I went to this walmart on 5/30/Unfortunatly I had lost my receipt to return the gate, when I walked tru the doors there was no one there so I went straight to *** ***When I got there the lady that was doing my return gift card asked me if someone gave me a sticker for the item at the door; I said there was no one thereI could tell she was furious by the face she madeShe made a phone call (i assume to the front door) but no one answeredShe said can I see your ID? I said I have my debit card with my name on it and I used to pay for the gate, she replied I can't use that (annoyed at my comment)I made a comment saying I've never had an assiciate ask me for my ID and she went off on me saying "meam I've worked here for 17yrs and I can tell you its policy..." I was so angry at her demeanor and attitude that I stopped listening and asked for a managerIn a very snide way she said "I can get you the assistant manager!" I started walking away because I was beyond upset! She asked me "where are you going?" In a very rude way I answered "where do you think!?" At this point I was done with her nonsence I went to my car to get my IDWhen I came back the assistant manager *** was smiling standing next to her; I directed my way and conversation towards him only saying "you're employee is very rude" the rude employee raised her voice almost screaming saying I have an eye witness I was not being rude" (there was a lady standing there with a stroller which I assume was her friend because she was just there having a conversation with her) I turned to her and said "I said your rude! Period!" At this point another associate was arriving to complete my giftcard refund she gave something to the new associate and said "good luck with this mess!" The assistant manager stood there the whole time smiling letting the lady practically yell and act the way she didWhen my transaction was finished I gave *** (the assistant manager) a few mins to see what he was going to say to me but nothing came out his mouth but a smile; so I said "good to know your just going to let your employee act like that" and walked awayI called the store to see if I could speak to the GM but due to the holliday I spoke to *** another assistant manager who pretty much told me I'll see what I can doI called walmart customer support which took notes of the incident and my phone number and said the GM whoud get in touch with me with in a week or soTo this day I have not received a call from the GM or an apology other than the one from customer support! This is ridiculous! How can this company let employees act in such a way! I get that the people at the front door made her job harder but that was not my fault! Unbelievable!!!

Did not perform Tire rotation and wheel balancing on tire purchased on 12/and has been only mile driven on car
I have purchased and install tire from this Walmart on 12/and also purchased life time tire rotation and wheel balancing my wife went to do tire rotation and wheel balancing today to this store and they refused to do it said that u need new tires They did this before to me and trying to sell me new tire then I told them this tire are only one year old drove only mile and if they are bad that means the product u sale to me which suppose to last mile getting bad in mile means they are sailing bad product so he did tire rotation during that incidence now today when my wife went to do tire rotation they did same thing and refused to do tire rotation and told her to by new tires which means they are cheating there customer by collecting money for tire rotation and wheel balancing and when it comes to perform services they says its

The # on top of can are W2y h 4200/bar code reads 0-7874237058-the label says you need the package and the receipt which I don't have the receipt who would think that would ever be needed I fell that Walmart should refund my money as they are not cheap to by and really bad when you have to trash the food that is needed

I recently had a bad experience with Walmart's Walmart-2-Walmart wire transfer service On Dec24th, my daughter sent me $2,from TX to IL using the Walmart-2-Walmart wire service for a fee of $ When I went to pick it up from their Money Center in Lansing, IL, I was told that IL Law only allows them to pay a maximum of $ I was told that I would have to go the Walmart Money Center in Hammond, IN in order to get the full amount Which I did However, I find it very difficult to understand how Walmart's wire transfer service would even accept or process a transfer to a state that has a restriction on the amount they will pay out, without ever informing the sender This is definitely information Walmart's Money Center needs to communicate verbally and in writing to anyone using the Walmart-2-Walmart wire service

Tried several times to speak with a supervisor at Walmart only to get the same response that the one supervisor in the entire walmart operations was in a meeting and that it would be hrs to get a call back which I did not receiveAlso my credit card was closed after and a half years of perfect payment history for a returned payment that was replaced with another payment within a few days of finding outBut still never had any day lates and always over paid monthly amount due

I have travelled to many areas during my time in the military and the location at Hwy in Phenix City, AL has to be the absolute worst that I have ever visitedThe store is full of self-check out lanes and rarely has cashiers available to assistIt is as though they expect the customers to do the work for them for freeThe night shift customer service manager *** has to be the nastiest, most negative, ill spirited, unhelpful, and degrading manager I have ever dealt with in my lifeRather than her trying to assist customers that wish not to use a self check out, she would rather tell a customer she doesn't care if they shop there or not because she is going to get paid regardlessAnd this is the type of person Walmart has representing them! Almost every other Walmart that I have visited in any other location has at least one cashier available at all timesShe doesn't run her shift that wayI had an encounter with her on 4/29/in which she actually lied to another manager because she did not want to open a laneThis lady is not fit to a be a manager and Walmart should really consider the type of people they have representing them

I PURCHASED A SET OF FOUR TIRES FROM YOUR BELLEVUE LOCATION STORE ON SOUTH 15TH STREET I CALLED IN ADVANCE THE DAY PRIOR TO ASK ABOUT STORE AVAILABILITY OF THE TIRES THAT I WAS PURCHASING THE MORNING OF HAVING THE TIRES PLACES, I CALLED THE STORE TO GET A PRICING TOTAL SO THAT I HAD ENOUGH CASH TO PAY THE BILL DURING MY VISIT IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE INFORMATION THAT I WAS GIVEN ABOUT THE TIRE SIZE NEEDED WAS INCORRECT AND I ACTUALLY NEEDED A LARGER TIRE THE LARGER TIRE WAS AN ADDED COST INCREASE, SO I WENT AHEAD AND HAD THE TIRES PLACED I HAD TALKED ON THE PHONE TO THE SERVICE REP ABOUT THE INSTALLATION AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WOULD MOUNT AND BALANCE THE TIRES I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE BALANCE WAS FREE OR AT LEAST IT WOULD BE A SMALL SURCHARGE IT WAS NOT UNTIL I WAS PAYING THE BILL WITH THE CASHIER THAT I LEARNED I WAS BEING CHARGED $PER TIRE OR A TOTAL OF $FOR LIFETIME WHEEL ROTATION AND BALANCING

I am a year old mother of three and the legal guardian of my disabled nephew, I have shopped at the Decatur Walmart for over three years with absolutely no problemToday I took my three kids and nephew to WalMart for some grocery shopping and to get cat food, grocery cart full of groceries such as grapes, apples, milk, water, and other food items, I decided at the end to get a single bottle of Wine, so I go to the self check out with my family as I have done thousands of times before and it beeped when I scanned the Wine, the Lady came over and asked for ID, ok so I go to get out my ID and before I can get it out she is wanting my nephews ID who is standing on the other side of the cart with my 12, 11, and years oldMy nephew is disabled, he doesn't work, drive, he collects social security disability, and obviously he doesn't have an ID, I was making the purchase not my nephew, the lady refused to sell me the wine, she even went as far as removing from the screen and having me hand it back to her from my cartI am then explained by another employee that in a situation that might seem "suspicious" they wont sell the alcoholso then I look suspicious with my grocery cart three children and nephew? He wasn't even purchasing anything I was at the register, so by all accounts then a mother with a year old that may look older cant purchase alcohol unless her child can produce ID? I was embarrassed, humiliated, and by the time everything was done there were four Walmart employee's and I don't know how many on looking customers as they made me look like an adult trying to purchase a bottle of wine that thought was suspicious???? My poor nephew is standing there completely confused, so yes, a mother of three and guardian of a disabled young man was refused to be allowed to purchase a single bottle of wine with her large grocery purchase because her disabled Nephew who was making no purchase and was standing on the other side of the cart with the three young children couldn't produce an ID, in front of other customers and her family, I've never been so embarrassed in my life!
