The Walmart store located on North Avenue and Cicero in Chicago Illinois really needs major improvements on every level customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional Products are never fully stocked shelves are empty most of the time poorly trained individuals in the bakery area take orders that are not fulfilled when customers have tried to complain in person to the manager the manager does not appear in the store when calling to check the status of an online order I was hung up on multiple times and the manager never answer the phonethen the store associates ultimately stop answering the phone there have been various incidents on various days and I have shopped at the store over the past six years and I will never return due to the unprofessionalism, the lack of products stocked and just the terrible way the store has been run Most associates are unprofessional and the manager is always missing what does Walmart corporate intend to do about this store????

Walmart Catoosa, OKlahoma refuses to accept my $return with recent receiptI have made two attempts and contacted the customer service hotline I want to return an item that I purchased on August 16, It is a Swiffer Jet mop I paid $forI have the original receipt, and I paid with debit cardThe mop stopped working after a piece on the handle broke off with a few usesI first attempted to return it the evening of August 20th after it stopped working over the weekendThe CSA, [redacted] refused to issue me a refund based on "We can't accept this because it looks used and worn out." on this day: 01/02/ I purchased tires for my Ftruck Happy with purchased then in 02/2018, we had flat on left rear tire we tired to take off our truck tire r Realized my truck had Lock lug nuts on all I was never told they put licks on my truckWe had to force off the lock, took tire in wher I purchased my tires At E Main St, Farmington NM The service guy refused [redacted] to say they made mistakeThis caused me hardship of gas from Shonto Az to Farmington NM THEY REFUSED TO SAY THEY MADE MISTAKEI HAD TO PAY FOR NEW TIREI should have got it free and new lugs plus they told us it would take hrs It took them hrs I have my receipt from my tire purchase, there on receipt shows I purchased Locks lug nuts for my truck tiresI believe it was for another vehicle, we never got master lock for lug??? Lugs for my truck are hard to find

This is the worst store in the city of Indianapolis, advoid this Walmart if you can, the employees are unprofessional and lack respect for customersThe employees are childish and lack basic knowledge of customer service ! They've been on the news multiple times! Beech Grove has a bad reputation solely because of this store and beech grove is a nice place to stay! people always stealing from this store and a deputy is always parked outside of this storeGrocery shopping is already a stressful task, and then you have unprofessional employees giving you bad attitude like you've [redacted] off thier day, and negavtive energy, I won't be shopping here again! This store as a whole deserves no stars, honestly they need a new manager, because the way his employees act, he doesn't do his job well at all!

I have noticed on visits to walmart that the greeter very commonly asks to see receipts as customers are leaving the store This I found borderline harrassment in some way simply because I am not giving them a reason to be suspicious to check my items When I question the employees as to why, all I hear is that it is a new policy they have to uphold Earlier today, 6/11/17, I did not even make it literally three STEPS away from the register I checked out at before I was asked to show my receipt When I asked if they were serious, I was told they HAD to see the receipt because of shoes I had bought I was in self checkout, so apparently the cashier that ran it can't vouch that I was just there less than two minutes ago and could not print out another receipt once another customer starts to use it I had bought over $so several bags to go through to find it As I was searching I was told I could get a copy at customer service, where all registers had "lane closed" signs on them The closest cashier couldn't even answer a question of if anyone was even working in customer service or page assistance for a customer At this point my autistic nephew has started stemming by rocking and humming loudly because the routine of shopping has been interruptedI'm getting irritated because I feel as though I am being treated as a criminal basically standing at the register I just used seconds before, and now I am trying to keep calm a special needs person having anxiety issues as well I would file a complaint,but there are no actual disputes, just extremely [redacted] off on this "policy" to check customers receipts where there is no reason to I can see if the alarm at the door went off, or I bought a $gaming system, but the item they pointed out specifically were $pair of shoes I was so [redacted] off that if my nephew wasn't with me, I would be THAT customer that would suggest they look at the video and see for themselves I have no problem waiting I couldn't do that with an autistic person with me who is in the middle of an anxiety attack because of all this nonsense

My daughter had an electronic prescription sent to the pharmacy at Walmart store in Colorado Springs I went to pick up the prescription this morning (a Saturday) and was told it was out of stock I called around town and found another pharmacy that had in stock, but when they called Walmart to have it transferred, the pharmacists at Walmart said it couldn't be transferred When I called him to inquire as to why, he said the computer system wouldn't let him transfer it, he didn't know why, and there wasn't anything he could do to override the computer system The only thing I can do to get my daughter her prescription is to wait until Monday, call her physician and have another prescription sent to another pharmacy, but this means she has to go two days without her medication I want an explanation as to why I could not get her medication transferred to a pharmacy that could fill it for me right away I've never had a problem transferring medications TO Walmart, there's no reason I shouldn't be able to transfer them OUT, especially when it's not in stock She needed this prescription today

Beginning of June I purchased a tv that does not work I purchased a inch Hi Sense TV from Wal-MartI used cash to pay for the tv and ironically I have misplaced the receipt but I know for a fact that I purchased from this particular Wal-MartI am not sure as to why the serial number or any other number is registering in the systemThese TV's are still in stock at Wal-Mart so I only wanted an exchangeThe tv purchased is still in it's original packaging; I usually do not have an issue with Wal-Mart electronics; however, this tv does not work

August 3, Walmart Stone Mountain Supercenter Auto Care Center Rockbridge Road Stone Mountain, GA Dear Walmart (Auto Care Center): I am writing to let you know that I have a grievance relating to the breaking of my tire pressure sensor and the daunting delay it is taking to repair this in a timely fashion I would also like this matter to be fully investigated as far as how the Auto Care Center takes steps to ensure a customer is contacted and updated when a mistake happens with their vehicle On June 19, 2018, I came into the Auto Care Center of Walmart with a screw in a tire Since there was roughly a month left of wear and tear left on my tires, I decided to get a new set of tires for the first time since I bought my vehicle Customer service helped me pick out a set of tires and I was told that I did not need valve stems on my car since I had centers on my vehicle Upon leaving, customer service told me that my tire pressure light would go off after a few hours of driving time Unfortunately, after coming back to the Auto Care Center on Wednesday the 20th and Thursday the 21st, my tire pressure light was still on Anthony (the Service Manager) ran tests and found out that my tire pressure sensor was broken The Service Manager apologized on behalf of the new employee that broke it and told me that they would replace it right awayThe only tire sensor they had in stock broke upon replacement and so the Service Manager placed something in place of the sensor (I think he told me valve stem, but I'm not sure) and told me to come back soon to get a brand new tire sensor installed I went to get a tire alignment from [redacted] of [redacted] (since Walmart does not do alignments with new tires) on June the 22nd On my ride home something fell off my vehicle and created a monstrous noise for the whole minute ride home Upon going back to Nalley Nissan of Atlanta, they could not find anything, but I wonder if it was what the Servicer Manager put in place of the sensor I decided to wait and let Walmart look at my vehicle when they called me back about my tire pressure sensor replacement On July 4, 2018, I called Walmart's Auto Care Center multiple times When I finally got in contact with Anthony (the Service Manager) he told me that they still had no sensors in stock, he would pass this message on to his manager, and that he would give me a call soon with any updates On July the 6th, I came into the Auto Care Center and the Service Manager advised me to buy the sensor from another Walmart and they would install it and reimburse me when I came back with it He told me that if I did not want to do that then I would have to wait until they got it in stock I chose to wait because I had nothing in writing stating that Walmart would reimburse me if I bought a sensor Also, why couldn't the manager go to another Walmart and buy the part if they were suggesting it to me (just my thoughts)? Advertised Items for sales event on 11/22/were not there as described or advertised I went to the Walmart store at Address: Hickory Creek Blvd, Hickory Creek, TX on 11/22/and advertised items for the event were not even in store For example I wanted to purchase the Ryan's World Giant GOLD Mystery Egg for $approx When I arrived and looked over the entire store there, I was told that the store did not receive the shipment for the goods, and that several of the items advertised are not for sale as they did not get them, but we can still shop and buy items in the store that are on sale This is classic bait and switch tactics and is deceptive in nature I am only looking for Walmart to honor the original Black Friday offer and allow me to at least purchase online which should resolve the issue

Terrible service at Wal-Mart's in Woodhaven, Michiganif you should have any questions feel free to message me and I shall respond back to you as soon as possible: On Saturday August 25, 2018; I had no other issues of any kind with my vehicle that indicated a major problem prior to coming to the Wal-Mart store on Allen Stnear West Road in Woodheaven, Michigan; other than what's mentioned in this email; both head lights were working because both lights reflected off the building when I pulled in at the store, I only had one fog light that was out and needed to be replaced, everything else was working fine otherwise the guy that took my service order and went outside looked in and around my car would have noticed and mentioned that my engine light was on, that there was a smelled of radiator fluid, or the smell of hot burned metal, and radiator fluid all over the ground prior to taking the car in the back to do any kind of service work; its especially important to notice things like this because cameras only capture the obvious; and not so much or not all that which is not obvious require to notice things like thisother than a needed oil change I had no serious issues like what resulted And since I live close by I went to the Wal-Mart store nearest me because it was convenient; and around 3:PM that 25th day of August Saturday afternoon I went to Wal-Mart just before going to work which was only about 2, less than miles away from the Wal-Mart Store because my oil censor symbol light was on was a warning, not because I smelt that something was wrongI checked the oil and I knew that the oil was low; but not empty, and it was time for an oil change maintenance, and my car's oil light was my only concern because at the short distance of miles for two days wouldn't hurt or damage the engine to the extent that it was.something was And my seat belt light was my only malfunctioning light that always came on when I started up my car I'm in neighboring distance to the Wal-Mart store and a frequent shopping customer; and after bring the majority of my business transactions to Wal-Mart over a great number of years I've only had two disappointing experiences; and both of them occurred this year The first complaint was reported earlier this year during the Spring after purchasing Marketplace Organic Spinach with green bugs in It, and no one even cared, the person that I made the report to said that someone will be getting back to me at the store or from headquarters, and that didn't happen; and I continued to shop there, have used several thousand of my earnings in support of Wal-Mart's bottom line because I like the savings I get; and not so much as allowed $cash back; and I continue to do the majority of my shopping there ...and now this with my car I don't believe in coincidences; I only believe in cause, effect and what happens in the experience that gives me reason that's worthy to respond; and I choose to go about this matter in a good way; and I'm sharing the bad experience I had at Wal-Mart with you "On Saturday August 25, around 3:PM I went to Wal-Mart's for an oil change, and afterwards I drove off the property, and crossing West Rdfor about feet and my vehicle's engine light came on, started smoking, and smelling like oil, and radiator fluid; at first I thought since they did an oil change, checked (so I thought) and capped off all the fluids and accidently spilled over onto the hot engine and that's why the smoke and the smell of radiator fluid and proceeded the mile distance to work; four hours later as I started my vehicle and headed for home, again I'm seeing and smelling smoke from something burning as I headed home which was a quick ½ miles, got home and parked it to let whatever caused the smell and smoke dry up; the following morning headed for work again the same thing happen; instead of an hour work day I could only do hours work and called off hours of work pay of $ 40.00; called Wal-Mart, and the young man that I spoke with said to take the car to Auto Zone and have them check it out and he smelled radiator fluid too, and when he checked there was no fluid at all, and when he added fluid it all ran out, then he plug it up to a diagnostic meter to determine what was wrong, and the read out was Thermostat, and recommended that I get it home and park it otherwise is junk They lied about service checks that wasn't completed And he suggested a mechanic he knew at the Downriver Auto Service Shop, and I took the car there and he did what was needed to get the vehicle running again, and got both front lights in working order for free! And the cost of this inconveniencing experience was $371.96; And emotional distress of $for issues that could result in more domino effects that I shouldn't have to worry about; and I feel that its fair, and a deserving request for all this person that is a representation of a reputable company like you have put me through; I still love Wal-Mart and this is a request not a suit I hope that we will find a medium to resolve this matter." And as regards to my car's damage that they caused, I get it, if I had waited a week, or, two weeks, or more, and they disregarded my claims but I reported my disappointment the very next day So now I'm in search of an Attorney to suetheir valued customers policy only them and goes out the door when they misrepresent the services they provided Sincerely, Vonda ***
