Manny V[redacted] came and checked our air conditioning unit. It needed some work done. this young man was polite, informative, and knew his job.

My wife and I needed a major update to our heating and cooling system in our home. We had contacted three firms in the area. Precision Air & Heating impressed us the most , coupled with them having done maintenance service on our equipment in the past.

We had a new system put in our home today. The crew was Guy, Eric, Josh, and James.

They were all fantastic in their efficiency, openness to our questions as they were working, as well as general demeanor with us as customers. I was particularly impressed in my observing how they interacted with each other in keeping up with each other, teaching one of the new folks on their team, and keeping us apprised as to their progress. They really know their job!

My wife and I were happy we picked Precision Air & Heating. We will certainly maintain our link with them in the future.

I had my yearly inspection done by Precision Air. They replaced my air conditioner a couple of years ago and am always happy with their service. Recently replaced my water heater with them too. I have worked with Precision Air & Heating for at least 10 years and always found them to be very professional, curtious and on time. Today Manny came out to inspect my air conditioning units. He was on time, flushed the water heater, inspected all parts and gave me an honest evaluation of what needed improving.

I have been a customer of Precision for a few years now and have nothing but positive experiences with the technicians and the service performed.

My last experiece was this past Monday for the repair of a broken water control valve under the bathroom sink. Daniel did, as expected, a fine job in the repair and the evaluation of potential problems with other older madel shut off valves.

Just had visit from Cameron to look at a leak around the pipe going in to my garbage disposer... Pipe cracked from hard water build up... so he gave me information on my options and he replaced my garbage disposer. He gave me information so I could make an informed decision and was very professional and personable. He also gave me information regarding water softeners. Have always had an excellent experience with the representatives and the schedulers as well... signed up for another 4 years.

Technician manny was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and friendly. Precision air stands behind their work. They have always helped anytime my unit has needed service or repair.

Our A/C was barely cooling the house and was running non-stop just to maintain an 80 degree temperature. The technician who came out on 8/10/21015 was Chris H[redacted]. He took the time to walk me through the A/C units problems. He provided the recommendations and was able to take care of the problem by replacing a capacitor and adding freon which was affordable for us. He added on our invoice a couple of options and costs for us to either have done when we can or know that at some point in the near future what we will have to repair on our aging unit which going on 13 years. We recently contacted Precision Air (PA) to check a problem with our A/C unit. The tech was Chris H[redacted]. What a delight from start to finish. Chris listen to us describe the issue explain the ins and outs of our thermostat and then investigated our concern. He kept us informed as to the steps he would take and was very professional in all his investigation and repairs. Manny is great! Called this morning for a much needed maintenance check on my AC and he came out this morning. He went over everything that the unit needed in detail,, showed me the readings, no one ever did that with me before! I am happy with Precision's service, and very happy with Manny. He is very knowledgable and AC units! Pricing seems good...... Call them, request Manny!

We had our units serviced today and our service technician Manny was outstanding. He diagnosed our system efficiently and made accurate and honest recommendations. We hope Manny will be our service technician going forward.

Don our field supervisor was knowledgeable & professional. Installers Guy, Eric & Marco worked tirelessly for 10:30 hrs to complete the job (installing 2 units) all while answering questions & respecting our home.

Hello, I would like to share the pleasant service we got from Precision Air and Heating, Inc. Sam, the technician was very patient to inform us about the procedure of servicing our AC units. He is very professional and courteous and he answered all our questions with very clear explanations. He took his time to bear with my lack of understanding about AC Units and he took the time to listen patiently to my questions and concerns. At first we were intimidated at the outcome of the service since our units are quite old but Sam checked them thoroughly and explained with extreme care, what his visit consisted of and explained what we are suppose to do to keep them working to their best potential.
I highly recommend the services of this company. They take their time in checking everything at their best and they give you good advice to maintain your units. They don't push for a sale.
I like their approach and I will definitely call them again when needed.
