Walmart had an add for iPad 12.9-32gb for $DEMO online and refused to sell it to my wife and I when we went to the store to buy it That is fraud Walmart had an add on their Website showing they were selling their iPad Pro inch gb Wi-fi-Space grey (DEMO) "clearance" "Store only" for $ Was $ Save $ My wife and I called local stores to see who still had the Demos on stock after verifying from 1-800-WALMART this was a real add and not a typo WE FOUND STORES that had them on stock When we arrived at the two stores, both stores admitting to having them neither store would sell them to us They said the Website must be a mistake and they will not honor the online add, even though I showed them the add and even after they talked to they walmart operator (one store talked to the operator) One manager left me standing there and walked away from customer service and refused to return they told an employee to tell me to just go because they won't ret

I purchased some items at Walmart Store Number in Pella, Iowa The store manager is [redacted] and phone number is 641-628- The purchase date was 4/29/ I used my Debit Card/Credit card to make the purchase as I have done many times It didn't allow me to select credit card and the transaction went through without a pin number as a debit transaction My bank has advised me to not use the debit card at retail establishments for security reasons I went to customer service immediately and informed them of the issue They credited my purchase and attempted to run as a credit card The same thing happened to them and again they credited the transaction and went to another register and finally were able to have it go through as a credit card I went home and talked to the manager and was assured all was well After explaining for the fourth time that it was not ok he mentioned he noticed for himself that his attempts to complete his credit card purchases were also going through as debit cards I told him I wasn't satisfied with his answer and asked him how I could escalate the issue He told me to call Wal-Mart I spoke with someone who left me equally unhappy and I asked for a Manager After minutes of being on hold I spoke with a supervisor who would only identify herself as [redacted] I again explained the problem and again my concerns were dismissed She finally said she would refer the issue to financial services I believeI requested a follow up call when there was an answer and she was unwilling to provide that She asked if she could do anything else for me and I said please give me back the days when Wal-Mart cared about its customers

This complaint is in regards to a specific Wal-Mart store in Lansing, IL that is advertised as 24hours but closes at midnightThis is my local store, however I have had to travel to a further location because the service does not represent the Wal-Mart experience I have been trying to track an order placed by someone other than myself on 08/18/from my gift registry that was due to arrive at the store on 08/31/I have contacted the store everyday for the past weeks and get the same responses: busy signal, piand hang-up, pand told one minute then call disconnects, or constantly ringing for minutesOne time I had such a hard time getting through I had to go to the store just to be told the item was not there and that I should wait for the notification that it has arrivedI have even spoken with a manager at the store on 09/05/that was supposed to check on this item and call me back that day, and I have not received a call back yet I have called the customer service line several times and the status still says "Shipped and invoiced" with an arrival date of 08/31/as of todayI have tried to speak with a customer service representative to find out where the item is, and have been told that they cannot give me any account information if I cannot verify the billing or email addressI have explained to the associate that I am not looking for account information, I simply want to know if this item has arrived at the store or has been sent back because it was purchased for me from my registry and I provided the order number for it I feel like I am getting the run around and when I ask ed to speak with a Supervisor or Manager, I'm told I can'tI have never had such an experience with any Wal-Mart store and am very disappointed with the service I have received thus farFrom the associates I have spoken with, I feel like my issue is of no importance to them and that I am being a burden, and as a customer I should not be made to feel that way

I spoke to customer service about returning Spring Valley fish, flax, & borage oil with Omega 3-6-dietary supplement soft get capsules I had purchased these tablets, since my physician assistant recommended that I buy Omega 3-6-supplements to help with reducing my cholesterol levels I did not have a receipt and the associate stated that she could not refund or give me credit, since it was a "supplement" She opened the bottle and stated that she could not give credit, since the bottle was opened and that I had already taken some of the soft gel capsules At that point, I informed her that I was returning the capsules, since I may have gotten sick from taking themShe did not apologize that the capsules may have gotten me sick She just insisted that she could not issue a credit toward another bottle She wanted to issue credit for another bottle and that was the most she would do, but after opening the bottle she stated that she would not issue a credit for another

Disrespected by "Eric" a Walmart employee and Wal Marts CustServ My car WAS NOT totally serviced when I brought it in for service On paid Walmart store #$(plus tax) to service my car for Oil and Filter Change and have a bulb replaced on a rear light Was told by ERIC that he could not change my tail light because the light cover was flimsy????, and that they did not check my Transmission Fluid because access to it was under the car???
