My experience with Precision has been solid over the past four years or so. They installed my new unit in 2011 & it is fabulous!
My most recent experience is with a Tech by the name of [redacted]. He was knowledgeable and passionate about his work and I'd be glad to have [redacted] come back to service my a/c unit again!

First of all I would like to say; I have used Precision Air and Heating for the last 2 years and our experience has been Outstanding!! This company has the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. I have used many companies in the valley, but none of them can stand up to Precision's customer service support. People that truly CARE!!!!!! On July 24, 2015 Precision sent out a Plumber Daniel M. who performed our repair and did an Outstanding Job!! Daniel was very professional and knew what he had to do to complete the job in a timely manner. Great Job Daniel!!! Thank you and keep up that positive attitude.

Just had visit from Cameron to look at a leak around the pipe going in to my garbage disposer... Pipe cracked from hard water build up... so he gave me information on my options and he replaced my garbage disposer. He gave me information so I could make an informed decision and was very professional and personable. He also gave me information regarding water softeners. Have always had an excellent experience with the representatives and the schedulers as well... signed up for another 4 years.

Yesterday Mike, a supervisor for Percision, came by to provide me with a price on new air conditioner with ultra violet for my father's house. Felt the price was fair and reasonable so took the deal. Mike is friendly and professional and takes the time to answer any questions you have about the service and/or the product.

Today Josh and Keith are here installing the new unit. They were here right on time and went straight to work after introducing themselves. They have ensured that any trash from the install has been cleaned up. They were friendly and got the work done

in good time.

My AC drain was plugged, so I called Precision to have this remedied, as I had heard from a neighbor that they were pleased with their service. My technician was James S[redacted]; personable, pleasant and got right down to business of unclogging the pipe but bad news followed. Blowing out the pipe was not working and he would have to cut open a piece of drywall and cut the pipe and replace it with a new one. This would be an additional $200. My heart sank as I went into the house. About 5 minutes later he came back to me and showed me the culprit: There was a small tube that was blocking the flow of water. He figured it was a do-it-yourselfer who had tried to clean out the pipe themselves, and lost a piece in the process. James' tenacity of doing further investigation saved me money, as well as saving me having to repair the drywall that he was going to have to cut. This measure that James took has built trust with Precision, and I would not hesitate to contact them again. This is my new "go to" company.

Nick came out to my house. Was very personal and neat. He had some great ideas p, some I did and the aero seal I am considering and will let him know soon.

Precision Air & Heating sent Jonathon out to work on my A/C yesterday, unfortunately there were some big problems, which he showed me and explained to me,. Really nice guy, very professional and knowledgeable! Today Guy and Eric installed a new A/C unit for me. Great guys also, very nice! I have used Precision for 15 years and I have always been very happy with their service! I will continue to use them !!!!

Hello, I would like to share the pleasant service we got from Precision Air and Heating, Inc. Sam, the technician was very patient to inform us about the procedure of servicing our AC units. He is very professional and courteous and he answered all our questions with very clear explanations. He took his time to bear with my lack of understanding about AC Units and he took the time to listen patiently to my questions and concerns. At first we were intimidated at the outcome of the service since our units are quite old but Sam checked them thoroughly and explained with extreme care, what his visit consisted of and explained what we are suppose to do to keep them working to their best potential.
I highly recommend the services of this company. They take their time in checking everything at their best and they give you good advice to maintain your units. They don't push for a sale.
I like their approach and I will definitely call them again when needed.

We have been using Precision Air and Heating since 2008 and after a visit from Nick R[redacted] today, we continue to be impressed with the service. Nick was patient and understanding and very helpful with our questions during our yearly A/C maintenance. Precision knows their stuff and the workers are clean and professional.
