I needed new AC and turned to Precision Air and 4 other companies for quotes. Just the quote process from Precision was enough to get me to pick them. Not only was the price the best but Don was VERY thorough in his inspection and offer as well as answering any and all questions I had as long as it took.

Once I chose them, they were there 2 days later installing and out the same day. Guy was our lead installer and him and his brother did an amazing job on our install.

Clean, considerate, affordable, honest....Precision Air is an excellent choice and I am glad I picked them.

Garrett at Precision was on-time, courteous, and helpful in solving the problems and suggesting some great alternatives to some issues we were having with our cooling system. It follows a long line of good service I have received from Precision since starting to use them for my cooling/heating/and plumbing needs since 2004. Fantastic!

I've had a contract with Precision Air and Heating, Inc. for a long time. These guys are super!

I have a 23 year old home. Needless to say, after a while, things wear out, break and have to be replaced.

I won't belabor this review with stories, but, I would like to say that Precision Air has been there for my every A/C and plumbing need. When an emergency service is needed after hours or at night, these guys have been there for me.

For plumbing, I wouldn't have anyone but Daniel take care of me. He is knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy and keeps everything in my house maintained well.

Nick did my annual A/C inspection today. His A/C knowledge and expertise is beyond reproach. He goes above and beyond as well.

Both of these guys explain things in a way that I can understand it. They don't try to sell me any service that is not needed.

They take care of me as a person, not just as a customer.

With all this said, I wouldn't go to anyone else for my A/C, Heating and Plumbing needs.

KC was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. I felt very comfortable working with him and would give him the highest recommendation possible to any friend or family member who was in need of AC assistance. Excellent service!

Precision is one of the best companies I have worked with. They always do a great job and are very professional (and reasonably priced). I used them for a plumbing job this time, and it was just as good as their AC services.

I am a multiple homeowner that has about four properties I just recently had Manny from precision air out to my home due to the fact that I have for other companies out and they couldn't identify the problem Manny was quick honest very trustworthy and knowledgeable within the first 10 minutes Manny had it up and figured out also recommended a maintenance plan which I purchased for all four homes of mine Percision there is by far one of the most precise And fast company that I've ever had at my property thank you Manny for the wonderful service you provided and thank you Percision air for hiring such a good tech I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Daniel M[redacted] was a welcome repeat serviceman from Precision Air. He fixed a leaky faucet and replaced an Anode Rod in our water heater, extending its life by as much as three years. He remembered us from a previous engagement and made his visit a pleasant and productive experience. We welcome his assistance in the future.

I called early morning and related the problem I was having with our water softener. The girl at the desk said she could send Daniel out for the problem. Daniel was here in a short time. I explained the problem and let him go to work. within 10 minutes he had the problem resolved. He also found a leak and after I o.k.ed the repair he left to get the proper replacement part, returned and made the repair in 5 minutes. Daniel was the original installer of our unit and knew the product inside and out,. answering all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Our AC stopped working last night, the temp rose quickly in our home. I called Precision Air this morning at 6:30am and they had a tech to my house by 12:30pm (earlier than stated Eta). My tech was Kc and he was awesome!! Identified the problem very quickly, explained to me what the problem was, what part was needed and why it failed. He had to drive to downtown Phoenix to get the part, came back and completed repair. He was professional, reliable and friendly. No AC repair is free, but I felt the price was very fair and competitive. Thank you Precision Air and THANK YOU Kc!!!

James Shelton was the technician that came to service my air conditioner. Right from the start he was very professional but also had the personality that made it a pleasure to talk to him. He was also very knowledgeable about his job. He spent quite a bit of time at my house going over everything and either providing service or advice about the particular issue. The next time I need my air conditioner serviced it would be a pleasure to have James be the technician. In my opinion he is definitely an asset to your company.

Precision Air came out to the house as scheduled (although they came earlier which I agreed to) to service our AC units. The works was to be more of a preventive in nature, but we just finished with a bad dust storm and it began to rain, I opted to see if we could reschedule. The tech, whose name was Nick was so polite and informative, a far cry from [redacted] and [redacted] experience that I have had.
