Packers brought large backpacks While I stepped out to get them lunch and they left with several high dollar itemsThis was all caught on my house camera and allied refused my loss claimPolice report and a call to state attorney general made them reconsiderTerrible experience

Excessive damage and missing items!!
Over items damaged and missing from a simple move from the Atlanta, Ga area to the Augusta GA area!!
Items seemed to be wrapped and packed correctly as they were loaded onto the truck in Fayetteville, Ga Packers were very polite and items seemed to be cared for
Once they left my house all the damage occurred Items were unwrapped and unpacked at the warehouse Chairs that were wrapped when they left my house were unwrapped and stacked on top of one another in the shipping crate when they arrived Both dining room tables were extensively scratched while in transport Both table were loaded into the shipping containers without being wrapped or protected Both tables, chairs and bench will all have to be refinished or replaced now
Also, some of our items were taken out of boxes with our name and markings on them and packed into boxes from other moves So we ended up getting our items packed in boxes with different last names and descriptions written on them This was a nightmare when trying to inventory what was coming off the truck because the inventory tags were different colors and different numbers Some boxes we never received and other box numbers we had duplicates of
We took pictures of EVERYTHING!!!
As the movers were unloading these shipping containers crammed full of our unwrapped and damaged good we were taking pictures and documenting everything
Side note:
The movers at both ends were extremely polite and professional I bought pizzas for them during packing and the unpacking days because they were so great!!
Its the warehouse and/or transportation that caused all the damage
Now I have a garage full of damaged and broken furniture that I cant throw away because I have filed a claim and am waiting on the payment and I have already had to go buy all this new furniture to replace what was broken So not only am I out of pocket thousands of dollars but cant park in my garage either
When I contacted Coleman to see what the process was they advised me that they could only pay out $as an in house claim and that I would have to file a full claim and wait for any type of reimbursement $would not even cover ONE of the dressers or ONE of the dinning room tables that had been damaged
This was a Military contracted move so all paperwork and documents have been submitted along with pictures
Waiting on someone to contact me with information on how to expedite payment
If you use Coleman be ready to photograph the shipping containers as they are opened on the truck and your broken items are off loaded No idea how many of my items were damaged because I stopping counting and claiming once I got to
I would love for someone who has any information on my claims to contact me!

First, I agree with all the negatives posted below and wish I could give them a negative starsThis is a horrible company to work with They moved us from San Diego to Colorado Springs in August We bought into their story about being an old company that worked to do the best job for their customersThey insisted on payment up front based on the estimated poundage and packing costs with a contract that would refund us if actual poundage and packing costs were less We know that we are owed back over a thousand dollars, based on the actual weight and packing costs It has been two months and that refund has not been processed They do not return phone messages or emails, and the few times I have gotten through they have promised to get the refund taken care of, but not followed though
The truck did arrive on time for the packing, loading and the delivery While the packers in San Diego were adequate, the unloaders in Colorado Springs were two young men that seemed to never have unloaded before The load was large enough and items heavy enough that three or more support would have been appropriateAs a result of the unskilled labor, several important pieces of furniture were damaged A leg on my piano was shattered and the answer from the insurance company is to have the pieces clued back together

Poor business practices - item lost for four months, found, then no progress in having it delivered
1) This form would not allow me to choose the correct location This complaint should be placed under the Nashville, TN location at WTrinity Lane
2) In November 2014, my household goods were packed and placed into storage by Coleman Worldwide Moving due to an overseas military move During the pack-out, my husband repeatedly expressed concern about his tools and asked that his 13-drawer toolbox be packed empty and the tools individually inventoried and stored The movers adamantly declined our request stating that since the tool box locked, it should be stored full and locked When we returned to the US in July 2017, our household goods were delivered from Nashville to Olympia and the toolbox was not present After discussing with the manager, *** on numerous occasions, before even a month had passed, he advised my husband to 'just file a claim.' When my hus

We are missing items from our move that the company is stating they are not responsible for and no real effort has been made to follow up and find
After our move on November 22, we realized we were missing multiple itemsincluding a TV, steam cleaner and a few other small items I have followed up with the company including writing a letter to the corporate office in order to resolve the matter with no response from them I am asking that they either find my items or refund me for them Their stance is that due to the fact that there are no items missing from the manifest that we did not own them The issue with that is that the move on the front end was a disaster and needed multiple trucks and many items came off the truck without stickers I have followed their procedure to file a claim and I am not satisfied with their stance The company has not followed up after I sent a letter to ***, CEO and ***, Director

Dear Sirs
My name is ***I have been the customer of Coleman Allied since early I did to moves with your companyI am emailing to file a strong complaint against this companyTheir sales person *** CMC - Certified Moving Consultant -Coleman Worldwide Moving - Tel: (770) did misguide us and we have been suffering major financial consequencesWe are in process of taking steps to reserve our rights with legal and consumer protection institutes
Registration #750745: Move from Irvine CA to GA with amount of $11,495: We have received an "estimate" through a local representative of your company in Irvine CaWe clarified to *** and his agent that we will not ship all what is in the Irvine homeWe have been always working that final invoice is ba

Moving agent overestimated the move, said he'd be at the loading to adjust if necessary, never showed and overcharged by nearly $
Moving agent overestimated our load by 2,lbs - information given to us by his own officeStated he'd personally supervise the loading and adjust the weight if necessary as we specifically told him we'd be taking many of the items ourselvesNever heard from him after contractingUnlike all other moving contracts, he used the wrong one for our move which locked us into a price inflated by nearly $Contact at the office gave us the information that we were overcharged and weight was grossly over-inflated but "graciously" gave us $offWe cancelled the second stop and refused to pay the additional chargeWe have now paid them the inflated amount, overpaid $800, so that we can get our furniture

Failure to Deliver As Promised
Delivery of my house contents was promised 8/- 9/and company failed to call, show-up, failed to answer phone, failed to return phone callsAttempted to make contact again starting 9/- same problem; I had to make contact, no one knows what's going on, truck driver or dispatch office doesn't call; got a call from Alabama - delivery 9/6; no show; 9/made contact with ElPaso dispatch who was rude and belligerent, contacted Regional Sales in Houston and left message for moving coord; truck driver calls today 9/says he's coming 9/am; I don't believe him; this situation has totally disrupted my life, work, personal appts being rescheduled/cancelled, etcand then they call out of the blue and expect me to jump through hoops in order to get my furniture backI feel myself and my household goods are being held hostage by Coleman Allied El Paso, TX

This company damaged every wall of my house and broke the pavement in my driveway and refuses to do anything about it
The movers showed up with a crew of men to move my entire houseThey came at noon and left around 10pmWhen they backed the truck into my driveway, I heard a loud crack and saw the truck in the drainage ditch next to my drivewayI came out to see if they broke part of the driveway, but he threw down a big sheet of metal to cover up the damage and assured me the noise I heard was just the metal falling out of the truck The man providing documents was extremely pushy about getting my signature on some forms, and before explaining the forms or doing a final walkthrough of the house with me like the form stated, he literally snatched up all the papers and ran out of the doorI thought he was coming back to do a walkthrough, but they left in a hurryI looked at the driveway where he laid the metal sheet down, and sure enough there was a lot of my driveway crumblin

Nearly weeks since pickup and still waiting for delivery of my overflow household items
Our initial load was June 28th and they sent a truck that was already half fullThey could not fit all of our belongings on this truck so they had to send another the following dayThat second load contained many important items - clothes, kitchen table, kid's bikes, lawn equipment, rugs, TVs, etcIt took weeks to get a scheduled date for delivery of this second load with VERY limited communication in that timeYesterday was that scheduled delivery date and we called our "coordinator" to get a delivery time first thing in the morningShe was surprised the driver had not called us and said she would call us right backAfter several hours (and leaving voicemails with her) I called her cellShe informed me that the overflow truck was full and none of our stuff was loadedShe even had the nerve to blame me for expecting the delivery since the driver had not called hours in advance to

Allied Van Lines lost, destroyed, damaged and lied to us all the way through the move from Locust Grove Georgia to Vero Beach Florida They lied from the beginning and have caused us so much trouble The first thing that happen is a wedding ring came up missing *** and *** told us not to worry all their employees were bonded and for us to wait until we unpacked that they were sure the ring would show up They led us to believe that if the ring didn't show up our insurance would pay for it We upgraded all of the insurance I told the packer NOT to touch anything in the dresser until I returned to the room He paid no attention and when I came back I opened the drawer and asked him why the touched that piece of furnitureHe had moved everything into different boxes We unpacked and could not find the ring I immediately contacted *** They stated not to worry They lost so much of our belongings that it is unreal I packed chemicals that wer

I am hoping to just save other from the same experience I had with Allied Please do not use this company for your moving needs! If I could rate them negative stars if I would
If you want to know the horrible details of my move, please read on
The first day they were scheduled to show at am and didn't show up until 1pm I had to reach out to them to see where they were and not until I did this did they show up
That night they left one of my pricey oriental rugh out in the front porch It would have been ruined if I left it out so I struggled to get it back in the house
Before they left they informed me they would be back at am the next morning They didn't show until am the next day I had to reach out to get them to come back even though the job was scheduled for two days The second day they didn't finish moving all the furniture
They said they would be back the next day to finish up They never showed!
So again I had to reach out to them They arranged for different movers to come back the next day They said they would be there around 2pm When no one showed by pm, I reached out again Finally they sent some movers
The movers they sent refused to move the remaining furniture as they said it was too big and they didn't have enough guys (guys were sent) even though the company was made aware of what was remaining
I called again and they scheduled movers to come out they next morning They only sent three movers again So my husband had to help them load a piano and a golf cart
When the first load arrived at the destination, the driver waited at the wrong location for minutes I reached to see where he was and he stated he was knowingly at the wrong address but didn't think there was anything else down the rode so didn't want to go any further down the road to find the correct address When he finally got to the right address he only had guy there to help the him unload Yet again my family had to step up and help them unloadSo basically Allied was using my family as free labor and not providing the contractual agreements upon staff Finally additional movers arrived but it was much later in the day
When second load arrived, only the driver was there to unload a golf cart and piano so again my family had to help My father who is and my brother who has cancer has to assist with these items
I have reached out so many times over the course of the move to inform them of the situation They always were very sorry but never worked to improve it
The contact I had with Allied stated that she would not run the payment on credit card until we discussed the situation furtherThey next day the charge hit my credit card for the full $21,
Additionally they charged me for things they didn't deliver They charged third party shipping/packing on the piano and on two glass tables The third party refused to pack the glsss tables and only partially disassembled the piano But these charges were not taken off the bill

Horrid service - *** *** branch
*** ***, based here in ***, HI were responsible for my moveDelivered items on 26Octand that was by far the most unprofessional experience I had, up until that time, with military moversPrior to delivery I called twice and advised the company that I lived away from a street and there were multiple stairsSecond conversation the dispatcher laughingly commented "guess they will get their exercise." The crew that arrived consisted of very nice young men but their company over scheduled them so they didnt arrive until noonish, to unpack cratesThey were not equipped to handle it and though we got everyhing into the house, it was so late that nothing was unpacked or set upFound out the company pays by the volume of items moved per hour so not exactly the best treatment of my furnitureThis week I have called almost daily to schedule pick up of the rubbish (boxes/paper)Monday I was told they would come tuesday, so I moved every

Door to door move, but we ended up having to move part of our belongingsIt took over weeks to complete the move with multiple additional appts
We have been asking Coleman Allied for a reduction in charges for our move from Seattle to DenverWe hired them to do a door to door move, but the company was very disorganized and we ended up having to help them sort our belongings on the day of the move (7/23/18) for over hours and then we had to help them move our belongings into one of the destinations in Denver later that eveningThey started unpacking our belongings at 5pm and there were two stops to the moveAfter hours they had only half of the first destination moved inThey asked my husband to help to make it go fasterAfter hours they finished, but did not have time to put together any of the furnitureThe next day, they finished the second half of the move, unloading my sister's belongings at her apartmentJust this portion of the move took full days, when it w

Grossly negligent, moved not by a professional team but a mother, father and small sonBroke countless belongings religious and otherwise worth 1000s
- charged my card 3x as much as I authorized them to, before the move rather than waiting till delivery like the contract said
- Lied about who would be moving, said it was a team of pros, not a family with a small son, wife and husband
- maliciously or just through gross negligence destroyed many pieces of furniture, a priceless fender rhodes organ from the 70s, shabbat candles commemorating our family who died in the holocaust, and countless other things
- reached out to everyone at the company I knew (sales guy named *** and coordinator) to ask if I could talk to a supervisor about the insane amount of damage doneThey both refused, Jess the salesman insulting me and making fun of the way I spoke, *** just saying she couldn't give me anything and I had no recourse
- I tweeted out to the CEO and Customer Care and C

Hiring C*** Allied was a horrible decision that has resulted in over $100,in damages and taking them to court where they lost We had a move from SoCal to Colorado where our load was put into storage for one month For reasons NEVER explained Allied took our entire load OUT of storage in their parking lot and reloaded it into another truck during a series of rain storms They then decided to wrap everything in plastic and blankets while still wet and load into their truck for a day journey to Colorado Needless to say their science experiment worked as when it arrived to Colorado everything was either molded, warped or completely wrecked
The only saving grace was the driver took photos of what happened while everything was sitting outside in the rain EVIDENCE
We filed a claim which took almost months to resolve We asked for the storage fee of almost $6,to be reimbursed which they refused A small claims case was initiated and after over a year and court appearances, judges ruled in our favor and they still refuse to pay the judgement
John C*** the VP of Allied Coleman sent letters saying they did nothing wrong, Matt G***, the GM showed up in Court denying he had been served by our process server I would strongly suggest that anyone considering this company look elsewhere Lies, Lies, Lies, Lies.....no accountability

we did a contract with colemanallied for moving our goods from madison USA to new delhi India
the job was not done efficiently, they had not enough cardboards to pack our stuff.the employees were not trained to packdays job was completed in 3rd day night time around 12pm
unfortunately our move got cancelled after the goods went to their storage, within a week.we informed them to stop the container and the container hook broke and it was being repaired at their warehouse only in madison al,the goods never went to the dock too.the packing and movement cost was 12000usd.we paid all the money
when we requested to return our goods back to our house they made an extra charge above 12000usd of 1000usd for us to pay
after that goods were delivered at our place
we are not able to understand that how international move charges are less than the domestic move.as our goods never went to the dock,no international move happened still we were not refunded any amount, rather we paid 1000usd
