I went to Walmart store located at Se 41st Pl, Bellevue, WA to pickup some online order and also for some shoppingWe thought we can return some of the unused items from our last visit to Walmart alsoAs my wife talked with the customer care to return a box of pack Ramen cup noodles (Unopened and with receipt), she was told that they do not accept food item for return anymore
Later I checked about Walmart return policy as it says it has a days return policy for non-perishable food items (https://help.walmart.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9)I contacted an agent from walmart.com site and he also confirmed thatAs I told him about this issue, he asked me to talk to the manager and told me he/she should be able to solve it
I called the store and after almost minutes of wait, finally I got to talk with the managerHe told me, "NO WALMART STORE accepts any food item for return", both perishable and non-perishableI told him about the policy and also about the chat with the Walmart agentHe replied that, Walmart.com and store purchase is differentI told him that the policy at Walmart.com does not say that it is different for store and online purchaseHe replied that, that may be the policy but it is the "rule" not to accept food items as return!!!!!!!!!!!
I confirmed several times that even if the policy at Walmart.com says I can return it, and the "rule" contradicts with it, I will not be able to returnAnd he confirmed it every time
The price is not important hereIt is unfortunate that such a big brand like Walmart has no control on their policyIt is so confusing for customers and even though the policy says something; the stores can simply ignore thoseSurely, not buying any food items from Walmart anymore and Walmart is going to lose an investor and a loyal customer

I received an oil change at the Walmart service centerI went on vacation and came backMy car would not startI called a tow truck driver to tow my car to the Hyundai dealership service centerThe tow truck driver obtained my car and realized that my battery was trying to start the car but for some reason, something was stopping it from startingThe tow truck driver was able to use my accelerator to start the car and smoke started coming out of the carHe insisted that it was a good idea to take the car inAfter extensive testing, the dealership found that due to a mistake in my recent oil change, excessive oil was found in my PVC systemThe oil was causing the initial difficulty in starting my car and the smoke that the car was producingAfter driving the car around for some time, the oil was able to flush out of the systemI paid $to fix a problem that was caused by the oil changeI then went back the the Walmart center to talk to the manager who insisted that a camer

They had a chromebook advertised on their website for $in this storeIt rang up for $The store doesn't price match, however it was on their company's website as available in this store for that priceI can understand not honoring a competitor's price but to not honor their own is irrational

The Assistant Store Manager refused to sell me an item for the In Store price posted on Walmart.com
On 2/17/2018, I went to the Walmart store located at Windward Parkway, Alpharetta GA and tried to purchase item #XXXXXXXXX Mainstays 10' x 10' Steel Easy Assembly GazeboAt Walmart.com the price for this item is or was listed as $for in store Only and $for onlineThe price in the store came up to over $190, Joseph the Assistant manager treated me very rude, embarrassed me and refused to sell me the gazebo for $(the price posted)I always shop at Walmart and am horrified by this treatment! What should have been a pleasant experience became very traumaticI was treated like a thief or liarI just spent over $on other outdoor furniture from Walmart
There was only one left in stock at the store and he even refused to hold the item until this was resolvedI showed him the website and the listing thereI informed him that there is an initiative by Walmart to dri

I've never been accused of stealing from a store in my life but lo and behold it happened today Not even blatantly stealing but moving price tags to get a lower price When I told the associate it was the wrong price he argued up and down that the price is what it is so me being me I asked for a manager As he turns to call he had the nerve to say "you probably moved it" I spoke to the asstManager and he was more concerned about the price of the item than about the disrespectful nature of his associate To this day I have not gotten an apology from the asstManager nor the associate

While shopping in the garden section at the Olathe, KS Wal-Mart on Alden street on Saturday Afternoon July 16, the Department Manager *** had the sprinklers revolving around the entire garden centerAsking him to move them or turn them off so I could get the plants that I needed, he told me he couldn'tI said it's very inconvenient to have them on during the afternoon of a SaturdayHe then told me that they were hiring so if I wanted to change it I should apply for a JobI told him that I didn't need his sarcastic Attitude, he told me that he didn't need me as a customer and told me to get the *** out of his storeHe then proceeded to talk a out me in front of other customers and associates while I was still thereThen turned around and said "I thought I told you to get out of my store"On top of which, I left my phone in the women's restroom and when I realized it, they had closed it off for cleaningI asked if I could go in a get it and the associate told me that I was out of luckI have spent the last 1/hours dealing with customer serviceI have located the phone on my home computer and it is as the address, however when I told customer *** that it was there I was told no it wasn'tThey didn't even look, just told me noI was so upset at being treated so terribly I have leftI have spoken to the store manager and told him again what happened and that I can see my phone is at his store and need him to find itI am currently waiting for a call back on my daughter's phone for an updateI have never been treated so terribly, especially by associates who are in the customer service industry

Oil change performed on my car was incorrect and inadequate and wrong at store
I took my car to Walmart store number in Hoover -Alabama to get an oil change on 4/8/The associate at the tire and lube Dept did the oil change and when he finished I was shocked when I looked at the invoice that they only put quarts of engine oil in my Hyundai Elantra since it should hold quarts according to the manuals and the manufacturer The associate refused to add more oil to the car so I asked for a member of management and she also was NO help and her name is *** The oil change performed on my car is inadequate and incorrect They should have put quarts of oil My concern is the safety of me and my family because this can cause problems to the engine if there is not enough oil in the car Walmart should redo the oil change and put the correct amount of oil in my car

The cashier rang by money order (apparently at the same time as another cashier did) and it voided by debit transaction of $The transaction still went through on my debit card and the cashier said there was nothing she could do about itI asked for a Manager and the Manager said there was nothing she could do about it as well and that I would just need to wait for the charge to fall offI contacted my bank (Bank of Hawaii) and they confirmed the transaction was a hard charge and not just an authorization and the funds have cleared from my accountThe only thing my bank could do would be to flag the transaction and dispute the charge which would cancel my card and I would not receive one for another week and the dispute process would take monthsI attempted to contact your corporate customer service phone number and was on hold for and 1/hours and finally got through to someone who immediately transferred my call to a line that was closed for the dayThis is causing a delay in my rent being paid and a great deal of mental frustration I am bringing it to attention to the Revdex.com as I cannot get through to anyone to help me

On Tuesday July 4, 2017, around 12pm, I went with my 12-year granddaughter to do some groceries as well as to pick up some folding chairs to the evening fireworks, I purchased 2- oversize chairs for $and 2- small chairs for After my purchased I stopped at McDonald to pick up lunch to take home I left my granddaughter at the entrance and while I was ordering the foodOnce I was done ordering I got close my granddaughter stated that the lady from Walmart in the standing in the entrance was looking at her she causing my granddaughter to feel very uncomfortableI looked at her and caught her looking at my cart at the same time my order was calledAs I was leaving Walmart store in Garland, from George Bush Turnpike the lady employed by Walmart approached me in a very rude manner and in loud voice asked for my receipt which I asked her why she is not asking others customer just meNo response from the employeeI gave her my receipts and in loud voice she proceeds to say I just only pay for folding chairs not Accusing me like if I was a thief what an unnecessary embarrassment in front of a 12-year child to see her grandmother being accused of stealing chairsI am a profession career oriented person, attached is my business card as well as a copy of my receiptI asked the lady to call the Store Manager which she did I follow her and spoke with store Manager and another guy named *** communicating them of lack of training the embarrassment in from of my granddaughter I asked for the last name of the old lady since her named tag was *** they informed me they were not allow to provide her last name*** and the other manager stated they were going to talk to her and send to the other entranceWalmart should send this old lady or better yet hire a professional security officer to do a better job vshiring an old lady playing security office on a $an hour, on top of it allowing uneducated old lady to do a job that clearly is not up to her speed and allowing such person to represent Walmart with a high liability for a lawsuit; which I'm planning to pursue due to lack of training properly Walmart employees

Purchased an item that can't be refunded once opened but you can't see the disclaimer till after the item is opened
I purchased an iPhone from Walmart with straight talk service When trying to transfer the phone to a different provider I was told I couldn't do that until that phone was in use for months the disclaimer is apparently packaged inside the iphone packaging Once you open the iphone packaging, You CAN NOT RETURN the phone I now have a $phone that my foster child can not use because they refuse to unlock the paid for device You can't even read the disclaimer said to be placed inside the packaging because again, once you open that sealed wrapper you can not return the Iphone There is nothing on the Walmart website that informs the customer of this, I have pulled my invoice from them and no where does it state this on their sight when it was purchased and no where can it be read without opening the product that then can not be returned I would like my mo

Walmart has messed up on my prescriptions twiceThe first time they gave me the wrong amount of pillsThis time they filled the wrong prescriptions and refused to take it backThe seal isn't broken and it's not my fault they gave me the wrong thisThey were asked several times if the medicine they gave me was blood thinners, they said they were, only for me to call my Dr and she said they were incorrectThey refuse to do what is right even though it's their fault

In February, I purchased some jeans online from walmart.com I received the jeans and noticed they were missing a belt loop I have to wear belts with all pants I contacted the company online I informed them I am very busy and wasn't sure when I could make it to the store to return the item They stated I could return the product at any time due to it being a defect In June I made the trip to return them, only to be told it is outside the return policy and they wouldn't do anything about it Here the jeans still sit on my dresser Un-usable product I tried as a last attempt to call them today, only to be told they can't do anything, even though the product is a defect, because I waited too long to return them

I bought a ink cartridge for my printer from this store and it did not work I took it back they told me to bad and that they changed their policy after I bought it that it can not be brought back to the store I hope this store goes out of business since they do not have anyone to help the customers and no management that has a customer in mind with this store it is only about taking your money and no refunds

I've had to incidents with my legal service dog at the walmart in Grand Prairie TXI walk into the store yestetday to see a four month old pit bull puppy in a shopping cartClearly not a service dog playing inside a shopping cartWhen I go into a store I show documentation from Va plus my Va ID for my dog and yet I still get issues from employee'sI guess since the other customers weren't black it wasn't a issue with their dogMy dog wears a vest and we comply with all ada service dog rules and yet walmart employees make it their own responsibility to pick the fakesB.S

Walmart employee is curious about customer buying luggage
I have shopped at Walmarts for several decades and my complaint is about checkout clerk *** at the Walmart on Dunvale Rd, Houston, TX XXXXX on 7/9/I purchased luggage and clothing for $and *** asked if I was paying by debit or credit card When I said credit, she said "give me your driver's license and credit card" and then she looked at them and said "put the card into the reader" I asked *** if she asked all customers for ID and she said yes, she always does that for credit cards, if others don't ask for ID then they are not doing their job correctly I complained to "***" at customer service that in the last years of shopping at Walmart, this never happened and he said no, "every customer is asked to provide ID" I told him that was a statement, it is not true that "every customer is asked to provide ID" So I spoke to *** assistant manager and I said "if you ask one cu

On Friday, December 22nd I went to the pickup counter of my local Walmart to get my daughters Christmas presentsAnd the bikes were not thereI was informed at the pickup counter that they would not be delivered until Tuesday, December 26ththe day after Christmas I stood there and stared blankly at the man at the pickup counter and then at my phone - with the email that clearly stated "DELIVERY BY FRIDAY DECEMBER 22nd" in big bold fontand could not process what he was telling meWhat would I do for Christmas?! Right there in front of everyone in the pickup section of the store the tears came and would not stopHow could I explain to my girls that Santa was not going to bring them what they wanted? What was I going to do? The man at the pickup counter could not care less about the dilemma Walmart put me in and informed me there was nothing I could do but call 1800WalmartHe did not even offer an apology and quickly wrote done the number to get rid of me
I immediately called the customer service number right there in the pickup section of the storeThe first women I talked to was able to offer no solutions and seemed to be trying to get through the call hurriedlyI asked to speak to her manager - and the next guy I was transferred to was a complete ***He had no emotions in is voice and it felt like he was reading off of a script as I sat there crying on the phone with him asking him to help me find a solution and try to help me save Christmas for my children
Finally, he was able to transfer me to someone in another departmentThis women was the first person I spoke to who was empatheticShe patiently listened to me as the stress of the holidays vomited out of my mouth in the form of dry heaving cries as I frantically tried to picture how I would explain to my daughters that Santa was not able to deliver their giftsI asked to receive a refund for the bikes for this dilemma and still receive the bikes on TuesdayShe gladly processed this and apologized for the inconvenience I was experiencing
As I sat in a bench in the pickup counter of the store ugly crying to this women on the phone - there was a Walmart employee named Bradley working at the pickup counterHe was kind enough to give me sympathetic glances as he overheard this conversation on the phone Unlike the first man I encountered at the store, Bradley was willing and eager to help me in any way he couldHe even started looking on his phone to see if this item was at any other Walmart in the phoenix metro areaI was also frantically trying to search for anywhere that sold balance bikes in the area on my phoneUnfortunately, Walmart and every other major store did not carry this item in stores
Bradley sat there with me and listened as I cried to him about the pressures of being a perfect mom around the holidays and how I felt like such a failure because I was letting my girls downHe came up with the great idea of having me purchase helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and wrapping those up with a printed picture of the bike so my girls knew it was coming
Christmas came and my daughters opened up their presents, including the helmets, kneepads and elbow pads and they were ecstatic when they learned they were getting the bikes they asked forI explained to them that Santa wanted them to pick it up in the store themselves and that we were going to go on Tuesday to get them at the pickup counter at Walmart where Santa had them waiting just for us
I received an email from Walmart.com Tuesday morning detailing that my order was ready for pickup at WalmartI packed up my year old son and my year old daughter and off we went to go see Santa's special delivery with plans to pick up Maddie afterward and test out the new bikes
When we arrived we found out that only one bike was thereI told the guy at the counter that the order was for two bikes not oneHe went in the back to get a manager as I pulled up the email clearly stating "Quantity: 2"My old friend Bradley came out and informed me that only one bike had made it to the store and the other one was being delivered later in the day and that he would personally call me when it cameDisappointed, and trying to figure out how I was going to explain to Maddie that Santa only had one bike not two at the store - I left to go home and wait for a call to head for a third time to Walmart to pick up this impossibly challenging Christmas present
Later that day I got a voicemail from Bradley as I was putting my kids down for their napsHe let me know that the bike had arrived, but that I was not allowed to come pick it up because it was not being released for pick up because the order was refunded
Currently - the second bike is being held hostage from my daughter at the Walmart pickup counter

Online they advertised a TV for $That television was in stock, according to their dotcomBoth local stores were said to have themNeither did, despite phone calls directly to both stores to verify the online informationOnce at the stores, we were shown similar TVs for nearly double the moneySuddenly the online TV was out of stock and the $price was only for refurbished modelsComplete bait and switch/advertisementI have screenshots verifying my complaintAnd needing the TV for the upcoming Indy 500, we purchased the same model for $328...again, almost double the advertised price of $Employees at BOTH stores suggested calling the Revdex.com because this happens "all the time"That calling managers local will "get you nowhere"
I also complained on the phone only to be transferred repeatedly and ultimately hung up onWas asked for our email to send out our screenshots to prove our complaint, with no responseWas on hold until 9p...conveniently the time they close
We have been lied to over and over again from the initial television price, to it's availability, to who was going to help resolve this, to call backsIt's disgusting to think that the big giant department store wouldn't want to help one of their customers over a matter that has such an easy solutionJust honor what you advertise!! We were going to buy not one, but TWO of these for our houseWe were going to choose to spend hundreds of our hard earned dollars in their store...only to be essentially crapped on by themIt's not right, it's not fair
Why dupe the very people who makes you so successful???
