1st order I have not received a full refund for this items returned online.

I am unable to get in touch with customer service through phone, text and online chat.
I'd really appreciate if you could help solve this issue as soon as possible

I placed an order with Pier One in early May, it processed on the 11th. I received half of the order but the second half is apparently lost. The website says my order is complete and that it has shipped. UPS has never received the package, however. I have been trying for days to get through via chat or phone and both basically hang up on you every time. I simply want to know where my package is or if it isn't coming at all. I have called the corporate office and that number also hung up on me. Order # is ***.

I ordered plates online that arrived damaged. I understand the company has filed for bankruptcy, but they have no customer service. I have tried calling, and after their automated message you get disconnected. If you try chatting you wait in a queue for over 30 mins only to get disconnected when you are up to chat. There is no email address to return items via mail. It states return to store, there are no stores open in NY. I have also sent messages via twitter. I put the charge on the Pier one credit card. They said they will try to help dispute it, but cannot guarantee it. When I bought these plates that they shipped damaged....it did not state final sale. I want to either return them or my money back before my bill is due.

I placed an online order and want to cancel. I have called only to be disconnected as soon as the call connects to the voice prompts. I have waited for hours on their chat service only to be disconnected when I get to the #2 spot. I just want to cancel my order before it ships #

I am requesting a refund for an order placed and received late from Pier1. I received the defective dinnerware and it is not as described online. As well, one of the saucers is scrapped on the bottom edge. The pattern is not at all as is appears in the photo shown online. Extremely disappointed as I have been a customer for many years and have never had to return anything ordered online. In addition the order was received on May 20, 2020. The box was opened today and could not believe the items in the boxes. The phone number provided are inoperable. No one is answering that phone number. I went on the chat line (*** in queue) waited for 16 minutes and then was advised that an agent was not available. Started the process again and there were *** in the queue. Realize there are problems due to the pandemic however, Pier1's customer service is TERRIBLE.I am disputing in order to resolve this matter. I should not be responsible for the return shipping on a defective product that should have been inspected prior to shipment. Please credit my Pier 1 account for the amount debited and provide a shipping label for return.

I am rejecting this response because:Complaint filed 5/26/20 ID#*** and received an email from Pier1 stating they would process the refund upon receipt of the merchandise. They sent an electronic return label and scheduled the pickup from my front door (UPS Ground Tracking #***) on June 1, 2020 pickup#*** and it was delivered on June 8, 2020 to Mansfield, TX @ 12:05pm. My Pier1 order number *** for $159.85. Pier 1 was awaiting my response to their offer of a refund on June 2, 2020 and I agreed on June 3, 2020. To date, they have not credited my refund to my Pier1 credit card account, however, they have received their merchandise. There is no excuse for not providing the credit to my account. How fair is that to return the merchandise and still have the charges on my account. In fact they have a charge on my account and also have the Dinnerware in their possession. What a rip off. Please help me obtain my credit. No one will answer the phone and the stores are closed. I have not where else to turn. Thank you in advance for your assistance.Credit my Pier 1 credit card for the Dinnerware that was returned in the amount of $159.85.

On 5/25/20 I shopped online for over an hour, so as to use up a Pier One gift card, made an order and paid for the balance with another credit card. I received an order number. Hours later, I received an email that my entire order was cancelled and that I was issued a new gift card. Today, I tried to contact Pier One, as their website suggested and waited over 25 minutes in the chat room, and then was deleted with 2 minutes left to wait, with the message that the chat was cancelled. I tried the phone contact numbers with no success ("busy" or "not available") with no means to leave a message. How can I use this gift card? I would like a check for the amount sent to me. I made 3 large orders with Pier 1 on from May 9-11 taking advantage of the sale on outdoor furniture, totally about $2400. I never got an update on shipping, etc. so a week later I contacted Pier 1 view Live Chat. I contacted about 3 times after waiting about 20 minutes on line for chat. Each time I got to the front of the line, the chat disconnected me. I contacted them via Facebook and Instagram and finally got a response on Live Chat on May 15. They also contacted me via Instagram that same day saying that while they had no information on shipping or status, I would eventually get my items. After seeing news updates on how the store is officially closing all locations and liquidating, I became worried about my order. I contacted via Facebook and Instagram (their support team does recommend this way) on Friday May 22, and got no response. This morning, Tuesday May 26, I waited online for chat support. I stayed in the queue over 20 minutes and when I reached the front of the line, it kicked me off. When I tried to call, the number asks if I have an order number and then kicked me off.
I'm concerned that due to the current status of the company, I will not receive my items or will receive partial order or broken order and have no way of returning. I'm also concerned about my cards being charged for items not received.
I would like to officially cancel my orders. I feel as though the company apparently had no way of following through on sales and orders and simply was trying to take money from customers. Now they are not providing customer support at all.

Need to return a very badly damaged print purchased locally at the Midlothian VA store on 22 March 2020, their last day of doing business. Sales rep found an unopened box and didn't take the time and effort to check the contents. Both print and frame are missing a huge chunk making it irreparable. I have tried to contact their customer service on numerous occasions and only get outdated recordings which are misleading and incorrect. Just tried again about an hour ago and the situation has worsened. My calls were all automatically disconnected. Having just announced their closing my fear is that customer service no longer exists and the company has gone into receivership. None of the stores in my area have reopened which has me wondering if they intend to. I need Pier One to tell me what to do with this $159 print I was told could be returned for any reason when the store reopened following the current "crisis." I can't be the only victim caught in this nightmare and feel very sorry for unsuspecting consumers currently placing orders online.

Several pieces of furniture were purchased through two separate orders prior to Pier 1 declaring that they were closing.
The furniture was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Prior to the delivery window, Pier 1 emailed and said that there was a temporary delay.
Nothing has arrived and no further updates have been made. We tried to call and go through to an answering service. When we chose the ‘online purchase and delivery’ option, the system literally hung up on us and now, when we try to call, it immediately let gives us a busy signal.

I ordered a couple end tables online on may 8th, 2020. I received an email that my order was processing, then a few days later I got another email saying that they had to make adjustments. (didnt tell me what sort of adjustments). since then I havent been able to get ahold of them by phone, its a constant busy signal. ive sat on hold for a live chat for 20 min just to be disconnected and told there are no agents available. ive never received a tracking number and they still have my money. VERY dissapointed!!!! ive given these people alot of my money over the past and this is unacceptable!

I ordered 2 lamps on 4/11/2020. On 4/23, one lamp arrived. I waited a week and used their online chat to figure out where the other was. The customer service rep was very helpful and had them send me another lamp. When I received the box, it had two wicker baskets and no lamp. I got online to talk to customer service again but their system kicked me out every time. I tried calling but the wait is 4+ hours. I have been trying to reach ANYONE for two weeks now. I have even resorted to tweeting them.

I placed an order with Pier 1 on 5/10/20, it has been "in processing" status since that date. It has not shipped and it's impossible to reach someone. I found my pillows elsewhere since my items have not been shipped and I would like a refund. My order number is ***. I understand that they are going out of business but I have never heard that you can contract COVID via the telephone. It's inexcusable not to have customer service phones open if they are still accepting online ordering.

I have been trying to contact Pier 1's customer service line for over a week now and cannot get through to someone. Their online chat and SMS help are both disabled. When I call the phone number listed on their website, the number says it is "busy" about 50% of the time. When I luck out and the automated response actually picks up, selecting any option at all automatically hangs up the call. I have tried ~8 different options and they all do the same thing. There is no alternative email address provided to contact customer service.

I am trying to contact customer service because I received a desk that was damaged and would like to process a return or partial refund. It is completely unacceptable to sell products online without offering a way for customers to get in contact with a representative of Pier 1 when there are issues.

We have attempted to reach our customer via email and phone. We are attempting to assist her.

I placed order #*** with Pier 1 for 16 flowers and 2 were delivered. I was charged for all 16 flowers and status of order is delivered.
Again, I am missing 14 flowers. I have called customer service for Pier1 over 10 times and I get a busy signal or I’m disconnected so I’m not able to speak to anyone. Please help me resolve this problem.

I have been trying to contact this company for a month in order to start a return. I have tried both phone number and live chat. I have held on live chat for up to an hour and when it is my turn they state no agents available contact by phone or live chat and I am disconnected. I have tried by phone held and held only to once again be disconnected. I simply need and address to return an order. I have driven by their location in Lexington KY on 3 occasions and they are still closed. I don't know of any other recourse to take to simply make a return. I made the purchase before they declared bankruptcy and can not get in touch with this company for a return label or location to make the return.

I ordered two outdoor cushions at the price of $24 a piece. The total came out to $50 however right before I accepted I was charged an additional $170 for 'white glove service". This is a scam, who would need "white glove service" for pillows. I attempted to call and have been placed on hold for hours. The chat also keeps you waiting until it reached 1 minute then says no one I available to assist. Its a shame that this company is taking money from people at a time where many are unemployeed.

I purchased items back in the beginning of May. I have received them in bits and pieces and finally just received the final box, none of the boxes even had a packing slip. Unfortunately the products do not work for me and I would like to return them for a full refund. All of the stores around me are closed so I am not able to return them to a physical store. I have tried calling the customer service number several times and the wait is extremely long. The one time the recording said a 6 hour wait! Another time the recording said a 3 hour wait so I put my phone on speaker and after the 3 hours it said no one is available to take your call. I have also tried chat and was number 279 in line, again I just kept checking my computer and finally after waiting forever it said no one is available to chat now. There is not an email to contact anyone. I actually started calling different Pier 1 stores and was able to talk to a Theresa in Texas. I explained the situation to her and she was kind enough to to tell me she would try to talk to regional manager and someone would get back to me. I still haven’t heard from anyone.
All I want to do is return my items for a full refund! I understand COVID-19 disrupted business but this customer service is so poor it’s pathetic! They didn’t have an issue taking my money but it sure is an issue to return and get a refund!! I am hoping someone will respond to this email with a plan of action so that I can return my items!!

I ordered a 7-piece patio set online from Pier 1. Prior to delivery I called to cancel the order after reviewing various complaints online about delivery issues. I spoke to a representative at the company who indicated she would note the cancellation, but if the items already shipped, then the cancellation would be ineffective. Several days later, I received an email that my item had shipped. However, instead of a 7-piece set I received a table and 2 chairs. I have been unable to reach anyone at Pier 1 to find out what happened to the rest of the patio set or to inquire about a refund. All I get is disconnected from customer service, each time I call. Given that my family does not intend to take turns eating, I need Pier 1 to either refund me my money or deliver the rest of the patio set.

I have been a loyal long time customer is Pier One. I placed multiple orders over the covid 19 pandemic and I waited to receive my orders with much longer ship times than normal. I ordered two dining room chairs that were delivered damaged and the wood is cracked down the chair. I placed another order for multiple candles. It said it shipped 8 candles. I only received one and it was broken in pieces. Lastly, I ordered two vases neither were received in the order. I have made several attempts to reach them via phone, email and I cannot get through to a live person. In addition the phone center has a message that all calls are a four hour wait time. This is ridiculous because no other business has been operating this poorly during the pandemic. I am so disappointed in the store that I loved shopping at for years.
