Dear Mr***, Propel Financial Services, LLC (“Propel”) was notified that you rejected our response through the Revdex.com regarding your account with Propel as follows: “I am rejecting this response because: the question about early payoff they mention your still access all future interest if payoff early.” In our former response we stated: “One other concern you mentioned was regarding the way interest is calculated and assessed. Your account is assessed interest on the first of each month for the entirety of the month. It is not set on a simple interest methodology. Differences in payoff amounts can be attributed to payments received (thus reducing your principal balance), attorney fees assessed (if your account is in the foreclosure process), or if the balance rolls into the next month, at which point an additional month of calculated interest would be included.” In addition, Sec12-146, the Delinquent Tax or Installment. Interest. Waiver of Interest, statute reflects how interest is to be assessed and states the following: “…If any tax due in a single installment or if any installment of any tax due in two or more installments is not paid in full (1) on or before the first day of the month next succeeding the month in which it became due and payable, or if not due and payable on the first day of the month, (2) on or before the same date of the next succeeding month corresponding to that of the month on which it became due and payable, the whole or such part of such installment as is unpaid shall thereupon be delinquent and shall be subject to interest from the due date of such delinquent installment.” “…the delinquent portion of the principal of any tax shall be subject to interest at the rate of eighteen per cent per annum from the time when it became due and payable until the same is paid, subject to a minimum interest charge of two dollars per installment which any municipality, by vote of its legislative body, may elect not to impose, and provided, in any computation of such interest, under any provision of this section, each fractional part of a month in which any portion of the principal of such tax remains unpaid shall be considered to be equivalent to a whole monthEach addition of interest shall become, and shall be collectible as, a part of such taxInterest shall accrue at said rate until payment of such taxes due notwithstanding the entry of any judgment in favor of the municipality against the taxpayer or the property of the taxpayerThe collector shall apply each partial payment to the wiping out of such interest before making any application thereof to the reduction of such principal.” We are assessing interest in the manner required by statute on a monthly basis. On Friday 7/around 8pm I arrived at your *** *** *** *** *** location where I waited minutes to even be acknowledgedAfter placing my order I was told that it would take minutes I left and came backUpon returning I waited once again to be acknowledged another customer yelled to the back to even get serviceI then asked if my order was ready and it was just being brought out, Ra-Quan opened the boxes to show me my order and one of the pizzas was very poorly made at which time I told him I wanted anotherHe agreed and walked to the back also telling me it should take about 10-15minA minute later he returned saying that it would now take about 25-minutes and that if I wanted to I could take the two pizzas(the ones already cooked) and two free sodasOffended I stated that I simply would just like to have my money back for the one pizza and I'd take the otherRa-Quan then told the manager who was in the back at the time that I just wanted my money backDuring this conversation that I saw transpire Barry(the manager) rolled his eyes in disgust that I didn't want to just take the pizzaHe walked away from the conversation and came out to me inquiring "are you the one that doesn't like the pizza" I replied "yes and I just want my money back" he asked if I had my receipt which I didn't he was now visibly aggravated and I could tell through his body languageHe then just walked away from me without saying a word, then picked up the phone and took an order as if I wasn't even there! I asked Ra Quan if I needed to wait for him(Barry) to get my refund and he shook his head yesAppalled that not only was I now given bad food but then bad customer serviceI told Ra Quan to get Barry's attention, he walked back over to the register where Ra Quan was and started processing my refund but not without making it clear that I had annoyed him by hitting the keys on the screen harder than neededHe processed my refund of $and started to walk away, I asked "can I have my pizza" and I received "where is it?" Shocked again at the attitude I had just gotten I said that I didn't know where they had put itSo he yelled to the other employees "where is her pizza" everyone went scrambling and finally found my pizza in the heater behind the counterThe whole experience was ridiculous, I felt disrespected that I was offered food that I wouldn't even feed my dogOn top of that I ended up having to stop at another chain to purchase food for my children that were at home waiting for me through this ordeal!

Ms*** called in to schedule electrical service because she had another company out and they determined she didn't have power to her furnace and needed an electrician The appointment was booked for the next day The person answering the
phone did offer to waive the $show up fee for her visit to get her taken care of When the technician arrived, he found that the SSU switch that was originally there had a screw missing to the fuse holderThe last company that was there taped the wire to the fuse holder in order to make contact Our technician tried replacing screw with a screw from an old SSU that he had on his truck The threads on the screw holder were stripped out so he replaced the SSUThe home owner did not want to pay for the SSU and wanted to go to *** *** to buy the switch and have him replace it In order to take care of her and get her power and heat the technician told her he would just charge her for a standard switch a $chargeWhen he tried showing the price of an SSU switch compared to a standard switch she wanted no part of it The circuit board had power and the technician went as far as trying to locate a fuse on the board and tried turning thermostat on to get her some heat When he left the furnace had power and she received a SSU switch, which she needed and received for a discounted price The electrician was still unable to get the furnace to kick on They tried scheduling an HVAC tech, but we were very busy and she did not want to wait until Saturday for the HVAC appointment The price for the SSU Switch is $The $show up fee was waived and the job was discounted down to $ We have signatures approving the work to be done and once it was complete on the invoice
However, per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Happy today or you don't pay policy, we will refund the money of $for the work completed

I bout my 3rd Scooter from here, FL scooters and they have amazing prices and most of all, 100% customer serviceRemember these are Chinese scooters, only $scooters, not a Honda scooter for $4,- Huge difference in quality, for the price, I'm totally happy and also they are Chinese scooters, FL scooters did NOT build them, they just sell them, keep that in mind when your paying 1/of the price for a new scootergreat bunch of people - cool scooters - best prices!

Ms*** called us to her home because a switch would not come on and stay on We sent a licensed Master Electrician to her home When he removed the switch it had a burning smell and was arcing, so it needed to be replaced In January 1,
the CECNFPA Article code went into effect that requires arc fault protection on circuits that are or amp rated and single family or multifamily dwellings for bedrooms and bathrooms, etc Since the existing circuit for this switch was on a 1st generation non-combination rated arc fault breaker it required a combination rated arc breaker to bring it up to code The tech installed the new arc fault breaker, which Ms*** approvedThe technician verbally informed client that once new arc fault breaker was installed, that if there were any issues with the circuit the arc fault breaker would detect this and is designed to open, therefore not allowing power to flow and additional work would be requiredThis cannot be determined until the arc fault breaker was installedOnce the new arc fault breaker was installed it detected other issues with in the wiring and therefore would not allow power through Technician changed out Arc fault breaker twice just in case first breaker was faulty or had a manufacturer defect It was at this point that the technician determined that there were additional issues within the home because the arc fault breakers would not restore power to the home Given the size of the home and the fact that there are panels the tech suspected that the neutralling was being improperly shared between two circuits and that there was a possibility of over-amperage because the amount of load implied on the circuit and because the circuit breaker was over its temperature rating which could result in an electrical fire The technician informed the client that techs would be required to troubleshoot this issueHowever, unfortunately, we did not have technicians available until the next day The only way for the technician to restore power to her home that night would have been to reinstall a regular breaker, which would not have been up to code and put her home at risk for fire This would have put the technician license at risk and made him responsible, and he was unwilling to take that risk Ms*** was unhappy with schedule restraints and pricing and did not allow us to come back out to complete the work Ms*** did not pay for services We stand by our pricing and diagnosis, however we are sorry that we were unable to complete the work on the same day Per our Happy Today or You Don't Pay, we will pursue payment for the work completed

 It's exactly how I said in my original complaint. They fix the parts that did not need fixing. The bill is $1200 and nothing has been fixed that need to be fixed. That's the reason the car still needs work. I told them do not tear down my engine   Knowing that they will do that and charge me more money and my car will still be broken. Why would I tell them to continue and charge me more money and they have no idea what is wrong with my car.

Basically due to the fact that, obviously, he or someone had...

attempted to repair his issues with the car. The car had the wrong spark plugs, the coils were not correct and there was gas in the oil due to the wrong plugs and coils. [redacted] authorized the dealership to repair these items. He was also advised that the car may need additional items. After installing the correct parts, the car is still not performing as designed and needs additional diagnostics, which may include tearing down the engine.The technician that is working on his car is a master tech and has many years experience, he knows what he is doing.[redacted] has had discussions with the assistant service manager, Mike, and has been made aware of what the additional diagnosis will cost him.
