The pharmacy lies! We ordered a two week supply days ago at cents/pill Today, days later, we picked up a month supply (pills) at over $47! That's 1.27/pill! Their reasoning? It depends on what bottle we take the pills out of Really? Seriously? When we created the account we were told it would be about $28/week Had we paid the same price as two weeks ago it would have been just over $ Do you do this to elderly people living on a fixed income that depend on consistent pricing for their life-saving medications? How is this even legal? I will never step foot in walmart again, for anything Nothing but a scam Walmart does not care about you Not only that, it was hours between when it was called in and when I went to pick it up and they hadn't even started filling it What a joke

October 28th 2018, I took my car to have it serviced at the Walmart in Montgomery AL locationSunday's oil change event, turned into hours of wasted time and frustrationIt started off at the Walmart on Ann St, where their wait time was ridiculous, so I proceeded to the Wal-Mart on Chantilly, only to experience the same information (wait time over two hours)The customer service specialist at Chantilly Walmart was nice and called over to the Atlanta Hwy locationThis location advised that they had no wait time for oil changes and fuel injection cleaningSo I traveled down to that locationThis is when I found out information to my surprise
The Atlanta Hwy Walmart technician advised that I need to go back to the Ann St location for serviceMy truck had an oil leak from the oil filter and the location on Atlanta Hwy could not service

I am not sure who is in charge of the care of the Beta fish at the Hueytown store, the ones that are in the Dept with the aquarium decor, but every time I go to that aisle I get upset about the condition that the fish are inMy daughter who is also an animal lover does as wellThis is unacceptableThere is at least one dead beta fish every time I go in and they are in terrible shapeI have not complained before hoping it was an isolated incident, but this is a common occurrenceIf they can't be cared for any better than this, the business should not be selling live animalsI have reached out to them and received no response

On Wednesday 7-27-at 11:10am I entered the Walmart Tire and Lube center to have two new front tires replaced as well as an oil change
I was told I would get a call when they were done with my vehicle and it would only take mins, if that because there were no customers there at the time I came back hours later and my car was parked outside, finished, and there were still no customers/cars there They did not call me to tell me my car was finished It was noted on my receipt to call when done, however this was not performed This is only a minor issue and I can overlook this
I then paid, received my receipt, and was on my way I then noticed that my oil change notification was still present in my dashboard Every time I get an oil change they reset this, it is common protocol So I went back inside and asked if they usually reset it The woman beh

We have been shopping at Walmart for many yearsWe shop the store in Eunice, LA (#773) a few times a week, including weekly family grocery shopping usually every Monday, followed by a few additional visits each week for follneeds
The store (as other Walmart stores) has been undergoing a major change in the way customers are checking out
The self check lanes have more than doubled in the last couple of weeks, and that is fine if I have 3+ items in a basket to check out
However, we have a very full basket full each week on Monday and this requires a lane to check out that is occupied by an employee manning the register, lane
Normally the store may be manned on Monday's with as few as or open lanes which have large purchases such as ours lined up in long lines to check out
The employees are very courteous (all the time) and are most helpful
Since the second bay (one on each end of the check out lines) of self check-outs have opened, the employees have been trying to get the customers to use the self check out lanes
My wife is handicapped and it is very difficult for use to stand in long lines because of my wife's very bad back - she can barely make the weekly shopping experience of 2-hours in the store
I refuse to use a self check-out lane for a full basket of groceries, etcOur bills run between $to $each Monday
I am PAYING for SERVICE! Instead your company is attempting me to continue paying these prices AND do my own checking out, delaying us further with wasted time in the store
The store (according to one or more employees talked with today and each shopping trip recently) is now having ONE check out lane open and thus the line for this lane is longer and longer
THIS IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
As much as I would hate to do so, we are now considering shopping at a competitor down the highway, even if it costs us a little more in $$$$At least when we have completed our shopping experience, we can expect to get checked out in a few minutes and be on our way

I recently purchased a Samsung JSky Pro phone on August 15, I never received an email showing my purchase I called two days later on Aug 17, and found out it was cancelled because I changed my email address from the last time I purchased a product from Walmart online in I was told I typed in an incorrect/misspelled email address which is my faultI was told to go reorder I then reordered with the correct email address and received an email showing my purchaseI then received another email address showing my purchase was cancelled I called again and they informed me that even know the email is valid it is still different than the email I used in 2017, disregarding the purchase on Aug I was told that if your email address is changed that they have to verify it is valid before allowing a purchaseWhy wouldn't they just send a verification email then? The Customer service rep told me she would notify the verification department and get it fixed She then told me to order again no earlier than minutes and no more than 24hrs I did just that and once again my purchase was later cancelled I called back again and spoke with a rep plus the Supervisor The supervisor said once an email address is changed it takes up to days to verify I asked her why the rep told me to reorder again using the email address she was going to have the verification team fix The supervisor told me that it was necessary to reorder again even though it would have been cancelled so the verification team could complete their work How does this make sense? If they told me this I wouldn't have bothered going thru the process againI then told the supervisor that I was going to file a complaint and she hung up on me Very poor customer service and verification procedures I then just went to a local walmart store and purchased a prepaid LG Stylo phone When I got home I found the stylus was missing I then had to go back and return the item This is not the first time for missing parts I have purchased many Mainstay products and more than a few have had missing items making me return the product I go to Walmart for everything but at this point in my life I am contemplating never returning I am not rich by any means but can afford spending a little more money if I went to Target instead It would be worth paying more instead of dealing with all the hassles
