I paid Duke energy dollars and dollars on June they have not credited it to my account instead they credited it to my brothers account

Several months ago I paid duke energy to convert an above ground to partially under ground utilityThey left behind two unused poles Within 2-weeks AT&T and Bright-house removed their lines from the old poles., so duke energy could remove the poles completely, this was around February time frame, is now almost June, and despite several calls to Duke Energy, the old poles are still on my property, they have also left behind a tension auger poking out the ground, that is a trip hazard I need help with any government agency to ensure Duke Energy simply does its job

Over years we have paid a balance that should not have been owed and had it refunded each time and given a balance but we are still in collections

Unfortunately, one morning I woke up without any notice whatsoever - all of my power out My refrigerator was not working and my food was going badAlso, that morning I had to go to work and my vehicle was stuck in the garage So I was not able to attend my job which I lost out on my wages for that day I called my local Duke energy company to try and resolve this problemAfter being on the phone for an hour and being transferred from one manager to the other - which were all completely and utterly rude to me - I got no whereThe last manager that I spoke to went as far as giving me a FAKE complaint number(This complaint being against how I was treated from their customer service department) They finally transferred me to somebody else and I also lodged a complaint with them and got an incident numberI was told I hear back within business daysIt's been over a week and I have still NOT been contactedI was not able to attend work and a lot of the food in my fridge spoil
