I had signed up for level billing with this companyThe operator that we originally talked to, neglected to tell us that if we transfer or cancel service we would be responsible for the rest of the charges on the months that we had level billingie If the total bill was $200, with level billing we'd pay $They didn't tell is that we would still be responsible for the $that we didn't have to pay All together in order to get our service transferred they are making us pay them back $800+

They are charging a new charge called "asset securitization" with no warning explanation etc
My July and August bills included a new made up charge called asset securitization without any warning or notice of adding this charge to my bill
