I would not be writing this complaint if the above were true. They are wonderful to work with when they are getting your money, but if you have an issue after, and need someone to help resolve the problem, good luck.

Mine is about a refund owned to me. It has taken numerous calls, (not returned) and 25 days waiting for a status of when we may receive our refund. We called again today, they told us, “Ok, we will process the refund, look for it in 3 to 7 days.” I guess we have to wait and see. Integrity, quality and customer service, I’m not feeling it.

I left a message last night for the Owner(s), Erik and Gina Bryan to call me. Nothing. I was just looking for some good ole customer service.

We were left without A/C just as I was heading to bed for the night. It quickly climbed to 90+ in the house and sleeping was not going to be an option. Thanks to the 24/7 service of Precision I was able to get everything resolved and working. The Tech that came out to our house was very friendly, professional, and most importantly fast. I have every intention of calling them out to do my yearly checkup and cleaning for next summer, and will also have them do the same for when we fire up the furnace for the first time.

Moises was our technician today. Very thorough during our annual checkup. checked everything and was honest about our equipment all looking good and working thoroughly. We appreciate it.

Manny was very polite and professional, he did a great job

Manny was very respectful, professional and informative. Laurie in the office kept me informed about his arrival and was super professional and friendly as well.

I am very pleased with the service of Precision Air. Louis came by and changed my air filter and also cleaned my coils. My system is running better now. I am happy with the results and will surely use this compaby again!

We had a new ac/heater and hotwater heater installed on 12-22. All four guys( James, Tony, Mario, Shane ) were very professional and did very good job. The sales rep. (Chad Hood) was very helpful and explained all work to be completed clearly. We are very happy with service provided sofar.

Manny was on time and efficient.

James did a good thorough job in diagnosing our heating problem. Corrected the previous technicians errant wiring and rewired an old section that had deteriorated due to sun exposure.

Precision air has always taken good care of our heating/ac and plumbing needs. Costumer service kept me informed as to Jonathan's projected arrival and he arrived on time. He did our scheduled maintenance and was very professional. I am very happy with the service I received. LaRee W[redacted]

Had an issue with my zone baffle system. Jonathan B[redacted] installed everything quickly and was very good at explaining everything involved.

Our AC unit was not working properly. I chatted online and asked questions prior to scheduling. My questions were as followed:

"How much is trip charge?" Answer $59.95

" do you waive the trip charge at time of service?" Answer- Yes

"Do you offer military discount?" Answer-Yes

"Can someone be here today?" Answer-yes, 45-60 minutes

So I scheduled. When technician came in he immediate, prior to any diagnostics, he immediately made his pitch regarding 4-year plan. We didn't even know what was wrong yet!! So he goes in the attic, capacitor is out. Great, showed us on his meter, told him to replace. Upon replacing the part, my husband checked online for what a capacitor costs, it's literally less than $20!! He proceeds to give us the invoice, the trip fee was waived, the capacitor was $153, labor $125!!!! What???!!! My husband questioned the tech, he said he doesn't know why the capacitor is $153, he pulls the price from a book utilized by company. He argued with him a bit, and decided to call and speak with the manager. As my husband explained, the manager told him, the $153 was part and labor together. The tech did not argue, he went back outside to change the invoice. When the tech first came in, I told him we were military and he said yes, it's 10% discount. Due to the fact we were so upset at almost getting charged an extra $125, we didn't even pay attention to not getting the military discount!!! Way to support the troops Precision Air!!!

I don't have a lot of faith in Precison Air. They installed a A/C unit not that long ago. The previous A/C had been installed in the early 1980"s and by 2005 I needed a new one. I paid approximately $2,500.00 for a roof unit and have since that time put almost $2,500.00 into the repairs to keep it going. For two years I have been told that the compressor was going out. I am waiting for that to happen so it can be replaced under warrenty. If the warrenty runs out I will get a new A/C and have been quoted $3,000.00 for both the inside and outside unit. When I complained to Precision about all the money I had put into it, one of their managers informed me "no one said we were the cheapest in town." At one time I was told they would charge me $75.00 to go up on my roof, that was the year after they installed it and when I complained the owner called me and told me they would not be charging me and if I ever had a problem with them I should call him and I did ask for him twice and was told he was too busy to speak to me. I am a senior Citizen so this has been hard on me keeping up with this. The person [redacted] came today to do the yearly check up and he was a good man. The tech's name was [redacted] and the invoice number was [redacted]
