I moved from Marietta GA to Calhoun GA using Coleman American moving services (located out of Fairborn GA) on 9-17-The moving sales man name is *** I purchased moving "insurance"The movers damaged the newly refinished floors in my year old houseI called immediately to discuss damage to my floors as well as to personal property damaged in the moveI was given a form to fill out regarding personal property damage and was told not to include floor damage on the form as that would be handled by their "in house floor people"I sent in the damage claim form to Eagle Claims Service (insurance company that I paid for) and never heard from either them nor ColemanI initiated all contact with Coleman - speaking with *** and *** with Coleman movingI called multiple times and sent multiple emails regarding repair/reimbur

We recently used Coleman to move intrastateContract date 6/10/2017, initial pick up date 7/13/The company knew we were doing a stop drop off (storage unit and home) but encouraged us to buy a more expensive ($563) zero deductible insurance plan sold by *** ***During our move (7/13-15/2017), we had goods which were damaged during the move to a storage unit and to our new home Items damaged include a *** (*** *** ***, purchase 1/8/@ $234),a crib (Graco crib base, purchased 6/15/@$125), and a trash can (HomeZone 45-Liter Stainless Steel Rectangular Step Trash Can )The chiminea and crib were delivered to our house, while the trash can was delivered to the storage unitUpon arrival at the home, the moving crew tried to hide that the chiminea was broken and even tried to drive off with itHowever, when w

Coleman was contracted to store and then deliver our household goods under contract R-XXXXXX Goods were packed on Jan 2018, thern stored until delivery on Aug 29, During delivery their onsite rep said three items were not delivered because of mold, and were being sent out for cleaning These included an antique Belgian Armoire, a dining room chair (one of a set), and a third unidentified item While goods were being unpacked, I called *** ***, our shipment coordinator for Coleman, but she was not in and another representative was unaware of the issue, and did not follow up with any information later We did not authorize any third party service, and made multiple contacts to find out the extent of the damage, who the 3rd party cleaner was, and any information on whether the goods would be returned Contacts with

Missing property upon move from Texas to Tennessee
I packed all of my personal property in plastic bins and boxesThe movers packed my TV, bed and bedroom furnitureUpon arrival to my new address boxes were missing and the driver told me I got everythingI had cordless power tools computer cord, drone missingThe company did their investigation and found the only reason baoxes on my list were not checked off were because they weren't loadedIt is my opinion that the loader helper may have been involved if not the driver since the loaders family sat in a car b=next door to my house the entire timeAlso at times they came up and stood at the end of the rampIt was not my feeling that customer packed boxes were not their responsibilityNo one knows the contents except the packer all though I know what was packed in the tools/garage boxesTry and prove itSo sad I put too much trust in the lady that signed me up, and the employees are not a representation of quality work or respo

My furniture was not picked up or delivered on timeWhen furniture was delivered many pieces were broken and torn up Terrible customer service
My furniture was to be picked up 9/Driver arrived and stated he couldn't take my stuff because the truck was fullSo instead of calling it in, he showed up to my house with a full truck saying well I cant take your stuff today We were on the phone for several hours trying to figure out what we were gong to do Well finally, it was decided that a truck would come on 9/and load up my belongings Since pickup didn't happen when promised, I was told that my stuff would be stored in a warehouse for a few days until they could get it deliveredOn 10-3-16, I received a text saying that all my furniture didn't make it on the truck and that my delivery would be made in shipments, which was not part of the agreement Days turned in to a weekOn 10-3-only half of my furniture was put on a truck because again, truck had no roomDa

On 08/29/2017, Coleman Worldwide Moving company (Allied Van) delivered my furnitureThey refused to move my piano to the second floor instead of leaving the piano in the garageThey also did not finished to assemble the furniture after they disassembled themThe dinning table got serious damageSome furniture miss small parts and screws
I called them many times and they still refused to resolve these issues

Two items were damaged during shipping Allied Van lines did not offer settlement based on actual damage
Inventory item #- Plymouth Auto engine was dropped when loading
The settlement offer did not address the internal damaged done when dropped
Inventory item #- Plymouth Auto engine (high value inventory $8000.00) was suffered external damage and possible internal damage One appraiser that looked at both items, indicated a professional engine rebuilding shop would be needed to determine damage The other appraiser that looked at both items, did not address the internal damage on either item and only appraised the external (visible) damage in the settlement offer
To resolve the claim, both inventory items would require a professional engine rebuilder to remove heads, pan etcto inspect for internal damage I found a professional that would charge $per item to inspect Allied Van lines would not pay to have this inspection done or offer an alternati

I would like to start off by saying that I typically never fill out these things, even when I've had a negative experience However, this tops any experience I've ever had
NEVER will I used this company again! NEVER!
Let's start with the initial consultation with Rod T*** Having never moved before, we were a little overwhelmed with the process At the conclusion of the meeting when he presented the information and asked if we had questions, we responded with "not at this moment," to which he replied 'well you're no fun." This should have been my first clue He also didn't follow up with his promise to drop off boxes at our house on a Tuesday when he was in town I called him and he said he would "try to get them there by the weekend," to which they were never received
The packing men arrived on time and worked their tails off (there were of them) They have been the only positive thing through this entire move They were careful and courteous and answered all the questions I had Although it took them the entirety of a day to pack a sq ft house, they were good
Our moving coordinator contacted us with a move date and final bill A day before the move, we received an email saying that the driver would not be able to haul our truck and they would be in touch when they had a driver.....guess what, we are still waiting Her boss doesn't even have answers for us We've been told they are "short on drivers" this season Well, that would have been nice to know now wouldn't it of?
I have contacted everyone I can think of, every customer service representative, everyone in the local Nebraska office, our attorney general, even the uppety ups I've gotten no where Our belongings are being held hostage in Omaha just sitting in a warehouse We have been told we can go get them but will be charged for the packing and the time it has taken up space in the ware house
If you are considering this company....DON"T DO IT! Spend the extra money to get someone else

My scheduled delivery date was May 18-May I was called the morning of May by *** *** who said they would deliver my belongings on May
My house was scheduled to be moved on May The driver came at AM and help arrived at AMWe were told we would be packed up by 2P and the driver/help left our house at 7POur delivery was scheduled for May 18-May and we would be given a hour notice from our driverOn Sunday around 4P I called our driver directly via cell phone and he was not aware of any delivery scheduled for usI tried reaching out to our move coordinator *** *** and our moving consultant *** ***I did not hear from anyone until Monday morning at 10AM and was told by *** that our delivery would not occur until May *** recommended I contact customer service to file a delivery delay complaintI called the number *** provided and did not hear back from them until 1130AMShe (*** ***) could not help me until I verifi

Failure to Deliver As Promised
Delivery of my house contents was promised 8/- 9/and company failed to call, show-up, failed to answer phone, failed to return phone callsAttempted to make contact again starting 9/- same problem; I had to make contact, no one knows what's going on, truck driver or dispatch office doesn't call; got a call from Alabama - delivery 9/6; no show; 9/made contact with ElPaso dispatch who was rude and belligerent, contacted Regional Sales in Houston and left message for moving coord; truck driver calls today 9/says he's coming 9/am; I don't believe him; this situation has totally disrupted my life, work, personal appts being rescheduled/cancelled, etcand then they call out of the blue and expect me to jump through hoops in order to get my furniture backI feel myself and my household goods are being held hostage by Coleman Allied El Paso, TX

Our experience with Coleman/Allied Worldwide handling our cross-state move (Alabama to North Carolina) was riddled with problemsWe have moved multiple times with other companies and never had issues like these
Our household goods were loaded appropriately onto a truckI was told at that time that this truck would be driven to our new location and unloadedHowever, this truck was unloaded into a warehouse without our consent, our items stayed there in the heat for an undisclosed amount of time, and most of our items were reloaded onto another truck holding another family's goodsSeveral of our items were left behind, including a queen Tempur-pedic mattressAlso, due to the size of this second truck, many of our items did not fit in the trailer, so they were loaded into the cab of the semi with the driver, who is a smokerAmong these items were couch cushions, the top-half of a recliner, and children's toys
Because of the multiple times our household goods were handled, our new sturdy moving boxes were smashed, crushed, and had large holes poked in themFurniture was banged up with very large marks left in wood and leatherItems not covered or sealed in boxes were dirtyBoxes that were opened allowed dirt and debris in with our packed goods
I followed the directions given to me to submit claims, which I didTheir online system, by the way, is extremely glitchy and frustratingOur mattress ultimately was located but confirmed damagedWe were given a check to purchase a replacementAs for the other items, we had to wait for a contracted inspector to come out to verify the damageShe did not confirm the smoke damage, and initially it was dropped from our claim, despite the driver admitting what he had done already(Why would that need to be confirmed weeks later by a third party?)
We had to do much back-and-forth to get the amount of our claims checks to be respectable for the items that we are now in the process of replacingIt was a very time consuming and stressful experience, and it didn't need to be We shouldn't have to fight to get our stuff fixed/replacedWe paid for the insurance
We were billed the full amount of our estimate, despite the fact that they included packing services that I had already told them during the in-home inspection that we would not needThey offered to discount that original full amount, but we knew we were overbilled, so we deducted that offered discount from the correct amount and paid thatThey sent our bill to collections and said they would stop payment on our claims checksOnly after we threatened legal action did we get an apology, an acknowledgement that we did in fact pay the correct amount, and closure to this horrendous experience
In addition to all of the items we had to replace, we have spent countless hours on the phone, on email, using their claims system, doing research to verify replacement values, and basically forcing them to do the right thing instead of them doing it on their ownWe will never use this company again in future moves and certainly will not recommend them to anyone else

Coleman Worldwide Moving should do a better customer service, as well as do a better moving job I recently moved from Houston to OKC in Dec, when I got to OKC , their company driver that picks up from Houston and drove to OKC as well as movers in OKC who they hired just dump everything in the living room, with sofa topsy turvy , I had to pay the driver again to come back the following day and did not even complete the jobHe left several boxes downstair as he said its too heavy for him
It was the worst moved I have in my life and I had moved a lotA real moving company should deliver the boxes to the appropriate rooms and set down the sofa and not pile on top of each otherIt was a fire hazard, inconvenient and very very stressfulI complain to Allied and was told it was Coleman fault and Coleman said this is how they move people just dump everything and file boxes haphazardly including sofaI gave one star as mover in the houston side was professional but the Oklahoma City side was very unprofessional, arguing with the customersColeman does not even apologize to how things were handled and does not even compensate for inconvenience, sofa that got ruin as it was just dump literally

*** American guaranteed that our furniture would be delivered between May and June They failed to deliver on time
We have contacted the company in Omaha that picked up our furniture but they know nothing about what happened to it and referred us to the national customer service line We have repeatedly contacted them and all that we have been able to learn is that our items are in a warehouse some place and they can't find a driver to deliver them This is no way to run a businessWe are camping out in an empty house with no idea when our furniture may arrive They allow us to make a claim for paper plates and a few items, but this falls short of addressing the inconvenience that their inefficiency has caused

I was charged $more than my Guaranteed Not to Exceed Price
I contracted with Coleman to move my possessions from *** The move was Jan31, with delivery on Sunday, February
When the Coleman Rep came to our house to give us our estimate, he noted that since we had a front load washer, it would have to be serviced prior to the move so that the drum would not be damaged I was told that this cost was included in my Guaranteed Not to Exceed price of $
After loading was completed in Davenport, I received a call from Coleman's office (***)to see how the load went It went fine The washer was serviced by the outside agency and everything was loaded onto the truck to our satisfactionI asked *** when the service man would be arriving at our *** home to service our washer and make it "usable" again She informed me that that service was not included in my priceShe offered to set it up for us for an additional ch

Coleman Movers routinely accepts more jobs than they can handle as a sub contract underCovan who is awarded moving contracts for military familiesThey do not keep their word in keeping their packing and delivery dates even when requested and confirmed two months priorIt is disgusting that they are able to get away with manipulating the system for profit while pushing military families around because they know here's no alternativeFamilies dates get delayed and it impacts families adversely and financially
Product_Or_Service: Shipment of Household Goods

Allied is refusing to fix the damage they caused on my stairs
The previous owners of our house(***) hired Allied to move them out January 9thThe movers damaged the finish on our hardwood floorsA claim was filed January 24th by the previous owners ( ***)and allied was notified to handle the claim through meAllied sent someone out to review and give a quote for repair but have done NOTHING to fix the problemI have called and emailed over and over but get no resultI even emailed the director of CS but no answerI keep being told my claim "somehow fell through the cracks"I know they are just giving us the run aroundI even offered to settle for whatever the estimate was and WE would have the repairs done, they just continue to do NOTHINGmonths with NO action is ridiculous!!

The amount of items that were damaged during shipment for a military member
I moved from Gulfport Ms to Pearl Harbor Hi on military orders and the amount of stuff that was damaged due to poor handling of household goods is indescribableThe main item I want to focus on is a motorcycle that when it left my house in Gulfport was in full operating and legal state When it arrived in Pearl Harbor I found that the crate was busted open and the motorcycle took on heavy damage The entire back end of the motorcycle was crushed and the frame is bent making the bike unusable I had to pick pieces of the bike off the ground when it was rolled out of the crateThe engine was tweaked so much from the frame that it now leaks oil and gas like a faucet This is my daily driver that is now a broken gas and oil covered paperweight

Complaint about ability to meet desired timeline
Contract GBL # ***
Moving Manager:***
Order was placed and household goods were picked up but box #1, utility box, was left at the original location and I had to pack it in my personal vehicle to move myselfHousehold goods were to be delivered by JulyI received no contact from the moving company until July and, after numerous calls, got a person at the company to research my GBL and discover it was still in Alabama and had not been transported
After speaking to the company, I informed them that I was starting my civilian career in July and could not accept deliveryMy partner could accept the delivery on any day except WednesdayThe representative says the only day they could deliver was July or else my household goods will be sent to storage for future delivery late August/early September
The company broke the contract that was advertised as being able to complete delivery and resulted in si
