I first called Precision about my heater and they came out to check on the system to find that my igniter switch had blown. They fixed it right away and I was back in business. However, as the week went on, I still hear a small noise and wasn't sure the system was working properly. I called and they promptly sent someone back out at again. Aaron A. was the service repairman who checked everything out again and found a very slight problem with the wiring. He fixed it at no additionally charge and gave me some good advice about the filters I was using. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received by this company.

Received a recent quote from Mike at Precision Air & Heating. I was very impressed with his patience, knowledge and how respectful he was while in our home doing inspections of our current equipment. As potential first time unit buyers, we feel as though Mike gave us the knowledge we need to make a no-pressure, solid decision as well as a professional experience.

I called early morning and related the problem I was having with our water softener. The girl at the desk said she could send Daniel out for the problem. Daniel was here in a short time. I explained the problem and let him go to work. within 10 minutes he had the problem resolved. He also found a leak and after I o.k.ed the repair he left to get the proper replacement part, returned and made the repair in 5 minutes. Daniel was the original installer of our unit and knew the product inside and out,. answering all of my questions to my satisfaction.

On October 22, 2015, I had my annual inspection of the HVAC units in my home. The technician PAUL went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Precision is one of the best companies I have worked with. They always do a great job and are very professional (and reasonably priced). I used them for a plumbing job this time, and it was just as good as their AC services.

Daniel M[redacted] was a welcome repeat serviceman from Precision Air. He fixed a leaky faucet and replaced an Anode Rod in our water heater, extending its life by as much as three years. He remembered us from a previous engagement and made his visit a pleasant and productive experience. We welcome his assistance in the future.

Our AC stopped working last night, the temp rose quickly in our home. I called Precision Air this morning at 6:30am and they had a tech to my house by 12:30pm (earlier than stated Eta). My tech was Kc and he was awesome!! Identified the problem very quickly, explained to me what the problem was, what part was needed and why it failed. He had to drive to downtown Phoenix to get the part, came back and completed repair. He was professional, reliable and friendly. No AC repair is free, but I felt the price was very fair and competitive. Thank you Precision Air and THANK YOU Kc!!!

We were so thrilled to have Cameron for two visits. The first one was on the AC check-up and today was on the commode. Not only did he come the same day but also found the object that was clogging the commode, within minutes. Thank You, Cameron

Precision Air came out to the house as scheduled (although they came earlier which I agreed to) to service our AC units. The works was to be more of a preventive in nature, but we just finished with a bad dust storm and it began to rain, I opted to see if we could reschedule. The tech, whose name was Nick was so polite and informative, a far cry from [redacted] and [redacted] experience that I have had.

James Shelton was the technician that came to service my air conditioner. Right from the start he was very professional but also had the personality that made it a pleasure to talk to him. He was also very knowledgeable about his job. He spent quite a bit of time at my house going over everything and either providing service or advice about the particular issue. The next time I need my air conditioner serviced it would be a pleasure to have James be the technician. In my opinion he is definitely an asset to your company.

My technicians name was Daniel. I have had Daniel several times and he is wonderful. Aside from being my dog's favorite friend--he always does a great job. He is efficient and professional. I love it when I see that he is my technician. I know he will get the job done.
