So we order Pizza Hut off of lejeune blvd this place made me so upset. I called after seeing my pizzas like this I order both pizza with extra Marinara sauce and as you can see the cheese one has white sauce...and to make it worst I called and the manager told me he looked at both pizza and there wasn't nothing wrong with them. How can he tell me nothing wrong with them when I show the driver why I was returning them and she was like I am so sorry and than he tells me it's not his problem and he is not going to fix it. This manger name [redacted] was just rude beyond my belief.They wouldn't give me back my money so I sent this stuff back with the girl next door diver that came from the same Pizza Hut and told her to tell her boss that the pizza was not right .Desired SettlementI would like to see better Quality come from this place, I get it we are just Marine and you feel we don't deserve better quality. We just want a slice of home that's all we ask treat us like we matter that all I ask b/c this has been 3 time this place had messed up my order and I keep coming back b/c I love Pizza Hut but after today I just can't understand why....Business Response Offered to remake order on the spot but customer opted to receive a full credit at another location instead on the same day. Issued the credit for her.

Review: Basically what happened is I ordered food from pizza hut on April 13, 2014 and there was an issue with said delivery. the crust wasn't what I had ordered, or, as the manager told me, may not have been proofed enough, which is a serious health problem. To assume that there was an issue with the proofing and still make the pizza and send it out on a delivery is some form of health code violation i'm sure, and I actually was sick due to it. but regardless, I called in to complain and was told that I would receive a refund for my entire order, which would have been 30.00, but when I called back the next day, April 14,2014, I was told that there was only a 10.00 credit on my account, which really agitates me that I was lied to and literally brushed off by the person I called in to talk to who actually asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager in the first place which is horrible customer service, firstly.Desired Settlement: I think I deserve a complete refund for my order and then some for the inconvenience and being lied to and becoming sick over a health code violation. That or I can contact the [redacted] and let them handle this for me. this kind of behavior is unacceptable in a business like this, and something needs to come out of it.

Review: At 6:49 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2015, I placed an order with the [redacted] Pizza Hut for a large, thin and crispy, supreme pizza, without mushrooms, by the Internet. According to their website, my order would be delivered in 30 minutes and 55 seconds.

At 7:35 PM, same date, I called the [redacted] Pizza Hut to find out where my order was. I was shuffled between three different people, presumably one was a manager, who informed me that they did not receive my order. Then, they said that they had just received it. The impression that I got was that they do not bother to watch the Internet orders placed and could have cared less if the order was delivered.

They stated that they would deliver it immediately, but that it would be full price, not free, in spite of the fact that it was their fault it was not delivered promptly. The new manager apparently does not know how to deal with customers to keep them after a major screwup.Desired Settlement: Properly train managers regarding customer complaints/resolutions, properly train employees how to monitor telephone, Internet, and walk-in customers, properly and politely answered the telephone to ensure that the customer understands what is going on instead of just switching them between people without informing them, and hire individuals who are capable of doing the job and/or care about more than their paychecks. What happened to the belief that the customer always came first? Previous managers understood this, as recently as the year or so ago.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As I recall, the 'manager' stated that she could not do that. Her words were "No, I can't do that" or something to that effect. If the manager (if that is who I spoke with) cannot handle customer issues, then Pizza Hut has serious problems. But, I think she is lying to cover her butt. She KNOWS that you don't mistreat a customer and she probably didn't expect me to file a complaint. IF the pizza would have been free, I would not have cancelled my order! I refuse to pay for the mistakes of poorly trained employees and management. This was not an issue of the computers being offline, the Internet being down, or a malfunction. I placed the order, received a confirmation number, and then waited, expecting the order to arrive ON TIME. Instead, when I called to check and see where it was, I was informed that they didn't get it because they DO NOT CHECK the computer/online orders. This was ADMITTED to me. Now they want to lie and cover it up so it doesn't look bad on them. This just shows how poorly they train their employees today and how much they respect the customers, who ARE the reason they have jobs there, preparing food, in the first place. If no one comes in to eat, where will they be? What happened to ideas like "the customer comes first" and "the customer is always right?" Calling a customer a liar is NOT a way to keep them coming back, unless they are masochists. Looks like Pizza Hut has lost a customer who had been eating there since the 1980s.

Review: My sister and I ordered a pizza at 9:14 pm while we were working at my house. We were told it would be 35-40 minutes and we were having it delivered. At 10:12 we called to check the status of the pizza and we were told it was in route. We live 3 blocks away. At 10:30 we still had no pizza so my sister [redacted] called to check the status. This time she asked for the mod and questioned where the pizza was. This time the manager who said his name was [redacted] proceeded to tell her he had all new employees and he just took over this store etc etc of which [redacted] told him she also owns a business and you cannot blame your employees. She then asked [redacted] have you made the pizzas or not to just tell the truth because now it was too late for us to call someone else. His reply was just give me the order again and we will get them to you . He then after she replied so haven't made them yet "do you want me to feed you or not" in a rude manner. It was at this time she told him to forget it and she will report him for his rudenessDesired Settlement: A call from the home office to let us know they know if this complaint

The order was not delivered because we had no record of the order having been called in, I did find the order that had been put in the computer after Miss [redacted] had called and complained.To sum it up we didn't have the order, it was entered after she called to complain. The District Manager seems to just be shrugging off the incident saying that they didn't have the order period. My reason for the complaint had to do with the way I was spoken to by her Employee and so-called Manager. I am not one to complain to get things and did not ask for anything, but it seems that this District Manager thinks a simple apology is sufficient and does not even address the fact that her Manager was rude,and treated us like we did not even matter. Several others have gone into the Pizza Hut since this and have had similar incidents along with Employees waiting on them to pay for their food with food in their mouths. This Pizza hut is a disgrace to the chain and to just shrug it off shows that it does not even matter . Since I am not going to get a apology from the person of whom spoke to me in such a manner I wish to receive a coupon to use at a Pizza Hut outside of the [redacted] Branch if possible. I have always liked Pizza Hut, but myself nor my Family will ever use the [redacted] store again.

Review: I purchased a Pizza on 1-22-15 at this Pizza Hut and had it delivered. It took about an hour to arrive which is surprising since I ordered it early and Lodi is a small town. When the pizza arrived, it looked like it was dropped or maybe fell before it was delivered because it was all smashed to one side of the box. I called the Pizza Hut and was put on hold for a long time so I gave up and am filing this complaint instead. I have a picture I took if it helps.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or a voucher for a replacement pizza

Review: So I ordered by telephone just one pizza box and they charged me and told me it should be here in an hour. Ok fine. I waited 2 hours and no pizza guy. So I called to ask about my order. They told me there is no order placed by me. What? And they already had charged my card for the pizza. So at this point im speaking with manager and she also says theres no order placed. They said they would have to call me back. At this time I was looking for higher authority phone numbers. So the assistant manager calls me back saying theres something wrong with there system. Ok fine. So the reorder my one pizza at 1pm. After already waiting for two hours for my original order. And after they said itll be here in an hour. So another hour went by and I called and they needed me to reorder again!!! So after all this back and forth with them not finding my order and reordering 3x I finally got my box a pizza 5 hours later. Outrageous unacceptable. The pizza was cold and old and the bread sticks in the box was burned and hard as wood. Worst customer service. Very unhappy with there management. They couldve threw a 2 liter [redacted] at least! But didnt care about it one bit. They didnt care about me as a customer! Worst! Disgusted!Desired Settlement: At least a coupon or a discount. But most of all to fix that store! Period!

Review: I placed an order at 7:41pm for delivery. My estimate time of delivery was 9:06pm. At 9:30pm, I called the store. The person I spoke with looked up my address and told me that the driver was in route and that it would be 10-15 minutes. At 10:06, I called the store again. The next person I spoke with hung up with me to call the driver, and called back to say that the driver would be 3-5 minutes. At 10:28, I called again. I asked to speak with a manager. The person on the phone represented that he was the manager. His name was Henry E[redacted] (I am unsure of the spelling of the last name because he could not speak clearly). He asked for my address and then put me on hold for 5 minutes. He came back on the line and asked if I was there. I said that I was. He then asked me to tell him what had happened again. Clearly, he was hoping the 5 minutes on hold would make me go away. I told him again. I asked him how he was going to resolve the problem. He said he could cancel it. I told him to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like a statement of apology and a credit for the cost of the meal that I never received, and I would actually like for the next order to be delivered.

Review: On July 24th of this year I noticed a Pizza Hut ad on the storefront of our local Pizza Hut here in Prince Frederick, Maryland. It was simple, and to me, very clear (so, I thought). It read Any Pizza - $10. So, later that day I called the [redacted] Pizza Hut to order two (2) pizzas. I wanted to order a Veggie Lovers Pan pizza and a Stuffed Crust pizza with extra cheese. I was surprised to learn that Stuffed Crust pizzas and the extra cheese are not included in the Any Pizza - $10 deal, and would cost an additional $4 or $5. I questioned these exceptions and was told thats the policy on this deal. There was no fine print on the sign mentioning the exceptions, the fine print just said "Details inside". To be fair to consumers, the sign could have "Most pizzas" or "Almost all pizzas". This is a national advertisement, with the same misleading ad on TVWith all the consumer choices in the pizza business, I am surprised that Pizza Hut would resort to misleading advertising.In late July I wrote to [redacted], Pizza Hut CEO. As of this date (September 24, 2013) I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Cease false advertising.

Review: The coupons that I receive in the mail from Pizza Hut are not able to be used online, even though it does not restrict their use from online. Corporare offices did not seem to care. If the vendor is going to send coupons by mail, they need to be VALID coupons that consumers can use. When I enter the coupon codes online, I get an error message that says "Please enter a valid coupon code," even though the coupons have not expired.Desired Settlement: Please send coupons to consumers in mailings that can be used online.

Review: On May 30, 2013, I order dinner for my family at 7:49pm via on-line. An hour later, we received a phone call directly from Pizza Hut and was advised that there were no more crazy cheese crust. The guy on the phone asked me if I wanted to order something different or cancel my order. I decided to cancel my order due to he mentioned that driver was on his last route for the night. I also mentioned to the guy that I want to make sure my transaction has been cancelled in the amount of $26.08. He said he will make sure its cancelled out of his system on his end and I won't be charged any fees. Therefore, I had a watchful eye and see that the transaction came out of my account with no cancellation on Pizza Hut end. I also contacted the store manager the next day and no returned call. Then, I sent [redacted] two email one on 6/6/2013 and the other on 6/12/2013. No response.

Can someone please check the bills, transactions, driver runs, and you will see that I did not get any food delivered to my house? And a payment was made by Pizza hut with no food to show for it. I'm really upset and not happy at all.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: This is not the first time having issues with Pizza. The last complaint was on 5/3/11 and [redacted] resolved that issue. It sucks when you love pizza hut and have poor management or customer service.

Review: On October 30 at 6:23pm I placed an order through Pizzahut.com. I received an email that my food purchase would be delivered at approximately 7:28pm. At approximately 8:10 I contacted Pizza Hut customer service to find out where my delivery was and was advised that all deliveries placed this evening were actually taking about an hour and a half to be delivered from order time. I asked the representative why the delivery times were not updated in the system correctly and got no response. I received my delivery at almost 8:30 pm and naturally the order was freezing cold and tasted terrible. I immediately drafted an email to express my outrage for the lack of customer service I received, and the condition my product was delivered in. I also shared with the company how my children's schedule thrown off by having to wait so long for dinner. I received an email from customer service apologizing and also stating as a token of commitment to providing outstanding service that I would receive a coupon for 2 free large pizzas with up to 3 toppings in the mail within 7-10 days. Needless to say I have yet to receive anything. Based on this it truly doesnt appear that Pizza Hut is commited to its customers or delivering outstanding service. We have been customers of Pizza Huts for years and order quite a bit of food from here. Based on this experience we are switching to [redacted].Desired Settlement: Since we have now waited double the time frame I am requested 4 free pizzas instead of 2.

Review: My response is being cut off by your character countI waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. After placing my order I was told that it would take 20 minutes I left,came back. I waited once again, another customer yelled to the back to even get service. I then asked if my order was ready and it was just being brought out, Ra-Quan opened the boxes to show me my order and one of the pizzas was very poorly made at which time I told him I wanted another. He agreed and walked to the back also telling me it should take about 10-15min. A minute later he returned saying that it would now take about 25-30 minutes and that if I wanted to I could take the two pizzas(the ones already cooked) and two free sodas. Offended I stated that I simply would just like to have my money back for the one pizza and I'd take the other. He then told the manager who was in the back at the time that I just wanted my money back. During that conversation that I saw, Barry(the manager) rolled his eyes in disgust that I didn't want to just take the pizza. He walked away from Ra-Quan and came out to me "are you the one that doesn't like the pizza" I said "yes and I just want my money back" he asked if I had my receipt which I didn't he was now visibly aggravated and I could tell through his body language. He then just walked away from me without saying a word, then picked up the phone and took an order as if I wasn't even there! I asked Ra Quan if I needed to wait for him(Barry) to get my refund and he shook his head yes. Appalled that not only was I now given bad food but then bad customer service. I told him to get Barry's attention, he walked back over to the register where Ra Quan was and started processing my refund but not without making it clear that I had annoyed him by hitting the keys on the screen harder than needed. He processed my refund of $11.99 and started to walk away, I asked "can I have my pizza" he said "where is it?" Shocked again at the attitude I had just gotten I said that I didn't know where theyDesired Settlement: I'd like my money back for the pizza that I actually took home with me due to the rude treatment I received at this establishment.
