I went to walmart for groceries and decided to use self checkout.I had quite a lot of frozen food and began scanning the items.Abouth halfway through the scanner quit working.I then called on a attending clerk who came over and could not figure out why it was not working.She indicated it might need to be cleaned and walked off.She then waited on other customers,so I approched her again for help and she was very rude this time citing she was the only one there but that was not true.She said "if you don't like it just leave".By this time my frozen food was starting to melt all over the place.I then ask her could she get a manager so I could talk to him or her Meanwhile, I loaded everything into the cart and found another scanner that finally worked.So the clerk finally returned and gave me three manager names and she indicated that they did not have time to come talk to me.Now, I know the scanner issue was not the clerks fault but her attitude and rudeness was something that needs to be reported.I do not know if she talked to any managers but by this time I had to get the frozen food home.I would file a complaint but according to Revdex.com this is not a valid complaint but you can file a bad review along with the other thousands that have against Walmart

I bought a couple items at the location in Cordova(N Germantown Pkwy Germantown, TN 38018) on April 4, at 8:pm on my way back to Atlanta, GAI accidentally left one bag at the check outIt contained [redacted] spray adhesive and a pack of [redacted] air freshener I called yesterday to try and see if my parents couple pick it up for me since they live in Cordova with a picture of the receipt since I took the original with me to AtlantaI called customer service and a middle eastern/Indian man verified that they needed the original receipt and couldn't use a picture I then asked if they could use the receipt on the Walmart app's saving catcherThe guys would not and could not give me a definite answer and was pretty much giving me the run roundI got sick and tired of it and asked to speak to the manager, but he tells me that he is the Customer Service Manager; which is ridiculous cause he didn't even know the answer to a customer service question nor could he even resolve the issueHe then put me on hold for minutesminutes? He was trying to get me to hang up and I know this is a tactic cause I have worked in customer service When he finally took me of hold, he asked me if someone was helping me probably because he thought I hung up by thenHe was wrong I told him yeah, you are supposed to be helping meHe then gives the phone to a ladyShe the proceeds to tell me that she is the manager*ding ding ding [redacted] I then asked who is the real manager because the guy told me that he was mangerWhich I could tell she was flustered by my questionThen she told me that she was the supervisor to the store She resolved the issue and told me that she would be at the store till 3pm The next day and would have the things ready for my Dad to pick upI gave them my information as well as my dad's informationI thought this issue had been resolvedI was wrong Today(next day): 11:30am My dad gets to the customer service desk and they told him that they put the items back on the shelves even though I was told that I had till 3pm todayThey told him that he needed to go get the items from the shelves himselfThis is not acceptableI told him not to worry and to just get a refund because THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! I AM FURIOUS!!

Mobil One Annual Oil I would like to reopen the complaint regarding this oil issueI have not received any responses from Exxon I am attaching some pictures of my odometer and the change oil messageThe first oil change was at 5kI change the oil with the annual oil, now little over 11k about 6k and the oil needs to be changedSo, 6k is way below 20k as advertised by Exxon by at least 14kIn my opinion Walmart should discontinue selling this oil as it is expensive and does not provide the longevity or integrity between oil changes as advertisedI looked at the reviews son Walmart.com and two out of three people agree this oil is no different from any other synthetic oil

today I have found out that wal mart has basically discontinue the savings catcher program unless you use there wal mart pay system, this basically drops millions of consumers from the program because they will refuse to relent to being forced to pay with a system that is in favor of someone else other than theirselves Greed is the only reason that this is taking place because they have found a way to save millions of dollars by eliminating a long standing program of matching prices and being the champion of the lowest price avaliable what a shame, corp greed all the way, losing my business

I want to know why I can't use the credit option on my debit/credit card at walmart storesSince I get cash back from my bank when I use credit, they are keeping me from getting this money! I have the new and improved "chip" card for security - and they FORCE me to use debit?? I guess my only other option is to QUIT going to WALMART since my bank checked and told me its the way WALMART set up their system - and the bank has nothing to do with WALMART's choice As a consumer, it is MY choice to quit purchasing any material from WALMART until they fix the PROBLEM! I use the same card at other retailers in the area, and have had no problems using credit, which, in MY humble opinion is MUCH safer than using the DEBIT part!

I purchased a defective battery which led to additional problemsI want reimbursement for the issues caused by Walmart's defective battery Thursday, Sept at approximately 1pm, I went to your store to get my battery replaced The replacement battery was defective (as noted by the test results included in the attachments) which resulted in the following: My truck breaking down and needing to be towed The alternator being ruined As such the following fees were required to be paid by me: $for towing (see receipt) $for a new alternator (see receiptOil change was also done and was NOT included in this total.)
