Attached are pictures showing you exactly what is written on the papers given to us by Spitzers Motor City the first are from Spitzer Motor City saying that they inspected the radiator and it was given the green light, as well as the statement that we said we believe the radiator is leakingalso stated there was the tire and wheels which if my knowledge is correct includes the u bolts and drive shaftthe third picture that diagnosed a radiator leak is from *** *** who stated to both me and my son we have no service record of this truck ever being here prior to todaySo if this *** *** would like to see the records for himself I suggest he go back and look it over because we have the evidence that both things were brought up and we requested the entire service records for this truck from *** *** and guess what we only have a record that its been there onceAlso it was directly stated to me that "They couldn't work on the truck because they weren't a Chevy dealer" I frankly don't care if they do have a GM mechanic this is what was stated directly to meAlso I have never had this *** *** deal with me when I've asked to speak to the person in chargeWhen Iv'e spoken to a manager it was a *** *** and that was only time any other time I was pushed aside or they never returned the call.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
My concerns have been adequately answered, as they admitted their person made an assumption instead of listening to the concern firstBusinesses like Brothers need to be very careful of these situations, as there are so many bad people taking advantage of customers in the heating business - and I have been on the receiving end of that kind of deceitI learned the hard way and will not hesitate to report valid concerns to the Revdex.com Follow up calls, like the one that occurred here, made the situation worse as they should be done by management not the person who created the situation in the first place.
Sincerely,

The following is a response to complaint #*** This guest booked a reservation through an online 3rd partyMaximum occupancy for our double bed room is clearly listed as adults with a $per adult charge after the first In reservation details, she listed occupants as adults
and childrenThe "children" were ages 17, 16, and 15; even though and under is an industry standard of classifying as a child (think of every amusement park, restaurant menu, movie theater, etc). There are only two reasons she would have listed these "teenagers" or "young adults" as "children": 1) She wanted to avoid paying the additional charges of over adults described above, or 2) She attempted to make a reservation for adults and it would not allow herEither way, she booked a reservation where she was attempting to falsely represent "young adults" as "children." People regularly stay in the same type of room with 3 children under the age of 12, and the children either sleep in a bed or sometimes the youngest with the parents. Even though she misrepresented the ages of her family, upon check-in, I attempted to accommodate her by offering her a second room at a 75% discountShe elected not to take that offer, so I informed her that to make up for the confusion I would waive the fee for the additional young adults as additional occupants. Unfortunately, no further compensation can be offered to this guest who's own misrepresentation (possibly accidental, but more likely an act of attempted deceit) of the planned occupants resulted in a less than optimal sleeping situation for themAdditionally, by her own accord she NEVER CONTACTED THE HOTEL DIRECTLY at any point from the time of booking to the stay date to confirm her needs could be metEven though the site she used, ***, clearly states that all requests (this complaint is centered around a request for an extra bed we could not deliver due to fire code) are subject to availability at the hotel and they should be contacted directlySo on many levels this is a frivolous complaint filed as an attempt to receive compensationShe booked a room with beds (even though she knew she wanted beds), and she got a room with two beds as advertisedIn no way was she mislead by *** or our property

The client is looking for us to ask the bank to withdraw the inquiry on his credit applicationI am not sure that the bank will do so, but I have drafted a letter and am requesting the bank to do that if it is possible

This business response was received by Revdex.com via email.Attached you will find copies of repair orders, mechanic's notes and notes made by the assistant service manager.*** *** was informed that his vehicle needed numerous repairsBasically due to the fact that, obviously, he or someone had
attempted to repair his issues with the carThe car had the wrong spark plugs, the coils were not correct and there was gas in the oil due to the wrong plugs and coils*** *** authorized the dealership to repair these itemsHe was also advised that the car may need additional itemsAfter installing the correct parts, the car is still not performing as designed and needs additional diagnostics, which may include tearing down the engine. The technician that is working on his car is a master tech and has many years experience, he knows what he is doing.*** *** has had discussions with the assistant service manager, Mike, and has been made aware of what the additional diagnosis will cost himAny necessary repairs will be an additional cost.Should *** *** choose not to have the necessary diag and repairs performed, please advise him to please pay for the work that has been completed and he may pick up his vehicle at that time.Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact me.Thank you,Larry W*** **

*** *** Called 05/14/to schedule repairs to evaporative coolers. On 05/24/2018, a Brothers technician, Herb, came out to her home. See attached invoice *** detailing charges and full notes regarding work performed. Herb completed a start up to each evaporative cooler
and found the coolers to be working at that time On 06/11/Ms*** called and said that one cooler was dripping water. Herb returned on 06/15/2018. We did not charge for the returned visit. See invoice *** for a complete description of work performed Herb made a few adjustments to the evaporative cooler and found everything to be working afterwards Ms*** called back on 06/15/again and said that there was a leak from the evaporative cooler and that she had water damage in here home Herb returned to her home. See invoice *** for information regarding that visitThere was no charge Justin K*** spoke to Ms*** on 06/15/At 1:in the recorded call that we can provide a record of, Ms*** stated that her roofer came out and that verified that the evaporative cooler was flooding and “the water worked its way through and around the leg of the swamp cooler”. We refunded Ms*** $for the evaporative cooler service previously performed because the evaporative coolers were leaking after our visit. However, regarding the leak into the home, our assessment is that a roof doesn’t leak unless there is a hole in the roof or unless the integrity of the roof is compromised. We did not install the evaporative cooler or do any work relating to the leg of the evap cooler or to the roof where Ms*** indicated that the water came into her homeTherefore, although the water was leaking on the roof, the water leaking into the home was not a result of the work we performed. A roof in good condition would not have allowed water into the home
