KC came out this week, gave a thorough look-through of our system, identified the problem, fixed it, and charged us a fair price. He explained other services but did not push us. We were very happy with him, with Precision, and with our cool house.

Moises just performed my annual AC check-up. I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and most pleasant. I want Moises to perform my annual check-up every year.

On Sept 23, Curt my Technician arrived on time, very professional. Curt fixed the leaking problem and made a few suggestions He will get back to fix a problem next week.

When my a/c continued to blow warm air on one of those Arizona 100 degrees days I was so stressed because I just knew my 8 year old a/c unit was on the fritz and this was going to cost me $$$$. But, I called Precision and they sent Matt T[redacted] out to check out the unit. To my surprise it was a very dirty filter that caused the problem. He cleaned the dirt around the unit and installed a new filter...and eureka! the A/C began blowing cold air... The bill was very low and my fears of having to replace the A/C unit disappeared. Matt was courteous, understanding and very kind to an senior citizen living on a tight budget. I've used Precision Air for about 15 yrs. Their prices are great and their technicians knowledgeable. There is no pressure. They will give you their review of your system and let you decide. Today I could do part of the recommended maintenance; but not all of it. My technician Nick R understood I didn't have the resources right now to do all of it. But, since the AC season is winding down anyway, I'll call him back in the spring to complete the maintenance work. Like I said, no pressure and the pricing is good and parts up to spec. I'd recommend Precision Air to anyone.

Precision Air & Heating was fast and efficient from start to finish. From the moment Claude, the field rep came out to address our issue, to the installation of a new a/c unit by tech's Marco and Tony, the entire process was professional and efficient.

Manny was very clear when explains the advantage of installing the active tex equipment. He completed the job fast and efficientlyhe was also very courteous and polite and also the job was done in a timely and well fashion

We had them come out to do the annual inspection and the tech said something needed to be replaced for a labor fee. We went ahead and did that. A month later our AC stopped working on the weekend. The new part was bad. They were not able to come back out until 6pm Monday. We were thankful that Aaron A. was fast courteous and did not charge us for the service. (And that we had somewhere to stay until it was fixed because it was in the teens those days)

Precision Air was fast and courteous. Our technician was Aaron A and he was very likable and took care of us. We would definitely use Precision again if needed.

Our recent annual system check proves that Precision Air & Heating is one of the best AC service providers in the Phoenix area. Paul ([redacted]), the technician who did the annual check up, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained, in detail, the status of our two ac units and what was needed and not needed to bring the system up to full operational status. Thanks Paul!

Manny came out to our house today and our A/C runs like a dream now. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even found a piece of duct instruction paper blocking one of our ducts; it had been there for 12 years and no one had even noticed before!! Thanks Precision!

Precision Air just completed our annual heating/air conditioning service call and the task, completed by technician Armando was done very thoroughly and professionally. The results of the check were not something I wanted to hear but we were also aware that our units were probably on "borrowed time". Armando suggested we talk with his supervisor Dan about having the units replaced. Dan discussed the pros and cons of our existing units vs replacement units and did not pressure us into making any decisions at this time.
We have used Precision Air for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the service they have provided.
