#1994 was received from the company on 08/01/16 to purchase the renewal of the Vermont Compliance Service Subscription, the previous service was purchased on 06/30/15, the mail order card advised the company that their service expired on 06/15/16.  The calls the company has been receiving were from representatives attempting to confirm the information on the mail order card. In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint, Personnel Concepts has cancelled this order and confirms the account balance is zero, the refund for the payment received has been approved.  Personnel Concepts has set the internal codes to permanently remove this company from all future calls, e-mail, faxes and mailers; please allow six to eight weeks for mail suppression and thirty days for fax suppression due to campaigns already in process.Response Summary: Personnel Concepts has cancelled the order placed by the company via mail order card and confirms this account balance is zero.  This account has been permanently suppressed from all future contact.

Personnel Concepts records show that a mail order card was received from the company for the purchase of the Texas and Federal Labor Law Poster. A representative contacted the company on 02/20/16 and spoke with the manager, who advised he was the authorized purchaser for the company. The manager confirmed the information on the order card and discussed the additional items with the agent. The manager authorized the representative to include the OSHA Safety Poster and, the FLSA Poster with a subscription service that would provide all updates to these posters for one full year. The manager also added the Interview Kit and the Affordable Care Act poster to this order. The manager requested to be invoiced for the additional items and provided the same email address as provided by the complainant to the Revdex.com. This order shipped on 02/20/16 and was delivered on 02/26/16. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 for full credit minus the shipping and handling and advises the company to contact the Customer Care Department to arrange the return. Personnel Concepts records show the complainant called in twice on 02/26/16, the first call was to question the additional items added to the order, the representative advised the complainant of the authorization received from the manager. The complainant called back and requested to cancel the order, but the representative advised the items had already shipped and requested the company refuse the delivery.
Personnel Concept records show the products have not been returned to date. The records also indicate the Accounts Receivable Team has made several follow up calls to request the merchandise be returned, but has had no response. As stated in the initial portion of this response, this order has been credited and Personnel Concepts confirms the account balance is zero. The company will not need to return the products.

In regards to the request on June 9th, 2015 to be removed from contact, an agent from Personnel Concepts contacted the company on this date at 12:38 PM to discuss the renewal of the one year subscription service purchased on 08/14/14. The agent spoke with the complainant who is shown on the account as the authorized purchaser. The complainant advised the agent that the company is working with a local HR company for their compliance needs. The agent advised the complainant that Personnel Concepts had been providing these items for the company since 2013, the complainant requested a phone number to call back as she wanted to contact the HR company to confirm these items would be supplied, the agent provided the complainant the customer service number.. At 1:31 PM on the same date the complainant contacted the customer service department and requested to have the company removed from contact as she just confirmed the local HR company would provide the company with their compliance needs. The customer service agent immediately set the internal codes to remove the company from contact and advised the complainant of the timing needed to suppress the company. Personnel Concepts database shows there have been no further attempts from Personnel Concepts to call this company. Personnel concepts records indicate that during this conversation the complainant advised the company does not offer health insurance, so the HIPAA regulations were not included as part of this order. This order shipped on 12/28/15 under UPS tracking number 1Z0306XYXXXXXXXXXX and was delivered on 11/06/15. Then on 12/23/15 Personnel Concepts received an additional order card with check from the company for the purchase of the 2016 All-On-One HIPAA Poster. The agents from Personnel Concepts were requested to contact the complainant to confirm the demographics had changed and that the company did now offer health insurance. Upon receipt of this complaint, Personnel Concepts canceled the pending order and approved refund for the check received with the order card. Per the portion of the complaint regarding the communication from the agents during the call to the company, Personnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance Department perform a thorough review of all calls, both inbound and outbound, and escalate the findings to the appropriate management staff. we just send another check out on 1/14/16 so we will be expecting 2 checks back. The reason these checks and order were sent it, isn't because we offer health insurance it was because we were told WE HAD TO HAVE THEM and were not in compliance. Per the additional request from the complainant requesting the invoice be "voided", Personnel Concepts requested the Accounts Receivable Manger remove this account from all collection activity and to issue credit for the open balance of $413.98, this request was immediately honored under credit memo XXXXXXXX.
Personnel Concepts records indicate the order in questions was placed over the phone on 01/18/16 and was delivered on 02/01/16. Personnel Concepts clearly prints the 100% satisfaction guarantee on each invoice that advises the company if they are not completely satisfied with the products they may be returned within 30 for full credit minus the shipping and handling. Personnel Concepts has requested the Quality Assurance Team review all call recordings regarding this order and immediately notify the Sales Manager of any issues found during this review.
Personnel Concept Accounts Receivable Team made numerous attempts to contact the company for resolution of the open balance. On 04/21/16 one of the representatives was able to reach the complainant who advised he did not authorize the order. The representative attempted to explain the return policy but the complainant was not satisfied as no credit was issued. On 05/12/16 the complainant again spoke with a representative who escalated the concern to the Accounts Receivable Manager. As mentioned earlier in this response, upon receipt of this complaint full credit was issued and the complainant will not need to return the merchandise.
Response Summary: In an effort to successfully resolve this complaint, Personnel Concepts has permanently removed this account from all future contact. Personnel Concepts has issued full credit for the order in question and has removed the account from all collection activity. The Quality Assurance Team has been requested to review all call recordings and to report any issues found during this review.
