to blow off customers and handed off to associatesYes I understand its an associates job to help customers but when a customer ask managementthey are quickly blown off and makes excuses The Store Manager literally walks around with his head up his rear end and blames associates when department manage complains to him3rd shift is by far the worse and had the worse management I have ever seenit makes no sense that customers have to wait to minutes when a lot of the associates are not trained to do certain thingsThis is by far the worse job I have ever hadUnfair Managementthere are some good ones but half of the management are terribleThe store is filthy dusty shelves and lots of bugsthe bathrooms are terriblethat back room smells like pure urine and general receiving never stays clean

The gave me fake money a $dollar bill and didn't want to own up to it after my return I tried to buy stuff with the money they gave and then came back n told me it was fake and could help me or verify it Aureliano was the Assistant Manger whom was very rude and not helpful The cashier's Name is Lisa and she the only who works in customer Service and she knew she has done wrong check your money before accepting it from this Walmart I don't want some else to have to go through this

This complaint is in regards to a specific Wal-Mart store in Lansing, IL that is advertised as 24hours but closes at midnightThis is my local store, however I have had to travel to a further location because the service does not represent the Wal-Mart experience
I have been trying to track an order placed by someone other than myself on 08/18/from my gift registry that was due to arrive at the store on 08/31/I have contacted the store everyday for the past weeks and get the same responses: busy signal, piand hang-up, pand told one minute then call disconnects, or constantly ringing for minutesOne time I had such a hard time getting through I had to go to the store just to be told the item was not there and that I should wait for the notification that it has arrivedI have even spoken with a manager at the store on 09/05/that was supposed to check on this item and call me back that day, and I have not received a call back yet
I have called the customer service line several times and the status still says "Shipped and invoiced" with an arrival date of 08/31/as of todayI have tried to speak with a customer service representative to find out where the item is, and have been told that they cannot give me any account information if I cannot verify the billing or email addressI have explained to the associate that I am not looking for account information, I simply want to know if this item has arrived at the store or has been sent back because it was purchased for me from my registry and I provided the order number for it
I feel like I am getting the run around and when I ask ed to speak with a Supervisor or Manager, I'm told I can'tI have never had such an experience with any Wal-Mart store and am very disappointed with the service I have received thus farFrom the associates I have spoken with, I feel like my issue is of no importance to them and that I am being a burden, and as a customer I should not be made to feel that way

On 9/2/I took our truck into the Walmart super center at Vista Knoll Parkway in Reno NV, around 3:pmTwice the tech came to ask if I was aware that the oil pan drain plug was bent and that they could not perform the oil change if it was damaged(It is a rubber gasket) I should have known right then what kind of employees I was dealing withthen they asked if I was aware of leaks coming from the engine (yes, and it is a common issue with our truck, not a major deal) and then they proceeded to take photos of the un-linked sway bars (which they had nothing to do with the service I requested), finally they began to change the oilthey proceeded to unhook the air filter(didn't need to be unhooked) and remove the hoses and connectors, they drained the oil, and then tried to put on an oil filter for a light weight vehicle(not even the same size as the filter they removed), after a drawn out discussion my guess is that they finally decided it was not the correct filterThey retrieved what appeared to be the correct filterand installed itthey failed to even perform the services they have listed on their website

with the exception of one they checked the front and rear differentials for fluidbut when doing this they must have accidentally or purposefully drained the fluid and failed to replace itthey noted on the receipt that they checked it and made no other notes about levels or the need to refill itand marked the cases with their industry standard blue marksFinally they closed up the truck and sent me on my way around 5:45pm (over two hours to do a basic lube and oil change)
About yards outside of the shop area there was a strange rattling noise coming from the enginelow and behold they failed to connected the air filter to the engine ( could have destroyed the engine if it went unnoticed)I hooked it back up myself
upon further inspection it was also noticed that they had used lock-tight on the oil pan sealand a few other things they had touched( if it gets in the engine oil it will destroy the engine) ,
I also checked the tires and they were over inflated by to lbs each (also noted on the receipt...) which driving long distances at highway speeds could have caused a fatal situation if I had not checked itI called the store manager the moment I got home and complained about the service and he wanted us to bring our vehicle back to have him perform the servicebut after that experience I am never taking any of my vehicles to them againso I told him no
The next day 9/3/I was heading out to a camping trip with friends and family and about miles outside of Reno, NV about 9:30am (less than hours since the service) the truck began to make a strange noise and lurched forward it felt like my engine had blown upI immediately stopped and pulled off the roadI check the drive line, the tires, the fuel pump, then I noticed the telltale blue marks on the front and rear differentialsat that moment I realized what they had donethey had opened the differentials up at the shop to check them and failed to make sure whatever fluid they removed or let drain out had been replacedI called the store manager and told him what had happened he said that we could tow it back to their shop and have it looked at by the insurance adjustorNeedless to say that my truck was friedI called AAA and had them tow the truck back to my home
I told him that the truck will be available at our property or at a mechanic of our choosing for their adjustor to inspecthe had no responseI was unavailable until 9/7/and on on 9/7, 9/& 9/I called the manager multiple times with no responseI finally called their market office at the Keitzke location and spoke with a lovely lady named ***...she finally provided my with a claim number and contact for their insurance agent at Sedgwick insuranceI called and had to leave a message with no responseI so I called the Vista Knoll location again and had my girlfriend ask for the direct contact for their liability insurance claims (since clearly they were avoiding me)we received another number and called and left a message with no response
I called my car insurance company and they helped me locate the adjustor for my claim against Wal-Martsame daythe Sedgwick adjustor on a recorded phone call asked me about what service I had come in forand what that service entailed I let him know that is something he should know since it was his client that performed the serviceI had to be the one to tell him what he was supp

Originally put in an order for same day photo cards at the Hudson, Wisconsin location last nightWhen going to pick them up I was told that their printer was out of inkHow is this even possible for a Store that has a photo department to to be unable to operate without having always having backup printing ink My experience with Customer Service today was also horribleI was put on hold three times, each waiting over twenty minutes for someone to pick up the phone in the photo center and or a store manage This is a real disappointment as I am a teacher and I had planned on using them for my classroom needs The 1-800-Walmart and Woodbury location was also a huge disappointment as I couldn't get through to anyone to ask a simple question as to if their photo center was operating so I could reorder my cards Never Again! I purchased this to test out T-Mobile service in my area at WalmartThis was sold as a month to month service where I thought service would stop working after daysI just received a past due bill for $for service last monthI didn't know the service would keep going and going, this was purchased for a trial and thought it would stop after days unless I purchased more serviceI called in to have the charge removed and the line cancelledThey mentioned they would cancel service and send a final bill - I used the service about times within the first few days then tossed the SIM card as service was horribleI expected a credit for the amount that I was billed outside the first days as I had no intent to continue service.I was told I would receive a final bill and if that wasn't paid it would go to a collection agency
