It appears that the company is examining an internal problem with the failure to receive my 3 letters. Also, it has removed my office from their contact list. Plus while they may have spoke with the same employee about the return of the merchandise at my expense, my letters (which were "lost" in their company) clearly requested Personnel Concepts to provide me with instructions to return the merchandise to them at their expense.This may explain why they did not respond to my requests and correct this situation.

receipt of this complaint, Personnel Concepts immediately issued full credit for the open balance on the account in the amount of $250.54 and removed the account from all collection activity. Personnel Concepts records show that on 06/18/15 an agent from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the complainant, who identified herself as the Executive Director and authorized purchaser for the company. The agent discussed the demographics of the company and offered some products that would assist the company in meeting their compliance needs. The complainant agreed to purchase Equal Employment Opportunity Poster with a one year subscription service that assures the company that Personnel Concepts will provide any updates to the poster for one full year. The complainant also agreed to purchase the Global Harmonizing System Training Program and the Pregnancy Discrimination Prevention Program. The complainant requested to be invoiced for this purchase. This order shipped on 06/18/15 and was delivered on 06/24/15. Personnel Concepts clearly prints their 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice which advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may return them within 30 days and advises the company to contact the Customer Care department to arrange the return. Personnel Concepts has no record of any attempt from the company to advise they were in anyway unsatisfied. Personnel Concepts' records do show numerous attempts by the Accounts Receivable department to contact the company regarding this invoice, and on 08/31/15 the complainant called in to advise the merchandise had been returned. Personnel Concepts has no record of receiving the merchandise back so the Accounts Receivable representative advised proof of return would be required, the complainant advised she would have the person that took the posters back to call in with the proof of return. To date there has been no further contact from the company. On 02/24/19 a representative from Personnel Concepts contacted the company and spoke with the Pastor, as the complainant states. The records indicate the Pastor confirmed the information on the order card and advised the representative the Church has four employees, offers health insurance, does not employ minors, and has one posting location. The Pastor additionally authorized the order to include the OSHA Safety Poster, the Fair Labor Standard Act Poster and the HIPAA Poster with a subscription service that would provide the company an updated poster each time there was a change for one full year. The Pastor also added the Interview and Hiring Kit and an Affordable Care Act Poster. Personnel Concepts clearly prints their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on each invoice which advises the customer the they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 days less shipping and handling. Personnel Concepts has no record of any contact from the company prior to April 15, 2016, when both the complainant and the Pastor called in to the Customer Care Department. The representatives that received these calls advised the complainant and the Pastor of the return policy.

62267 was received from the company on 08/17/16 for the purchase of the renewal of the company’s Texas Employer Notification Subscription service, which provides the company all updates whenever there is a change or revision to the original poster for one full year.  Personnel Concepts representatives were attempting to contact the complainant to confirm the information on the order card.  On 09/07/16 (the date of this complaint) a representative spoke with the complainant and confirmed the information and released the order, as the complainant requested.  Upon receipt of this complaint full credit was issued for the order in question under credit memo [redacted], dated 09/07/16, the company does not need to return the merchandise when it is received.  Personnel Concepts confirms the balance on this account is zero.   Personnel Concepts approved full refund of the payment received.
