Precision Air & Heating is a company of the highest standards, their workers are extremely efficient and friendly ,I will continue to use them for all my energy and heating.I was impressed by,Garret, Jeff ,Davin and Claude all so very good at their various jobs, Thanks very much for work well done

Review: On 5/10/13 I called Precision Air and Heating to check out my air conditioner. [redacted] came to the house and sold us what he called a Warranty for $592.98. We received free parts ( I find this point to be important since we did receive free parts, in a Maintenance agreement there would have been a charge for the parts) with the purchase. During his multipoint checkup, included in the call he failed to find that a large portion of our unit was not sealed. On 9/05/13 [redacted] came to fix a problem that should have been under our warranty and very nicely explained to us that we purchased a Preventative Maintenance Agreement and not a Warranty. We did go to the Internet but the info there is very sketchy. He also stated an approximate price for repairs or replacement. He was more than $2,000.00 low on his price of replacement. Then we had to have [redacted] come out to give us a proposal for a replacement unit. He came to the home, checked things out, gave us a proposal and as he set it down on the table he said, "this is a mobile home, right". He then thought that he may not be able to finance the unit because it is a mobile home. He told us to try a certain finance company and that things would go quickly and that we would be contacted by either the Finance company or him. Saturday came and no one contacted us. We went with another company and saved almost $2,000.00.

I spoke with [redacted] , the manager of Precision Air and Heating on 9/08/13 and he asked for a review of all that had happened. [redacted] asked me what I would like and I told him that I would want my money back. He stated that they have meetings with the owner every Tuesday and that he would review my situation at that meeting. I called that Friday and left a message for him to call me and then called again the next Wednesday and the secretary said she would mark the message urgent. Still no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my money since I was mislead on what it was that I was getting. I realize that I got parts on the first visit but because of the problems and lack of attention I have received I want all of my money back.

In this complaint, Mr. [redacted] indicates that he would like a refund in the amount of $592.92 because he was misled on what he was receiving and because of the lack of attention he received. On May 11, 2013, Precision Air & Heating, Inc. performed services at [redacted]. The services included a complete tune-up, condenser toil cleaning,condensation drain line clear and water heater flush. Mr. [redacted] authorized these services to be provided. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] received a 50 run capacitor, 5 run capacitor, and a poly foam filter. Mr. [redacted] accepted receipt of these goods. The $849.39 worth of free goods and services were extended to Mr. [redacted] with the purchase of a 4 year Agreement. The invoice was completed and sighed by [redacted] and payment in full was issued to Precision Air & Heating, Inc. by check in the amount of $592.98. Invoice [redacted] is included for your review.While Mr. [redacted] states that he was sold a "warranty", the invoice clearly indicates otherwise. For example, the signed invoice includes a section for "agreement information". In this portion of the invoice, customers are instructed to visit [redacted].[redacted].[redacted] for agreement holder terms and conditions. The start date, end date, number of units covered and agreement details are clearly noted. A copy of the Preventative Maintenance Agreement information that can be found on our website is included for your review.

Although the response from Precision Air and Heating sounds complete they neglected to cover the following facts: They changed the date on the first invoice; they did not address the fact that we were misled; they did not repsond to the fact that I called twice and they would not return my call BEFORE I contacted the [redacted] to complain; they did not respond to the fact that their slaesperson, [redacted] did not follow through on his promises.

Precision Air & Heating, Inc. respectfully replies to the response filed by Mr. [redacted] on October 10, 2013. Complaint ID# [redacted]

In this response, Mr. [redacted] states that I neglected to cover several areas of concern.

Mr. [redacted] points out that the date on the first invoice was changed. The service date on invoice [redacted] was edited to reflect the date that the call was actually ran. The initial date of May 10, 2011 was inaccurate. It is necessary to have the invoice document reflect the accurate service date in order to have true business and service records. Our scheduling software, reports, and other documents have been cross referenced to make sure the revised date is in fact correct. Invoice [redacted] is included for your records.

Mr. [redacted] was not misled. He expressed that he was sold a “warranty”, the invoice clearly indicates otherwise. For example, the signed invoice includes a section for “agreement information”. In this portion of the invoice, customers are instructed to visit[redacted].[redacted].[redacted] for agreement holder terms and conditions. The start date, end date, number of units covered and agreement details are clearly noted. A copy of the Preventative Maintenance Agreement information that can be found on our website is included for your review.

Unfortunately, there is no record of two previous calls that Mr. [redacted] states he placed before moving forward with another business. [redacted], a Field Supervisor at Precision Ari & Heating, Inc., met with Mr. [redacted] on September 6, 2013. [redacted] drafted a proposal and Mr. [redacted] accepted the terms. According to Mr. [redacted] statement, he chose to purchase a new unit from another company. While it is disappointing that Mr. [redacted] did not move forward with Precision Air & Heating, Inc. It is certainly the consumer’s privilege to choose another company for purchase of a new unit and Mr. [redacted] exercised this option. Mr. [redacted] perception of [redacted]’s failure to follow through on a promise is a matter of opinion.

Mr. [redacted] request for a refund because he was misled on what he purchased on May 11, 2013 and the lack of attention he received is unwarranted. In fact, as the documentation clearly illustrates, Mr. [redacted] clearly understood what he purchased and the perceptual nature of the attention he received is simply not measureable.

Precision Air and Heating, Inc. has managed to maintain an exceptional rating with the [redacted] for over 15 years and it is something that we are very proud of. However, it has become exceedingly difficult to maintain this in recent years with complaints of this nature. We go to great lengths at our company to make sure that Integrity, Quality and Trust are at the forefront of the service we provide.

Like to give kudos to precision air as well as their technician Manny thank you very much for your wonderful work ethic as well as all of the knowledgeable information that you gave me I'd really like to let y'all know your technicians are wonderful always have been and I would definitely recommend you to any of my friends and family

Recently we purchased a new HVAC system from Precision Air and have been very happy with the service and professionalism of Guy and Eric. They both worked hard at getting the old system out and the new system in. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future needs.

Just recently used Precision air and heating to fix my A/C. The technician was Aaron and he did a great job. Answered all my questions with courtesy and professionalism. Would use him again no questions asked.

We are very happy with Precision Air & Heating. They are always responsive and professional. Their people are skilled and friendly. Jacob worked on our A/C today and he went out of his way to check on the filter for the humidifier because we currently cannot access it ourselves. He took the time to explain the issues, the fix, and the charges in detail in a way I could understand.

Moises was extremely knowledgeable and provided great service. He discovered a cracked disconnect in our system and replaced it immediately. System maintenance service was thorough and complete. Thank you!

I first called Precision about my heater and they came out to check on the system to find that my igniter switch had blown. They fixed it right away and I was back in business. However, as the week went on, I still hear a small noise and wasn't sure the system was working properly. I called and they promptly sent someone back out at again. Aaron A. was the service repairman who checked everything out again and found a very slight problem with the wiring. He fixed it at no additionally charge and gave me some good advice about the filters I was using. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received by this company.

Yesterday a Precision Air and Heating Tech, James Shelton, made a service call to our home. James explained our problem and fixed it to our satisfaction. It was a positive and enjoyable experience. [redacted]

Nick came out for my annual inspection and did a great job. He also talked me into adding insulation to our house and said that it would help with the electrical bill. He was very helpful.

It has been almost a year since Precision installed our new AC Unit. Like clockwork they called to set up a time to do our annual check up. How refreshing to have a company that lives up to what they say they would do. The technician was courteous and professional and took care of everything. Thank you Precision for living up to your word.

Our experience with Precision Air and Heating today was very positive. After receiving a friendly call early this morning from their office informing us as to their approx. arrival time, Guy and Eric soon arrived to install our new Condensing Unit. This call followed up by their punctuality was much apprecited! This installation was done smoothly and without mishap. Guy and Eric were personable and friendly. We will recommend Precision Air and Heating to our friends.

I've suffered several summers of brutal heat with a heat pump that performed terribly. I tried compensating with a large window air conditioner but having only one room cool wasn't sufficient. This year I finally had enough and had to get the cooler fixed.
I read a bunch of Yelp and Revdex.com reviews of HVAC specialists in the valley and after calling a few for quotes was starting to get discouraged. When I called Precision they were friendly, answered on the first ring, and gave me an appointment that suited my schedule without any hassle. Their diagnostic price was the most reasonable that I found for a licensed and bonded company.
The next morning the technician they sent out, Manny, called in advance of his arrival giving me plenty of time to be present and ready for him. He showed up promptly and was very friendly and professional. In a short time he was able to give me a comprehensive overview of the state of my cooling system and make recommendations on how best to handle the problem. I wasn't upsold products and services that I didn't need. Manny gave me options for the bare minimum to get the cooler up and running as well as the options to ensure that I don't have to suffer any more in the heat for this and future summers.
While the cost of the service was a bit more than I expected to pay I'm glad that I chose Precision and was given a professional repair by a company that stands by their work and has employees who aren't on the take. If you have an AC problem this summer you shouldn't hesitate to call Precision and have them take a look at your home.

We had Precision Air and Heating service our HVAC system on Dec. 17, 2015. The technician was Armando and he was very professional and courteous. He explained the problems thoroughly and then repaired the items. Armando provided great service. [redacted]

Received a recent quote from Mike at Precision Air & Heating. I was very impressed with his patience, knowledge and how respectful he was while in our home doing inspections of our current equipment. As potential first time unit buyers, we feel as though Mike gave us the knowledge we need to make a no-pressure, solid decision as well as a professional experience.

Tuesday evening 6/4 our A* went on the blink and by 4PM on the 5th it was 87 degrees in our house. Even the dog was panting! My wife called Precision Air and they said a technician would be out in about 1 hour. He arrived in about 20 minutes, located the problem, got it fixed and the temperature headed down immediately.

[redacted] the technician originally installed our A* unit in 2003 and has made 2-3 service calls since then. He remembers us, the system and knows how to get directly to the issue. [redacted] is always courteous, professional and takes the time to explain the problem and answer any questions.

Having the same technician over the years tells me that Precision takes care of its people who in turn take care of the customers. We have never been disappointed by Precision or its staff and will continue to use their services when needed.

My AC was squeaking the other day so we called Precision Air to come out the following afternoon. Yesterday morning, the AC system just stopped completely. we called Precision and they adjusted their techs schedule to have some one at our house within 30 minutes. the technician [redacted] was able diagnose the problem, track down the part from across town and have everything fixed and running within a few hours.

I've been working with Precision Air & Heating a number of years to ensure my old A/C & Heating unit on my roof continues to run at an optimum level. The saying "they don't build them like they used to" is very true when it comes to A/C units, so I've asked Precision to keep it running as long as possible. Every technician they have sent to my home has been courteous and always explains the situation so that it is easy for me to understand. Today I had Nick come to my home to help me find ways to lower my heating and cooling costs. Nick provided a few recommendations, and worked with me to ensure it is affordable to implement. I am continually satisfied by what Precision Air has done for me and my family, and will continue to call them when I am in need.
