Absolutely horrible. I paid in full for the medical and billing program... Once you pay the student services dosent care. I was struggling with program. Paid extension. I then tried to switch to another program and instead of helping me they canceled my student account. So they canceled my student account so I can't finish my program. This place should be shut down. They should teach a lesson on ethics. I feel cheated out of money with nothing to show for it. You are better off checking out books in library. I didn't receive text books that I paid for. There is no management obviously. Horribly run. They were only helpful and nice when I was paying for the program.

I welcome the opportunity to address [redacted]’s concerns. [redacted]’s daughter, [redacted] enrolled in our High School Diploma on August 4, 2014 by submitting a down payment and a signed enrollment agreement. 
 
Students who complete more than twenty-five percent and up to fifty percent of their exams owe fifty percent of the tuition including the registration, administration and shipping fee. This is stated on [redacted]’s signed enrollment agreement. [redacted] completed thirty-nine percent of her exams; therefore, she owes fifty percent of the tuition including the fees previously mentioned. In addition, the last payment we received from [redacted] was on December 17, 2014; as a result, he was placed in an outside agency. 
 
Our transcript policy states, in our Student Handbook, that students need to be current with their payments to be eligible for official transcripts.  Since we haven’t received a payment from [redacted] since December 17, 2014, no official transcripts can be sent.  I had a phone conference with [redacted] on August 27, 2015 and advised him of this.  In addition, I ordered a grade report and emailed to [redacted] to show what his daughter, Tiana has completed. 
 
Also on my conference with [redacted] on August 27, 2015, I have cancelled his daughter, Tiana’s account charging only for the percent of tuition completed.  All other fees were waived, totaling a discount of $599.80.  If [redacted] is able to make a payment by September 11, 2015, I will have the account removed from the outside agency and he can make payments with us until the balance of $398.00 is paid.

I never said I didnt enroll. I sent letter to cancel enrollment. I never attended a single class.

World Class Windows replaced all the windows in my home. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone. I have had dealings with other contractors and they never lived up to what they said they would do. This was not the case with this company they did all the things they said they would do.
