Very limited customer support you can't reach them by phone if there's any urgent issue. I'm a new seller on Poshmark and got an order when I was out of town. My brother helped me ship the item along with something else I had to ship. He accidentally mis-labeled the 2 packages. I got in touch with customer support but [redacted] who responded because the other item wasn't sold on Poshmark they'll not provide further assist. I was trying to find a way to get in touch with the buyer but there's no way in the app after item is delivered. I'm very disappointed at the seller support I got from Poshmark and their unsympathetic respond. They don't have your back when you need them. Will not use it again.

Typically we can authentic items via provided pictures, but in this case to assure the buyer that her ring was authentic we submitted it to an authenticator. This extra step prolonged the process. We are sorry to hear that [redacted] was not happy with our services, but we will take her feedback into account.

I recently sold a pair of Ariat boots on Poshmark and was informed they would be returned due to a "tear". I received the boots back and they were returned damaged and have a large rip in them which was not there before. I even had a before picture showing no "tear" in the boot and they still awarded the buyer a refund. There is absolute no seller protection from dishonest buyers and Poshmark does not care about sellers.

I do not accept their response because I did not make the purchase. it was all a big mistake by a child, they need to understand that it was not intentionally purchased . had I known my two year old made the purchase then and there , I would have canceled the order within the 3 hour period. but unfortuantally I didn't know until the next day. IPoshmark gave me $20 in credits but its still not helpful because I cant afford to pay for the item .

Unfortunately, our policy states that all sales are final. If we make an exception for her, then we should make exceptions for everyone to be fair. This would also hurt the seller, who has done absolutely nothing wrong. I recently purchased [redacted] heels from a posher. The heels were supposedly in great condition, however when I received them there were scuffs and marks all over the heels. I made a claim and they denied it. I'm so angry! There went $69.99 out of my pocket. I just want my money back! They won't even reply to my emails.

I purchased a pair of $75 flats from Postmark in a size 6.5. They arrived and they were a size 8. I tried to get in touch with the seller who proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and then blocked me. I've tried calling and emailing them four times in the last week with only one generic response. I had purchased the flats for an event that I can no longer wear them to. I am disturbed by the lack of prompt response.

Customer service will stop answering the second you give them evidence of a legitimate issue. It's a total joke. I paid for a prompt delivery service for my mail and did not receive that. Absolutely unprofessional company that I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Poshmark. I've made about ten purchases, maybe more. And most of them include multiple items. (You get a discount that way). All the sellers I've worked with have been completely honest about the items I've bought. So I haven't had a need to deal with customer service.I've tried a few other similar sites and Poshmark is by far my favorite :-)

According to USPS the order was delivered. We allow the seller 7 days to ship an item, if the item is not shipped after 7 days from the order date the buyer is able to cancel the order.

Well I'm still not home to accept the order. I haven't seen it nor did I accept the order on poshmark. It's not resolved. I have no idea what condition it is in until Inreturn home from vacation.

First off Poshmark does not charge recurring fees. When completing a purchase on Poshmark users will see "recurring" simply because it is a code used in credit card processing. This code is used to save time, by preventing our users...

from having to re-enter their credit card information again and again. Rest assured, there will never be a recurring charge from Poshmark. Additionally, Poshmark prohibits the sale of replicas or fakes. We take this issue very seriously and do our best to monitor the platform for these items.
[redacted] was offered a full refund upon returning the item in which she was unhappy with. A prepaid, pre-addressed return-shipping label was issued to her. Unfortunately this label was never used and the item was never returned. Therefore, no refund was processed.

My credit card company was the one who informed of the reoccurring problem. I think they should know.
After weeks of being mishandled by Poshamrk,my credit card finally gave me a permanent refund. Also, since the item was a copyrighted counterfeit and there was only argument from them I do think they should be investigated by the federal authorities since it against federal law to sell this merchandise.
Once again I will never do business with Poshamrk again. I have asked that they close my account, delete my personal information and not contact me again.
But even after all this, even though I was advised not to return the fake t shirt, I was willing to return it if they would send me a postage paid envelope. WHICH THEY NEVER DID.
If they treat all their customers like they did me, I don't see how they will stay in business: which may be a good thing!

We responded to the buyer's complaint because we noticed upon zooming into the pictures provided by the seller on our platform that there does appear to be a few stains, exactly where the buyer told us/sent pictures as proof. At the time of the decision the seller received an automated response from us informing her of the decision on the case.
Poshmark's goal is to ensure both the buyer and seller have a great experience, and we are sorry that the seller is unhappy with our decision. In the future, to avoid a problem with a sale, we advise her to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings.

To clarify, Poshmark is currently a marketplace for only clothing and accessories: https://poshmark.com/prohibited_items_policy. Therefore, as the item in question is drinkware/home good, it is not supported on our platform. Also, as a case was not opened by the customer, a return is no longer an option. Our dispute management team assisted the customer with additional credit, as a courtesy.
