Chris H[redacted] provided my annual tune up and in the process ensured I knew what might be issues in the future. He cleaned out huge spider nests as well as rat nests within the units. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. A great resource for sure. case [redacted]

We had Jacob out to our home to diagnose why the thermostat on our small air conditioner was blank. He discovered a transformer was toast on the air handler in the attic. He took his time to replace the part and go through all the low voltage wiring to try and figure out why that transformer was fried. He discovered a drop in power issue coming from the service switch on the unit. He suggested we have an electrician come out and trace the voltage problem. I was very happy with his service and appreciated his patience in finding the problem. I have a strong feeling that most companies would have just replaced the part and left. - [redacted]

I have been with Precision Air and Heating for several years and have always been very pleased with the quality of service and the technicians with whom I have worked. Recently I had Daniel at the house to get information on water treatment systems. He was very helpful and as always, was very pleasant. Great people skills!!! A day or two later, Aaron was here to discuss air purification systems. He too, was just wonderful to work with and suggested a system that met our needs. Both Aaron and Daniel are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. They do not pressure one to buy anything, just give great suggestions. I highly recommend Precision Air and Heating to anyone who wants a great experience.

Precision Air & Heating does a thorough job of keeping our air conditioning & heating units in good shape on a routine annual basis. If needed, they always come out for any emergency. The current technician, Eddie P., did an excellent job, arrived when scheduled, and was very pleasant and helpful.

I was on my last year of a 4 year service contract with Precision. I wasn't going to call them because I wasn't pleased with their constant upsell attempt of parts the previous 2 years. They called me and I had them out one last time on 11-20 12 since it was free. As per the previous 2 years the tech was done checking my unit within 10 minutes. Never cleaned out the evap or condenser coils which was part of the service contract, just like the previous techs and never even took off the access panels. Also never put freon guages on the unit just like the previous 2 years to find out if the unit was low. He was more interested in replacing a capacitor that was done the year before and was out of warranty and he wanted to replace the outside fan motor which has had the same amp reading 3 years in a row,high but OK. I told him no and just had him leave.

I called another AC company, one in my area, [redacted](A+ rated and many good reviews) and [redacted] came out in a few days. First thing he did was put guages on the unit which Precision hadn't done in 3 years. Then I asked him about the capacitor which the precision tech said was bad. [redacted] told me if it was bad the outside fan wouldn't run. He then told me precision had put in the wrong size capacitor which could make the fan go out and could account for the high amp draw, he put the right size in. Later I googled the model number on the motor and confirmed he was correct on the capacitor size. Precision also had wrapped the capacitor in some black goo. [redacted] from [redacted] said insulating it was not necessary and it could cause the capacitor or fan to fail and covered the numbers saying it was the wrong size. He said the physical size of the capacitor tells the amp rating. After the correct capacitor was put in the amp draw dropped on the fan motor. I was told the techs at Precision work off commission which explains the constant parts replacement and repair upsell. I am not happy with Precisions work ethic and will never use nor recommend them again.

Precision air .........all I have to say about this company is that they do what they say they do I've had 2 units installed by Percision and have them regularly maintenance there staff is extremely kind and courteous as well as knowledgeable....recently had [redacted] out to my home due to condensation situation he came out addressed the issue Within minutes ....thanks again [redacted] !!!!! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is having air conditioning issues or just needs regular maintenance way to go Percision and thanks for everything??????????

I had a problem with my ac unit . KC was quick ,fair, smart ,and honest ! I highly recommend them and there whole shop.

Guy and Marco did a great job installing my new AC unit including a change to my duct work that has greatly improved the uniformity of temperature throughout my house.

Louis was the man. Got the job done right! Ask for him for services.
