You were billed the monthly membership fee of $24.95 on July 15th, August 15th and September 15th. Per your first request to our Customer Care department on 9/17/2014 we closed your account and granted one refund of $24.95, as a courtesy. The refunded amount was for the most current month of membership (September 15th). 
You have stated over the phone and on this complaint that you have already contacted your bank or Credit Card Company and filed a dispute. Often, due to the dispute, you are given a conditional refund by your bank; therefore we cannot offer you any additional refunds.
In conclusion, we have issued one refund of $24.95 your account is closed and there will be no further automatic billing. If you have any questions regarding your [redacted] statements you will need to contact them directly.

I am rejecting this response because:This seriously appears to be a scam. People Finder vs "people finders."  The phone number and complaint was provided by American Express. Therefore, this company appears to be into fraud, and should not be allowed to vitimize people.

You have stated on this complaint that you have already contacted your bank or Credit Card Company and filed a dispute. Often, due to the dispute, you are given a conditional refund by your bank; therefore we cannot offer you a refund. Please allow time for your financial institution to review the charges for validity. Usually this process will take a few billing cycles and they will notify you of the outcome via mail.
