I used the online grocery for the first time on August Picked up groceries with my babies in the carEverything seemed okayA few issues but nothing worth bringing attention to
Until I saw my debit card trying to be used in Arkansas on October It was two transactions from Walmart
I called and they said there's only one order under my name and that I should call my bankSo I didThis led me to close my bank card, pull the remaining money off of that account and wait for a new card while it's being investigated
Come to find out, online grocery charges your card and when they do, it'll show up as Bentonville, ARNot only that, but I was told that they have something called late billing that allows up to days to bill someoneNo business should be able to hold your debit card info and just randomly process it within those daysThen the bill was broken up into two orders so it looked suspiciousEven to the Walmart employees that I had talked toThey told me to take it to the Revdex.comIt's almost like writing hot checks Someone uses their debit card at that time because they canI doesn't mean help yourself to process it within days, that money may have not been in there which would then make me acquire fees for an overdraw
I warn anyone who tries online grocery to be aware of thisI won't be doing it again at the Highland Village, Tx WalmartEspecially after reading about the fraud they have had through their online system

I have been with Walmart Family Mobile for years and have paid my bill on timeI schedule a payment to be taken out of my bank account on May 7,The funds were taken out May 9,Walmart Family Mobile reverse the funds back into the accountWalmart Family Mobile then tried to take the fund againWalmart Family Mobile continued several times causing several fee to be contribute to my accountThe fees grew to over $dollarsMy bank supplied me with copies for Walmart Family Mobile but they refuse to remove the feesWalmart Family states they charged me for usage but I am not disputing usage just the fees on my bank accountMy bank is willing to help but Family Mobile has refused to helpI have continue to pay my cellphone bill but I will not pay over the fees that they say I owe for late fees because I would not have late fee had the funds not been reverse by Family MobileThis reversal of funds has caused all these problems, which was done by Walmart Family Mobile

Vizio 32" Smart TV - I opened it up and there was a crack in the screen and I took it to Walmart and they told me the serial numbers don't match and that its been returned beforeDon't believe me come show up at my house

If the sign is to apply to ALL items in that area, perhaps Walmart should consider moving one of the signs t

A couple days ago I went to that Walmart that is at S Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO and was treated like a common criminal which I am notI'm a Retired Veteran and I felt like the reason that I was treated as such was cause of the color of my skin and I do not appreciate it at allNext time I go to that store again and see the same thing, I will make the next move and call TV news and record to get as much proof as possible

Walmart Tire and Lube Insufficiently repaired a tire against their policy, and put my family in danger knowing that we were driving miles home
On Sun., May 15, 2016, we got a flat tire as we were leaving our hotel in Panama City Beach, FL We went to the Walmart at Front Beach Rd, PCB, FL and asked them to repair the hole in our tire as it was rapidly leaking air We were told that if they would not be able to patch the tire, that they would call so we could replace the tire If they could patch the tire, then they would call when the tire was finished They never called so after hours, we showed back up and they said that they had patched the tire and it had been ready for an hour Somewhat frustrated that we waited an additional hour for no reason, we gratefully paid the $for the patch and headed home to AtlantaWhen we got almost miles away, our tire started leaking air rapidly again We had to drive miles back to Columbus, GA, the closest major

This store has the THE WORST tire place around I go in for new tires and come out with a wrecked transmissionThe mechanic decided to take my car for a "race" after having put new tires on it, does a neutral drop, and there goes my transmission I now am without a carThe bad part is that I was standing there watching as it all happened!! Just think what they do to cars when you drop them off and come back!

I went to Walmart Department Store, located on SStewart, I purchased a virus protection for my laptop, McAfee-Antivirus plus on 12-23-I took the Protection plan home, I called McAfee antivirus to activate the McAfee antivirus security planAnd it would not let me activate itThe technician tried it twiceThey said that something is blocking them from activating the virus protectionSo I took the protection plan back to Walmart with the receipt to get my money backThe assistant manage, *** told me that I can not get my money back Friday, December 30, at 12:15pmI have a virus protection I cannot get activated and I want my money back

Very frustrating dealing with the claims department at WalmartEarly September I ran into major issues with my car from an oil change at Walmart AutoI was sent back to Walmart from a mechanic stating I now had major issues with my engineFiled a claim and after three weeks was finally called backSigned documents and sent back to Rafael at the claims department in ARAt this point it's early October when I finally got a call backRafael stated and in the paperwork it is documented I have had my claim approved and Rafael wanted to "expedite my claim to me"Sent paperwork back and Rafael then went of town until October It has now been since September 12th that I've had my car with such issuesWinter is coming and I need my car fixed like yesterdayI have been sitting waiting with no response from not one human being at the claims department since, including Rafael who is supposedly helping me; also had "sent" my checkHad a perfectly working Toyota and now I can't drive itVery unsatisfied with this company to the point I almost want to start legal actionsIt has been over a month now waiting for my check and it's beginning to cost me work time to find rides and money to pay for ridesNot happy at all

In February, I purchased some jeans online from walmart.com I received the jeans and noticed they were missing a belt loop I have to wear belts with all pants I contacted the company online I informed them I am very busy and wasn't sure when I could make it to the store to return the item They stated I could return the product at any time due to it being a defect In June I made the trip to return them, only to be told it is outside the return policy and they wouldn't do anything about it Here the jeans still sit on my dresser Un-usable product I tried as a last attempt to call them today, only to be told they can't do anything, even though the product is a defect, because I waited too long to return them

at the end of May my ex husband bought a air pillet rifle for my grandson which is only years old this rifle was not intended for a child so on aug I bought the rifle back to wal mart wanting a refund on a card so I could get my grand son a gift for his birthday the store was Pineville Louisiana #XXXXX manager *** *** the the girl at service did the right thing and called for her manager when the rifle came up She had to clear with manager because of the amount of purcashManager came up about to minutes and told she could not return my money because I had no recpecitSo I left the store still with a rifle I could not give my grandchildTwo days latter I returned to the store with recpecit in hand and was thinking I was going to get my money back on a card so I could get my grandchild a gift never did get to see manager Im was told that the days was over but the rifle had a year warranty that they could not give me my money backSo I left the store with no money card and no gift for my grandchild on his 5th birthdaythe rifle was bought on May and I tryed to returned on AugThe owhole issue was they did not want to return a ticket item for the rifle was never used still brand new

I was shopping at the Wal-Mart in Ofallon, IL today, for a Playstation for my husbands birthdayI also wanted to purchase a televisionTHere were two televisions that I was interested in; however, the boxes had limited information and and I couldn't find a displayI asked the sales associate for assistanceBecause I wanted help with the PSand the TV's, I asked if he would like to help a male customer firstHe then proceeded to ask what I neededI asked about the specifications on the two televisionsThe only thing that he would say is" I can't tell you any more thean whats on the box." I asked if there was a display, since they were off brand televisionsHe pointed me in the direction of the displaysAfter looking at the televisions, I asked if they were or 1080p and he again stated "I can't tell you any more than ehats on the box."

I took my car to have two tires put on at the piqua, Ohio storeThe boy driving it out of the garage wrecked it resulting in it being totaled and them wanting to give me a hard time with compensating meVery upset, angry and aggravated

I purchased a pair of glasses at Walmart in Philadelphia Mills, Philadelphia, PA only to discover I was charged for things I did NOT ask for which totalled $more than I planned on paying I called and returned to the store for a credit of my entire purchase since I had used my Visa Credit card and explained to the woman I had NOT asked for these "extras" nor was I going to pay for them The woman could not return my purchase since she had no idea how to do a return, without the help of another employee In the end my return was requested but I was informed it may have gone through 2x and if so I had to return the money! Really?? I would never keep THEIR mistake They obviously need employees who KNOW how to do their job! Weeks later I attempted to purchase another pair of glasses at the Bensalem, PA store which I needed to return since the fit was too big This is one of the down falls with getting glasses at Walmart The associates do not fit you they let you pick out glasses and that is it, they place your orderI returned the glasses which I had purchased with my Visa Debit card and received a Visa credit back on the same card and NOT cash I asked why I was receiving a credit instead of cash and her explanation was that is how it is to be doneWhen I asked the associate who assisted with the return, how long it would take before I see this credit his response was, if not immediately then within the hour Needless to say that did NOT happen and here I am the very next day writing my review to WARN others The purpose of using my debit card is exactly that It is just like cash which is what I should have received in my hand and NOT a credit which will now take a week to get back After speaking with the Assistant Manager, it is the store policy to give back cash! AGAIN, Walmart needs to get with the program when they are hiring and training employees Lesson learned: stay away from Walmart for glasses! Never had a problem until now after many years of going there It is sad when competent employees cannot be hired!
