Hi ***,I`m not sure if you are aware of, I was never upset that I did not get approved by US Bank since it is really tough to get approved with themI was upset about how [redacted] handled this whole situationFrom the get going to the endI always has been a gentleman to him up to the point where he decided to pull a fast one on meI did not like the fact that, I wanted to custom order my car with you guy (there was a month lead time for that) [redacted] decided to put me on the back burner and let me wait two week without an answerAfter calling multiple times and asking him to call me back even George got upset that [redacted] hasn`t done it yetAfter [redacted] made it seem like over text messages that I`m bothering him while he is on his day off, I replied to him that I have been calling for him for multiple days alreadyWhen our conversation did not go anywhere and it was just a blaming game and excuses I told him that I`m done and do not wish to do any business with Biener AudiI apologized to George as he was the true gentleman in this whole awful situationI never stated any Bank preferencesHowever when there is an answer that has been given by a financial institution wouldn`t you like to know that answer? Instead of waiting for two weeks before doing anything? Wouldn`t you want to know what is happening with your Credit File or if there is another Credit Application that is being filed? Bottom line is that, if you would like to talk to me about this further I`m open to itI have no hard feelings for anyone but ***The vulgarity came in when [redacted] decided to tell me to F___ Off and to grow up and after that to threaten me with a report to the policeI`m not sure if he showed you those messages as would not surprise me if he didn`t? As stated...There were many incorrect parts nstalled on the vehicleThe Tecnitian had to install the correct parts before he can continue the diagnosis [redacted] was provided a cost quote for these repairs, and he authorized the work knowing that additional repairs may be necessary.I understand that [redacted] has declined necessary? additional diagnosis or tear downThat is his choiceWhen the work that [redacted] authorized and the tech performed is paid in fullhe may retrieve his vehicle.?

I spoke to the staff and the manager [redacted] ***, in regards to Miss [redacted] order The order was not delivered because we had no record of the order having been called in, I did find the order that had been put in the computer after Miss [redacted] had called and complained.To sum it up we didn't have the order, it was entered after she called to complainHonestly, I don't know why the order was not in the systemI would be more than happy to make it right for Miss ***My sincere apologies for the incidentSincerely [redacted] ***District Manager

Spitzer Motor City had attempted to contact Ms [redacted] to resolve her issueShe was not returning calls to the dealership as requestedThe dealership received a message today from Ms [redacted] (via txt) advising that she had taken vehicle to [redacted] of ***and they performed the repairs to her car [redacted] ***

We have worked with the customer directly and were able to reach a resolution that is acceptable both to the customer and Propel

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThere are portions of the letter's that the author of it states that simply are not correctOnce again you can see their tone on this matterThe times he indicates are incorrect as well as some of the information he providedHe did ask me to sign the incorrect receiptHe never one time apologized for the issue in any wayI have never in my life heard of a customer not being able to return something that they were unstaisfied with and the company refuse to refund for an order that was never acceptedIt is not my fault that they had to "waste" foodIf they would have done things correctly, the order would not have been refusedI already have my bank disputing the charges and if necessary I will contact my lawyerYou cannot mess up an order, refuse to apologize, or make any attempts to resolve the issue to satisfaction and still charge somebody for something that they never receivedSo in this same regard, I could have ordered something and they sent out the wrong order which I would refuse and they would still charge a customer for their mistake? again that is a complete lieThere was never any solution offeredI walked away and paid after taking picturesThey sent me an e mail saying the video would be reviewedThe response of management supports how they expose people to health risks and the reason why they refuse to serve me is exclusively because I shared to the front lady the fact that I would file a complaint which is my rightThe accusations demand further action and an investigation not a her Esaú It is a fabrication of the factsThey have videosI have never in my life thrown anything to anybody, especially that my hand was disabled at that time wearing a devise that does not allow me to even hold anything let alone throw something at anybodyPlease do an investigation

This business response was received by Revdex.com via email.Attached you will find copies of repair orders, mechanic's notes and notes made by the assistant service manager[redacted] was informed that his vehicle needed numerous repairsBasically due to the fact that, obviously, he or someone had attempted to repair his issues with the carThe car had the wrong spark plugs, the coils were not correct and there was gas in the oil due to the wrong plugs and coils [redacted] authorized the dealership to repair these itemsHe was also advised that the car may need additional itemsAfter installing the correct parts, the car is still not performing as designed and needs additional diagnostics, which may include tearing down the engine.The technician that is working on his car is a master tech and has many years experience, he knows what he is doing[redacted] has had discussions with the assistant service manager, Mike, and has been made aware of what the additional diagnosis will cost himAny necessary repairs will be an additional cost.Should [redacted] choose not to have the necessary diag and repairs performed, please advise him to please pay for the work that has been completed and he may pick up his vehicle at that time.Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact me.Thank you,Larry W [redacted]

this pizza hut, charged me 26$, they gave me the wrong pizza, the chicken on the pizza was spoiled, when I called they hung up, I called their hotline I was promised a refundI never got anything from themThey are a frauda food inspector better check the way they handle their food before some becomes sick from their chicken I have photos to prove this

Dear Mr***, Thank you for contacting the Revdex.com regarding your accounts with Propel Financial Services (“Propel”)We received the following from you through the Revdex.com on 1/18/ I got behind on my payments for my accounts with Propel and it is not something I'm proud ofI contacted them in early October to find out what I needed to pay to get caught up to current as well as stop any foreclosure proceedingsI was told I needed to pay $3464.55, $and $to bring the three accounts up to date and stop any legal action and was told the amounts were good through the end of the monthI called back on October 26th to confirm the amounts were still accurate and that was affirmed by the representativeI overnighted the payments in checks and they posted to my account the next day, October 27th and my checks cleared the bank on October 31stSo, at that time, I was current and caught upBut I was recently told when I called that more attorney's fees were added on November 4th so I owed over $againEven though I followed through on my end to get caught up and was told all legal action would be stopped with the paymentWhen I called several weeks ago, the phone disconnected when I started asking why attorney's fees were added when I was current on paymentsI called back on Wednesday, January 10th and was told I would have to speak to a supervisor as they were the only ones that can reverse any chargesBut they cannot just transfer calls to themThey have to email the supervisor with the situation and my contact information and the supervisor is supposed to call within 24-hoursI never received any callI called again January 17th and requested again to have a supervisor call me but no call as of nowI also submitted a request on the website's contact form to be contactedI am highly concerned because I think the attorneys are actively still trying to foreclose my property and I cannot speak to anyone that can do anything about thisWe apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication we may have causedI’m glad we were able to resolve your inquiry on 1/18/The following is an explanation of what transpired with your accounts: On 10/13/17, we informed Mr [redacted] on his accounts of the amounts he needed to pay to bring them currentDuring that time attorney fees were posted to his account per the foreclosure matters pertaining to the accountsWe identified that there were some charges added to the account ending in in error and we removed the fees due to the errorThe fees should have then been immediately added to a different account, account number ending in 1268, Those fees should have been included in the $3,quote that was provided by the customer service representative, but they were notWe later corrected the issue and added the fees in after his payment posted on 10/27/ After we conducted our research, on 01/18/I explained to Mr [redacted] we have agreed to waive all the legal fees totaling $2,on his account due to the issue and we have since done so Since the correction was made, I informed the customer he is still reflecting past due days on account ending in and the last payment made was on 10/27/Mr [redacted] stated that he appreciates everything that we have done and understands that his account is past dueWe also advised that he paid off account in 11/ For his delinquent account with Propel, Mr [redacted] stated that he went online on 1/18/and made a one-time payment for $He has an additional payment pending for 1/Mr [redacted] stated that once that payment clears and posts he will pay the remaining amount to bring his account currentI advised Mr [redacted] that his current amount due is $which covers his January payment for account ending in We explained to Mr [redacted] that during the time of our conversation with him on 10/13/and now, Lamar County joined in our Judicial foreclosureWe informed Mr [redacted] he is past due with county and we want to ensure that he contacts Lamar county to resolve that matterWe have notified our attorney to place a hold on our foreclosure, however, since the Lamar county joined our lawsuit, he will need to resolve that matter so the foreclosure can be closed out completelyI asked the customer if he is in the position to pay those taxes for his and taxes for over $5,I explained that we can assist him if he needed the helpMr [redacted] understood and would contact Lamar CountyWe are glad we could answer and address all your concernsWe are here to provide great service and assist our customers in any way we can and can be contacted at [redacted] Respectfully, The Customer Service Team Propel Financial Services

Customer had been at dealership approximate weeks prior to this visitWas provided pricing but stated that he could purchase vehicle for considerably less at a competitorSales rep called as a follow up the following day and customer advised that he had already purchased.Customer returned to dealership and requested to drive a ChallengerWhen asked if wanted to purchase, his response was "no, just wanted to drive"Naturally, the dealership does not provide "rides" in cars that are limited editions and normally quite expensiveThe Challenger has a list price in excess of $50,In addition, the purchasers of these cars want to take delivery with a limited amount of mileage on the odometerThe dealership also does not permit "test Drives" until after purchase on "Hellcats" and "Vipers".Larry ***Director Spitzer Management
