Concepts has entered full credit for balance in question under credit memo 61256483; the company does not need to return any of the merchandise in question.   Personnel Concepts confirms this account has a zero balance, and has removed this company from all collection activity.   Personnel Concepts records indicate that Personnel Concepts received a mail order card with check for the purchase of the Florida Compliance Service Subscription then on 05/11/17 a representative from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the Office Manager who advised she was the authorized purchaser for the company.  The records show that the Office Manager authorized the representative to and the OSHA Compliance Poster Subscription Service, the Federal FLSA Poster Subscription and the EEO Subscription Service. The Operations Manager provided her email address and requested the invoice be sent there.     Personnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance team review all call recordings regarding this order and to immediately escalate the findings to the Manager for handling with the representatives involved.  This order shipped via UPS under tracking number 1Z0306XY[redacted]5 and was delivered on 05/18/17. The records indicate that on two occasions the Accounts Receivable representative spoke with the complaint and on each call the complainant refused to discuss the invoice and terminated the call. As stated in the initial portion of this response, upon receipt of this complaint Personnel Concepts issued full credit for the balance on the account, and Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero.

I will accept it, as my immediate complaint was handled, however, I still strongly believe this company needs to be investigated for its operational procedures, which I strongly believe again, borders on unlawful conduct, and would welcome either a Congressional or an IG investigation, if not at least, a Revdex.com. This could have been error on the company's documentation, or may have been misread by Personnel Concepts order card scanner. The Administrator also authorized the purchase of an Interview Kit and the Affordable Care Act Poster. This was immediately escalated to the Customer Service Supervisor who approved full credit for the order in question. The credit was issued under credit memo XXXXXXXX in the amount of $943.52. An email response was sent to the complainant apologizing for the inconvenience. The email further advised the complainant that the internal codes were set on the account to permanently remove the account from contact, and advised the complainant that suppression takes 8-10 weeks for mailers to cease; this is due to campaigns already in process.
Personnel Concepts records indicate that on 05/12/16 an agent from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the complainant, the agent advised of notification requirements that are available that were not part of the order placed on 03/29/16. The complainant requested the agent send the details of these products for her review prior to placing an order. On 05/19/16 another agent placed a follow up call and spoke with an employee who identified herself as a manager and authorized purchaser for the company. This manager approved the order and requested the invoice be emailed to the complainant. Personnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance Team review this call and escalate the findings to the appropriate sales manager. Personnel Concepts regrets the company had a negative experience.

I don't know why this people insist the order was authorized. The only people to authorize any purchases about this is ME AND THE OWNER. I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYTHING NOR THE OWNER NOR THE MANAGER OF THE FLOOR THAT DAY. They called three different numbers and talked to three different person. They called the employee two times to say something the owner never said. I don't know why they just don't own up to how shady they do business. The only call I got was from a very very rude agent who was trying to sell me something else and I said no. How can they say any of us approved an order we already purchased from them and the worse is they even doubled the order. Talk about RIDICULOUS! It's just so FRAUDULENT! These kinda businesses needs to be shut down and investigated and sued.. a class action lawsuit so they learn their lesson not to mess with people like that. Own up to your fraudulent ways instead of making up stories to justify your ridiculousness. I'm not an isolated case. Yelp and Revdex.com reviews about this company all say the same thing: YOU GUYS ARE A SCAM!!!!!

We have one billing address and one physical address, both of which Personnel Concepts clearly HAS and HAD on file for our company as they have used BOTH addresses in the past to mail our original purchase as well as additional material sent to our billing address. Again, we desire NO further contact from Personnel Concepts as we DO NOT plan on continuing business with them. We do not feel we should have to call to confirm our addresses and or phone numbers. None of which have changed from the time our initial transaction took place. We will continue to report issues as they arise.

The address provided on this updated complaint is not the same address that was originally provided by the complainant, nor was this new address in the Personnel Concepts database. In the original response Personnel Concepts requested the complainant to advise if there were any additional addresses or phone numbers; Personnel Concepts has no record of being notified of this additional address. This address has now been added to the suppression list for all contact. The mail the complainant is receiving is probably mail order cards offering Personnel Concepts products, as Personnel Concepts had no way of knowing this address was associated with this company there was no previous suppression of this address.
