I have had problems with this school from the time I startedMy counselor gave me a timeline to follow for my courses, but the timeline was more time than I had to finishSo I ended up going past my semester datesThe most trouble I had was with the director of the "Externship" programI was having a hard time finding a location to do my Externship and she was absolutely no help to meWhen I found a location and submitted my paperwork, I never received an email stating my paperwork had been receivedOut of concern, I emailed the director several times to check with her about my paper work but I never was answeredI called several times with no answer and left several voicemails for her and again she didn't respond for over a weekThen it was a hassle with my paperwork It was over a month before she submitted my paperworkWhen I emailed to ask how the approval process was going she told me she had only submitted it a week before and I needed to give it time (although it had already been a month by now.) we emailed back and forth a couple times that day and in her last email she rudely responded with, "understand that every time I have to respond to your emails it is preventing me from actually working on the paperwork." I do not appreciate her attitude nor her inability to perform her job

To Whom It May Concern:
I welcome the opportunity to address *** ***’s concernsWe apologize for any inconvenience and miscommunication. The current down payment promotional offer only applies to the monthly automatic payment plan which requires a minimum down payment at the time of enrollment. That amount is matched up to a $maximum. The pay-in-full payment option does not have a down payment requirement as the full tuition balance is paid directly at the time of enrollment. Due to that fact, *** *** would not be able to pay in full and receive the match down promotion; it needs to be either the match down or the pay-in-full.
We have updated our website to correct the oversight in leaving out the specific details of the offer. It is now clearly explained that the offer is only available on the monthly automatic payment plan and the maximum amount matched is $

I welcome the opportunity to address ***’s concerns*** enrolled in our HVAC Technician Career Diploma Program on September 30, by submitting a down payment and a signed enrollment agreement.
Students taking programs under the GI Bill, wish to cancel and have submitted less than twenty-five percent of the program assignments would owe twenty-five percent of tuition plus the registration, administrative and shipping fees. According to our records, *** sent a letter to cancel his account. We attempted to contact *** twice before we cancelled the account to advise him of the cancellation policy. In addition, the last payment we received from *** was on December 6, 2010; as a result, he was placed in an outside agency.
Students who will be using their GI Bill are advised that they are responsible for payments to the school and the VA would reimburse the students at the end of each quarter up to 55% of the tuition. *** was in contact with our VA department shortly after he enrolled and was advised of this.
As a courtesy, I have cancelled ***’s account and lowered his liability from $to $117.00. *** can make payments to the outside agency at:

Penn Foster has a Study Planner for all of our students to help guide them through the program. The planner has a suggested date for all exams in the program and is not a due date.
