Disrespected by "Eric" a Walmart employee and Wal Marts CustServ My car WAS NOT totally serviced when I brought it in for service
On paid Walmart store #$(plus tax) to service my car for Oil and Filter Change and have a bulb replaced on a rear light Was told by ERIC that he could not change my tail light because the light cover was flimsy????, and that they did not check my Transmission Fluid because access to it was under the car??? I informed him that I have changed the tail lights before with no problem (It was raining that day, so I decided to pay $to have the light changed) ERIC then said to me "THEN WHY DONT YOU SHOW ME HOW TO DO IT", I said to him "NO" why AND While I Was speaking to ERIC he turned his back to me, walked away and said "WHATEVER"!!!! I went to my car pulled receipts for oil and filter changes from your stores Your store #HAS NEVER CHECKED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID IN OVER A YEAR, BUT your store #Ch

I purchased two tires on 11/17/On 12/07/I returned to the store because the tires I purchased were baldI spoke with the assistant mgr and ManagerThey told me my car had suspension problemsThey advised me to show proof I had my suspension fixed before purchasing new tiresI presented paperwork showing I serviced my car one week before They still refused to grant me a refund or exchange the tiresMy mother *** *** call Walmart headquarters and filed a complaintShe called back a day later and was told the complaint was closedShe reopened the complaint and was told someone from the Regional office would contact herNo one contacted herI had the tires removed from my vehicle and dropped the merchandise off at the store locationMy mother disputed the charges on her credit cardThe charges were reversed however Walmart charged her credit card again

I bought UP Rider from Plano Walmart super center for $plus tax, as instructed I put it in charger for 24H, but it doesn't work at all, so I went next day to closest Walmart to my home in Coppell with receipt, but they refuse to return it "SYSTEM NOT ALLOW" as they said, if I bought it from Amazon I can return it in any amazon service so bad Walmartwill never buy any quality thing from Walmart any more

On October 17th, 2017, I received the wosre treatment ever in Wal-Mart The worse thing for me is that my loved ones were exposed tooMy brother, sister-in-law, and myself are all young professionals with high degrees ranging from Master's to DoctorateWe were verbally attacked and mistreated by Wal-Mart associates who seemed to think that they could treat and talk to us anyway because of how we looked, and they escalated a situation, until they almost got physical, but we walked awayUnfortunately, it didn't matter that they looked like usI was able to watch how they treated other clientele during the process of filing my incident reportI quickly realized they treated us that way because they thought it was ok because of our ethnicity (it didn't matter that we were the same ethnicity)
Per Corporate request, I filed and Incident report and the store Manager TIffany *** hasn't had the decenncy to call regarding the issue of her cashier Margaret and CSM Chassity's rude, verbally abusive, and ghetto behaviorThey escalated the situation, despite my continued request to speak to a store manager (salaried manager, as per Walmart's protocol)

On 4/at around noon, I went to check in at Wal-Mart Auto Care Center at S Signal Butte Road, in Mesa AzI had asked for a full synthetic oil change, and with it I requested a full synthetic filter to be used as I had been given an oil change before with the incorrect filter at this WalmartThe man who checked me in estimated a wait time of two hoursThree hours later, I was given my car keys, and when I checked the filter, I noticed it was not the one I had asked forWhen I asked for an explanation, the same man told me that he never heard me asking for the synthetic filter, and I reminded him that I did ask for the synthetic filterAt this time this man looked down and said I am sorry Then he said he never uses synthetic filters for the synthetic oil changes done at this Wal-Mart, which makes me think that they are being dishonest to people when they advertise 'full synthetic oil change'At this time I requested to talk to the manager, and he pointed to a lady outside

I spent over an hour calling the store just to get find out if they had an item in stock the person answering the phone kept putting me on hold .I then called the walmart support line and was on hold for minutes then was telling the person about my store complaint They just transferred me to the wallmart number starting me over in the phone Que I just was on the phone for minutes

I ordered Airbed Mattresses from walmart.com in 3/ Order: XXXXXXXXXXXXX It said nowhere online that I would have to return them in days after purchase if I wanted a full refundWhen I came to the customer pick up area on 3/16/at the store in Aurora at XXXXX E Exposition Avenue, Aurora, CO 80012, Store number: I was told that one of the mattresses orders was canceled and shipped backI did get an answer why and they said something as credit card issueI did get a refund on a air mattress but it was a refund for the Queen Air mattressHowever, the full air mattress was the one shipped backThe Queen air mattress was the one I took home and thought I would needI picked up my Queen Air mattress and went ahead and bought a new full air mattress that I was able to find on the rackThe full bed air mattress sku number

This is the 3rd time in less that months that they did not complete a pharmacy order correctly
Each time missed order, late incomplete.Tried to call Corp# machine told to call back

This was my FIRST & LAST visit to this particular WalmartAs I began to pay for my products I informed the cashier that I wanted to pay for my purchase with gift cards and I would then use my Debit card for the remaining balanceI was then instructed to swipe the first gift card and it was declined; then I was instructed to try the second gift card that was also declined at this time the cashier began to ask if I was paying with a LINK cardI said NO and the cashier asked at least three times if I was sure I didn't have a LINK cardAt this point I asked for a manager; that did come to the counter but wasn't any help at allI was then informed that at Walmart you aren't able to pay for a purchase with a gift card that won't cover the entire purchase unless I knew the exact balance on each gift cardBy this time swiped my debit card for the purchaseI was not only insulted but felt disrespected by the cashier insisting that I must have a LINK card and NOT a gift cardWould the cashier have insisted I had a LINK card if I wasn't African American?

My daughter had an electronic prescription sent to the pharmacy at Walmart store in Colorado Springs I went to pick up the prescription this morning (a Saturday) and was told it was out of stock I called around town and found another pharmacy that had in stock, but when they called Walmart to have it transferred, the pharmacists at Walmart said it couldn't be transferred When I called him to inquire as to why, he said the computer system wouldn't let him transfer it, he didn't know why, and there wasn't anything he could do to override the computer system The only thing I can do to get my daughter her prescription is to wait until Monday, call her physician and have another prescription sent to another pharmacy, but this means she has to go two days without her medication
I want an explanation as to why I could not get her medication transferred to a pharmacy that could fill it for me right away I've never had a problem transferring medications TO Walmart, there's no reason I shouldn't be able to transfer them OUT, especially when it's not in stock She needed this prescription today

I called corporate (1-479-273-4000) to file a few complaints which I have with walmart, walmart.com and their customer service practices, return practices, ordering online and NOT having in stock after traveling an hour to the store, Corporate promises callback but they never doThey reah the store you originally had the problems with and the store doesnt even call you backIve had a couple .com orders returned which they dont check in when they receive the item item and I get charged a month later just to get an apology and that it was someones mistakeI called corporate on 6-22-and explained different incidents, they chose only to deal with one because the others have sole proof that someone messed upThe problem here is excuses and blaming others with no resolutionI am choosing to make statements all over social media about this because I can see as long as the money gets to the owners, is all that matters

Charged twice same day
Date of purchase was 8-10-2017, I was charged twice for the same amount It took walmart two days to put back the money the debited, in the mean time, I had my car insurance tried to take out money from my bank Because of walmart theft of my money there was insufficient funds in my account I am now being charged over draft fees from my bank and my insurance

I was shopping at a Walmart store in Doral, FL, and received a cut on my arm from an unsecured clothing rackI immediately notified a staff member and Assistant Manager, who took pictures of my cut and completed a Customer Incident ReportBecause I was bleeding, the AsstManager gave me paper towel and a band aidMy main concern, which I expressed to the staff, was to secure the clothing rack so it wouldn't injure anyone elseThey wrapped up the rack with some tape, which I assume was a quick-fix, and hopefully they got it secured properly soon afterI was quite surprised, because the staff were acting as if I was inconveniencing them by filing a complaint of my injury; when actually the store was at fault, and should be held responsible to provide a safe shopping experience for customersI was further baffled when the AsstManager suggested that Walmart may not be able to accept the Customer Incident Report, because I was visiting the US from another country, and the forms were only meant for persons with US addresses to completeThis also shows a lack of inclusion and acceptance for the diversity of shoppers that Walmart hasDoes this mean Walmart only expects Americans to shop in their stores? I frequently travel to the US, and I usually always take time to shop at Walmart for the great variety and discounts they offer
I am now further concerned, as I expected that Walmart would at least have followwith me since I was injured in the storeIt has now been almost year, and nothingI have contacted the Walmart headquarters several times, and provided a copy of the Customer Incident Report, and pictures of my injuries and the unsecured clothing rack in the store, in hopes it will bring attention to store faults to avoid customer injuriesHowever, I've received no response to dateThis is very disappointing, especially I have been shopping at Walmart for more than years, and never had such an unpleasant experienceI would have trusted that Walmart would be more concerned about their customer experience, especially when the fault lies within their own storesI hope this helps them to be more aware of their stores' faults, and taking the proper action to rectify
