I purchased tires from Walmart in Sevierville Tennessee and they refuse to honor the warranty ,said it was my fault they are faulty, talked down to me
I purchased tires forthere and they are now all four sunken in the middle and very dangerous now ,and the technician said it was my fault ,that I either didn't rotate them or that I over or under inflated them,he more or less said they would not replace them because the tires being faulty were my fault, but I assure you I take care of my car because I can't afford to buy new tires every year I am a working woman whose husband is disabled and I have to rely on my car so I make sure it is serviced,is a great amount of money to me,the tires are very dangerous now they slide all over the road when it is wet and I'm sure when there is snow or ice on the road it's going to very dangerous,I did not appreciate the way the man talked down to me (because I feel like I'm a woman )and the store manager was no help with my cause either,

I spent over an hour calling the store just to get find out if they had an item in stock the person answering the phone kept putting me on hold .I then called the walmart support line and was on hold for minutes then was telling the person about my store complaint They just transferred me to the wallmart number starting me over in the phone Que I just was on the phone for minutes

WALMART SERVICE CENTER REVIEWMy wife took her RAVto have a simple oil change done at the service center at WalmartWe provided our own Toyota Filter and bought oil there and after the oil change the next day she drives all the way out to Jordan Lake for the day and after arriving she sees a large pool of oilShe then drives back to Clayton where I meet her at WalmartAssuming the service tech forgot to put the o-ring in when he replaced the oil filter the manager agreed to provide us with an oil change and gave my wife $50, a $Walmart gift card & a free oil change for the inconvenience of having to drive back to Walmart and oh yea possibly almost destroying her engineThey perform the oil change again and the car is still leaking oil and we realize that the damage was worse than expectedSo now I have to rush to the Toyota dealership and find out what the damage isThe service tech at Walmart had either dropped or overtightened the filter cap causing a crack so when pressure was applied as oil was running through the filter it would leakIt took about two days to make the repairs and get the car back from ToyotaDuring this time my wife could not work driving for LYFT as that's what she does to help bring in some extra cashAfter talking to the Service Center Manager I explained my wife is out two days of work and he explained I would have to work with the claims agent for Walmart and that he will submit the report and claims would contact meWell days later I finally get a call and the claim agent says that they will pay the $260+ for the repair that I had to pay out of pocket forI explained to him that my wife drives for LYFT and couldn't work that Thursday or Friday and now we are out a lot more money than $260+He states that they do not negotiate claims for lost wages and that I would only be reimbursed for the repair cost and now my only option is to take Walmart to small claims court just to recoup the wages my wife would have made those daysIt's a shame a billion dollar corporation treats their customers like this and refuses to do the right thingI will say the only bright spot in all of it though was the service manager at Walmart was very helpful and niceI'm just disappointed that Walmart would not do the right thingI would not recommend the Walmart in Clayton or any Walmart service center as they refuse to reimburse for any lost wages regardless of the situation so if you use your vehicle for work stay away from there service centersHopefully this review is helpful and no one else has to go through an experience like this

Problems seeking refund/return in Sioux Falls Walmart stores
The Walmart stores in Sioux Falls, SD at the following locations:
W60th StN., Louise Aveand SMinnesota Ave
ALL have refused to follow their own written return/refund policies over the past two weeks, when I have attempted to return items, all of which had receipts and would qualify for returnHowever, their unprofessional, unhelpful "employees" have caused me great distress by refusing to help me
Furthermore, they make up new "policies" out of thin air, such as claiming I had the wrong Serial # of TV in the "wrong" box, they claimed they would not help me with a PRICE ADJUSTMENT for an item I was charged DOUBLE for, because it came from Sioux City, Iowa Walmart and another item they wouldn't accept because it too was bought in Iowa and "wasn't in their system!"
Walmart truly is a very greedy, unprofessional corporation and cares nothing about decent customer service and it is a disgrace to Disabled Co

I would like to warn any and all who might send their wives to have a flat fixed at the Woodville Texas Walmart or the Walmart in Alvin Texas to beware
First I took my vehicle to the Woodville Texas Walmart to have the right rear tire fixed and was told they could not find any leakSo I then went on a trip to Alvin Texas and when I checked the tire it had lost air and then took it to the Walmart in Alvin Texas to have it repaired again and was charged for the repair but after returning to Woodville Texas the same tire was still leaking
I then sent my wife to the Walmart in Woodville Texas to have the same exact tire repaired and they told her that the tire was a cheap tire(bought it from walmart,Woodville Texas) and that it was dry rotted and could not be fixed (approxyear old tire with fair tread,no cracks)
because they had had so much problem finding the leak(nail) I took the tire washed it sprayed it with soap found the nail and marked it with a crayon so they would find it Each and every time I have gone to this walmart they have ruined the wheel covers so I removed it beforehandIt is apparent that they are in the business to sell "wheel covers" and "tires" and have trained their employees to destroy your wheel covers and lie to anyone they believe might not know much about cars
My advice is to drive right past Walmart T.L.Eand go to a real tire shop I have worked on cars since the 60's but am now disabled and would really like to find someone who will not lie to my wife with the intent to sell her things she does not need

I have shopped at Wal-Mart for years and I visit the location on Shackleford in Little Rock AR on 06/30/and they said another customer stole my wallet which was a case for the Galaxy plus along with about dollarsI was told that I would be compensated by a corporate customer service rep no later that 07/05/Since the incident I was told by the assistant manager that a black lady took my walletI went home and logged into another phone to find the location of my phoneIt was still showing at Wal-Mart so I went back and my son kept making the phone siren as he rode around the parking lotI went back in the store and she said that their wasn't an asset protection worker there so I made the police reportI looked behind the self-check because there were no other lanes openI was approached by the manager to say a customer stole my wallet and told me the time she attempted and fail but now the lady is whiteShe told me the time she tried again and looked around to see if anyone was watching and ran out the storeI do not believe for one minute that their story is true because their employee had to clear the error from my register and it was plenty of workers standing aroundMy question and review is based on the principle that Wal-Mart say it stands for and the commercial showing lanes are openI have not yet received my phone, wallet or money back

I was rejected the service of check cashing*** from the Chula Vista Walmart at Broadway said she could not cash my check because it showed initials for the first nameI told her I have cashed my payroll check there many times beforeShe then asked for a second ID because my Driver's License showed a PO BoxI provided her with a second ID and she still refused to cash the check stating that Walmart does not cash checks with Initials for the first nameI told her that all 200,state employees checks are written that way and she said she would not cash State Employees checksIs that where Walmart stand on this or is this ***'s own policies? Many State Employees shop at Walmart and I feel we are being discriminated because an orthographic issueIs this an issue that SEIU would be best suited to handle? I am very disappointed with the way we are being treated by Walmart after providing valuable service to the State where we reside
