Poster. On 10/12/15 an agent from [redacted] contacted the company to confirm the information as well as offer additional products to assist the company with their compliance needs. The agent spoke with the complainant who identified herself as the Senior Partner and authorized purchaser for the company. The agent reviewed the company demographics with the complainant who advised the company has two employees and is in the process of hiring two additional employees, the company does not currently provide health insurance, but will when the additional employees are hired. The agent discussed some additional items to assist the company with meeting their compliance needs; such as an OSHA Poster, the Fair Labor Standard Act Poster and HIPAA Compliance Poster, and an Interview and Hiring Program. The agent advised the complainant the cost for these items would an additional $241.04, which includes a subscription service that would provide the company all updates to these postings for one full year. The complainant requested to get a call back number to reach the agent, but the agent advised she did not have an inbound line and asked if she could call the complainant back, the complainant agreed. On 10/13/15another agent from [redacted] attempted to contact the complainant, the agent was advised by the owner of the company that the complainant had filed this complaint; the owner requested to cancel the order and requested a refund. The agent immediately canceled the original order and the payment was coded for refund. In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint [redacted] has request the Account Payable Department escalate the refund payment to the company as quickly as possible. [redacted] has set the internal codes on this account to permanently cease all contact, including all future mail, phone calls, and email; please allow 6-8 weeks for mail suppression and 30 days for fax suppression due to campaigns already in process. fax suppression takes thirty days due to campaigns already in process. Per the additional request from the complainant, Personnel Concepts has also requested the Accounts Receivable team issue refund for the payment made by the complainant to the collection agency.
Personnel Concepts records show the order in questions was placed on 09/30/15 and was delivered on 10/05/15. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 for full credit minus the shipping and handling. Personnel Concept records show there was no contact from the company until 02/18/16 when the complainant called in to the Customer Care Department and advised he was not authorized to place this order. The agent advised the complainant, per the documentation, the order was authorized by the person the complainant requested Personnel Concepts contact to approve the order during the initial contact on 09/30/15. The customer care agent advised the complainant of the thirty day return policy during this conversation. The next communication from the company was on 04/20/16 when the person that authorized the order called in to question why the account had gone to a collections agency; the caller was advised that this was due to the delinquency of the open invoice.

Per the additional request from the complainant requesting the invoice be "wiped out", Personnel Concepts request the Accounts Receivable Manger removed this account from all collection activity and to write off the outstanding balance, this request was immediately honored.
Personnel Concepts records show the order in questions was placed over the phone on [redacted] and was delivered on 10/29/15 and was signed for by the same employee that placed the order. [redacted] Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 for full credit minus the shipping and handling. Personnel Concept records show there was no contact from the company until this complaint was received. Personnel Concepts records indicate that the Accounts Receivable Team made numerous attempts to contact the company for resolution of the open balance. Several messages were left with no response, and letters and faxes went unanswered.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11849543, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I will add though, that the reason we asked to cancel the order is because this is the second time we placed an order and they called hard selling more than $300 more than the order.  I told the salesman we are not interested and that their constant calling is annoying.  He would not stop selling added and unwanted products.

Almost all of Personnel Concepts response is inaccurate. No one (payroll dept) authorize any additional merchandise. As stated in original complaint, I repeatedly said send only what was ordered!!!!! amount was $15.90 We did send a check #1326 in the amount of $174.00 out on 5/17/16 to Personnel Concepts due to collection notice. PLEASE RETURN. Do not send any literature to us any more.

Concepts received a mail order card with credit card information for the purchase of the [redacted] and Federal Labor Law Poster.  A representative from Personnel Concepts called the company to confirm the information on the order card, the records indicate the representative spoke with the complainant who advised he was the owner and authorized purchaser for the company.  The complainant authorized the representative to upgrade the order to the [redacted] Employer Notification Subscription Service and added the I-9 Compliance Poster and the NLRA Compliance Poster.  Then on 01/26/17, an employee from the company contacted the Customer Care Department and advised the company wanted to return all of the products.  The representative that spoke to the employee advised of the documentation on the account and authorized the return, and then the employee called back in and advised she filed a complaint, the Customer Service Supervisor approved the representative to issue credit for the order.  The refund was processed back to the credit card on 01/26/17.Personnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all future calls, emails, faxes and mailers; please allow six to eight weeks for mail suppression and thirty days for fax suppression due to campaigns already in process.Personnel Concepts hopes that these actions will resolve the concerns raised by the complainant. Summary: Full credit has been issued for the order in question, and Personnel Concepts confirms that the refund was issued back to the credit card provided by the owner.  This company has been removed from all future contact.

Final Response: In reviewing the documentation the complainant attached to the complaint with the Revdex.com; the initial letter dated 12/08/15 was mailed to the remittance address noted on the original invoice, this is the address of the payment processing center, the invoice also provides the Non-remittance address for customer communications so Personnel Concepts was unable to receive this letter. The date of the second correspondence was 01/07/16 and the date of the third correspondence was 02/02/16 both of which are after Personnel Concepts had already spoke with the person that placed the order and had arranged for the merchandise to be returned (12/03/15) and the date the Accounts Receivable representative received confirmation from the company that the return of the merchandise was in process by the company on 01/06/16. Personnel Concepts has escalated this concern from the complainant to the Customer Service Supervisor and requested that the internal response process be reviewed. Personnel Concepts confirms that full credit has been issued for the order in dispute and that this company has permanently been suppressed from all future contact.

the [redacted] Compliance Service Subscription; a representative contacted the company and spoke with the complainant, and as the complainant noted, she requested time to research.  When there was no response from the complainant another representative contacted the company and spoke with a Manager, who advised she was the authorized purchaser.  The records indicate the Manager authorized to upgrade the original order to include full poster replacement, which ensures the company receives a new poster each time there is a change for one full year.  The Manager also authorized the [redacted] OSHA Compliance Poster Subscription, the FLSA Compliance Poster Subscription and the EEO Compliance Subscription.  The records indicate that the Manager requested to be noted as the primary decision maker for the company.  Personnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance Team thoroughly review all call recordings related to this order and to immediately notify the appropriate management staff of the findings so any issues found can be dealt with quickly.  In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint to the satisfaction of both parties, Personnel Concepts has issued full credit for this order, and has removed this company from all collection activity.  The company does not need to return the products.  Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero.
