To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for the opportunity to respond.The process to purchase as an ambassador is an intricateprocess and requires much more information than purchasing as a customer. Ihave attached a screenshot of the Welcome Pack purchased as well as the pointin sign-up the complainant would have had to accept the Policies and Proceduresin order to continue with the sign-up process. In addition to this information and name, address andbilling information the complainant would have to enter their Social Securitynumber and select their method for earnings payout. I have also attached screenshots of that section of the sign-up process.As I stated previously it is our responsibility to adhere tothe Policies and Procedures therefore, I am unable to grant the complainantsrequest to refund outside of the policy agreed to.If you should need anything further please let me know.Thank you.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've emailed 5 times, opened tickets, waited on hold over an hour to get a live person....but am usually told to call back, they're too busy. The customer service rep I got, Marcella, promised she'd call me in the morning to get my refund of now two products, and surprise surprise, no call. No answer to my emails. This company is a scam. They don't have people returning products because they can't reach anyone!!

original charges.  Please refuse the order dated 5/12/2014 by writing 'Return to Sender' on the outside of the package and return to the post office.

The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/18/2016 has been refunded, $24.95. This is minus the original shipping charge of $4.05 per our Retail Customer refund policy. Please see attached. However it is not necessary to return this order or original packaging at this time.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank.

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently changed all computer systems over to new computer systems and this has caused some delays.
The complainant’s account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
Plexus Worldwide Preferred Customers are now able to visit plexus.myvoffice.com to register their preferred customer accounts and log in to manage their own auto shipments. Canceling and making adjustments to preferred customers monthly auto shipment orders can be done online at plexus.myvoffice.com by first registering and then logging in to the preferred customer account.
The complainant contacted our customer service department by email on 12/9/2015 to request that future monthly auto shipments be canceled.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 12/2/2015 has been refunded, $99.85.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 1/1/2016 has been refunded, $103.90.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank account.
It is not necessary to return the order at this time. We apologize for the delay.

complaint. Thank you for your patience. Plexus Worldwide has recently under gone a computer systems update. Unfortunately this has caused some delays.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 4/6/2016 has been assigned the USPS tracking number [redacted]. However this tracking number does not currently show any shipping movements if it does ship in the future the complainant may keep this order.
The complainant’s order [redacted] has been reshipped with the UPS overnight tracking number [redacted] to ensure its prompt delivery.  
The complainant’s order will also be refunded 15% in the amount of $15.93 per their request to also be discounted. This is in addition to the 15% discount already applied to the order at purchase.
We apologize for the delays.

I can definitely refund the order and inactivate her account – but am not able to get into the complaint to respond.  Is this something Ms. [redacted] would like to have done or can we resolve the issue with her receipts?  The Compliance department will be able to release the order once she is compliant with the [redacted] by providing the receipts.

I had signed up to be an Ambassador in order to get the products discounted. I never received any benefit from the products, although I heard from others that they had did. Since I was not seeing a benefit then I canceled the Ambassador membership and I was advised that I would receive a refund. That was advised to me in May and I had to call back a month later and they again told me that I would receive a refund. Now it is the end of July and I haven't received a refund so I reached out again. They have transferred me several times on the phone, without even telling me they were transferring me. I asked to speak to someone who could refund the money to me and I was asked to hold and it's now been over 19 minutes that I've been on hold. Horrible customer service for an overpriced item. I would recommend staying away from this company.

To Whom It May Concern,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complainant. I have once again reviewed the complainants account and was unable to locate any communication from the complainant after the cancellation form was sent to her to be completed. Without that communication I was unable to refund last years annual fee.I have been able to have an exception made however and we will be able to refund last year's fee however, with the charge having been placed over a year ago we are unable to reverse the charge for the refund. We will need to direct deposit the $34.95 into the complainants account. If the complainant can provide her routing and account numbers we will be able to deposit the funds into her account directly. If there is anything further I can assist you with please let me know.

Unfortunately I am not able to locate any substantiation dated further than 2/22/2016 of the complainant requesting assistance with the auto shipment they edited online. Please see the attached emails. Normally the Ambassador would be advised to refuse the unwanted order. Once the order was received back in new condition the order would be refunded minus the original shipping charges.  This is because the complainant’s order is covered by the ambassador’s return policy; Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in resalable condition. A refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.
However in the interest of resolving this complaint the complainant’s ambassador account has been closed. The monthly auto shipment has been canceled.
The complainant’s order [redacted] dated 2/22/2016 has been refunded, $119.28.
Please allow 5-7 business days for these funds to reflect back into the complainant’s bank.
It is not necessary to return this order at this time.
