Hello Revdex.com, Please submit our formal response below to the online complaint # [redacted] and also forward to Ms [redacted] [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] , Thank you for contacting the Revdex.com regarding your account with Propel Financial Services Please know that you are a valued customer We take all complaints and suggestions very seriouslyWe are very sorry to hear of your illness and surgery in August of We would like to address each of your concerns regarding your Propel account and find a meaningful resolution to help you meet your obligation You entered into a Property Tax Repayment Agreement with Propel Financial Services on May 20, in the amount of $2,with your first payment due on August 1, In July you established payments to be drafted from your debit card on a monthly basis The five following debit card payments were declined: Sept 2013, Oct 2013, April 2014, July and Nov Subsequently, your account became delinquent as these payments were never brought up to date In addition to monthly statements, between April 25, and December 15, 2014, Propel made every effort to reach you via the contact information provided on your account Propel mailed five written notices to the County Road address and initiated eight collection calls to number 903-280-plus two emails in an effort to communicate the state of your account and offer assistance All attempts to contact you were unsuccessful and on December 18, your account was approved for foreclosure placement and forwarded to our outside counsel, Kohm & Associates Between January 15, and February 16, 2015, Kohm & Associates mailed two Notices of Default via certified mail to the address on record and both were returned as “undeliverable.” Propel was unable to make contact with you until you reached out to us via online portal on May 4, and changed your contact information At that time your account had already been placed with the 3rd party counsel for foreclosure proceedings to begin Third party legal fees have already been assessed It is our policy to collect legal fees prior to entering into a payment arrangement for the remaining principal balance You are important to Propel and we are here to help you find a manageable solution At your earliest convenience please contact Hector Molina, Customer Service Supervisor, at 210-572-or [email protected] to discuss possible options Respectfully, The Customer Service Team Propel Financial Services [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]

After reviewing this concern I have discovered the following: Ms [redacted] had been to Spitzer Motor City 6/14, 11/14, 3/for maintenanceOn 3/15, the vehicle had 71,miles on the odometerObviously, the vehicle has developed a rust hole in the oil pan since her last visitUnfortunately, a rusty oil pan is not covered under warranty, factory or an extended warranty on a pre-owned vehicleThe cost of replacing the oil pan would be the obligation of the ownerThe dealership will, as a courtesy, replace the oil pan on her vehicle for $plus taxThis is a substantial discount from the cost of repairIf MS [redacted] would like to take advantage of the offer, she should call [redacted] , Service Manager at [redacted] [redacted] Director

Everyone is so nice and professional and were very concerned about our needs and satisfaction every step of the room addition processThey were excellent in communicating with us and respecting our needs and wantsThe quality of their work was way beyond expectation and the end result is absolutely gorgeous!!! If you have any building needs at all, this by far is the company to go withThank you Brentwood Builders for all your hard work, you have made us very happy!!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is my third attempt to stop this company from harassing me and the first time they have respondedNot once have they made any attempt to apologize for harassing victims of identity theftEven in this response they only try to justify their actionsThey claim it will take up to weeks to stop all mail to us because they are not caught up with today's instant messaging culture but it did not take them that long at all to send their first letter to us after the first of February had pastI also wonder if this takes into account the month since we first notified them to stop mailing us and they and the Revdex.com iggnored us or if they plan on counting weeks from now? They can give all the benevolent reasons they want for offering their services but their advertising tactics ARE deplorableI was being nice the first time by just posting a review rather than a complaint, but they somehow got the Revdex.com to remove it shortly thereafterI called the company and left a second review, both of which were ignoredI filed this complaint to get both this company and the Revdex.com to do the right thingI want this company to stop bothering us, but their response indicated they are not interested in ceasing and desisting but justifyingMy reviews against the tax loan agencies harassing us since our tax identy issues are my only experience with the Revdex.com, and I have not been impressed, but this company by far has been the least responsive of the three Regards, [redacted] ***

First I would like to start out with the day of the estimateQuality Moving was scheduled to do an in home estimate on 11/27/at 9amThe estimator had called on his way and [redacted] refused the in home estimate after scheduling itJohn my estimator had asked what was going and did a phone estimate.From the phone conversation he wrote down what was going on the estimatesee attachmentthere was also a 2nd bedroom that also went that is not on the estimatethe estimate was for hours plus a half hour travel timeThe day of the move it was raining out and we had to wrap all the furniture in the house before bringing it to the truck [redacted] also made the men shrink wrap the mattresses before taking them outThe quote was for hours and the actual charges were for hours plus the travel time [redacted] was aware of the chargesthat the estimate was hours plus a half hour travelAs she signed the order for servicesee attachmentas to the men folding the furniture pads and hanging up the rubber bandsthis is a safety issue and to comply with OSHAThe men must have a safe work environmentThey can't have furniture pads on the floor of the truck and expect them not to trip when there carrying furnitureI feel that Quality Moving inc provided the service that was quoted to [redacted] It seams to me that [redacted] had in her head that it was only going to take an hour and a half to two hours when she was told all along it was hours plus the travel time

Customer had been at dealership approximate weeks prior to this visitWas provided pricing but stated that he could purchase vehicle for considerably less at a competitorSales rep called as a follow up the following day and customer advised that he had already purchased.Customer returned to dealership and requested to drive a ChallengerWhen asked if wanted to purchase, his response was "no, just wanted to drive"Naturally, the dealership does not provide "rides" in cars that are limited editions and normally quite expensiveThe Challenger has a list price in excess of $50,In addition, the purchasers of these cars want to take delivery with a limited amount of mileage on the odometerThe dealership also does not permit "test Drives" until after purchase on "Hellcats" and "Vipers".Larry ***Director? As stated...There were many incorrect parts nstalled on the vehicleThe Tecnitian had to install the correct parts before he can continue the diagnosis [redacted] was provided a cost quote for these repairs, and he authorized the work knowing that additional repairs may be necessary.I understand that [redacted] has declined necessary additional diagnosis or tear downThat is his choiceWhen the work that [redacted] authorized and the tech performed is paid in fullhe may retrieve his vehicle

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to meThe response is completely false, and I feel like my character is being assassinated to the point I almost want to get my neighbor [redacted] who is an attorney involvedI am a highly respected veteran with the utmost integrity and compassion for others, and Pizza Huts manager is making statementsHe and I had an issue which I respectfully disagreed and listened to him onNever was his employees/drivers in on thisThe only time I interacted with the driver was when the driver contacted me from a personal number other than Pizza Hut, to ask me how to gain entrance into my gated community Inwhich I in return provided the general access code all businesses and deliveries use, this an example of me going out of my way to assist Pizza Hut who already in my history have been failing to meet Pizza Huts standard (the other time they called me to tell me they were running late so I was given a discounted rate-not free!but I love Pizza Hut so much I used delivery again)Then the 2nd interaction with delivery was to call that number I was called on to quickly catch the delivery guy after he had left to tip him as I told him I was sorry and forgot to tip because I was caught up in reaching management about an in recognizable pizza but delivery said it was fine because he was off shift and could not accept my tipDelivery and my interactions were very cordial actually, & I feel like the manager is casting some other variation of the truth because he was so combative and argumentative to not even allow me the respect to voice my own disagreement as he kept speaking over me in where I called the hotline to find out this same manager had opened the store that morning and you the time of our interaction he had already been overworked and to my opinion "burned out" and unfortunately I had to deal with his attitude on the end of his long and overworked day!
