Precision Air services our HVAC units and has replaced one of them. The office and technical staff are competent and courteous. We have been very pleased with the service they have provided us over the years.

Manny from Precision Air was highly professional and courteous in his visit today. I've been using Precision for 2 years now and would recommend them to anyone that needs AC work.

We had Precision Air into our home to install a new thermostat. The technician that came in was polite, friendly and well-informed on how to do the install. He made me feel comfortable that the install was done correctly and while in home he also advised me of several other services that the company could provide for preventative maintenance of our air system. Louis came to our home sept 15, 2015 to do a yearly maintenance on our two air conditioning units. He was great. Took lots of time explaining things and provided us with a surge protector. Came in free of charge to check on my unit. Gave honest opinion on what I needed and didn't need to be done to unit. Would recommend again.

I am very pleased with the service today. The technician manny was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He seem to have my best interest in mind financially and for the longevity of my existing unit.

We recently had a drain pan failure with our existing system. After a few failed meetings with others, we called Precision. I am SO glad that we did! The staff was responsive via telephone, and our technician (KC) was willing to talk us through everything. KC went above and beyond for us, and we are grateful for his help!

we have utilized your service for over 5 years and are pleased with the way your tech's represent your company and explain what they are doing. Recently Ron (aarona Inv #[redacted] was here to resolve an issue when our unit broke down. He arrived in under 2 hours and had us up in running in 30 minutes. Very important to us because my wife is disabled and the temperature was over 110 that day. I would recommend them to everyone I know. EXTREMELY PLEASED.

We had Precision Air and Heating give us a quote that was very reasonable and the following week, two installers by the names of Guy and Marco came out and put in our new HVAC unit. The two of them were pleasant, very thorough, never annoyed at my many questions, and can only be described as the type of professionals that you really hope show up when you need this type of work done. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. I had a fantastic and easy experience with these two gentleman and am very pleased with Precision Air and Heating. It has been an easy and fantastic experience from start to finish.

They just installed a new unit at my house in Litchfield Park the sales man was excellent after the install he came out to ck out the installation and answer any questions I mite have.

The installation crew (Guy and Eric) done a great job answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Last but not least they had a very competitive price. Yes I would use them again without hesitation .

Just had precision out to my home due to 24 V issue come to find out my unit breaker had failed due to a surge of power Manny was out here within minutes of the initial phone call he provided all the proper information that would help me understand the situation at home Manny was very knowledgeable and respectful dealt with the call in a very professional manner. We've used Precision Air and Heating in the past and they have always been been honest and fair for all the repairs they've made to our 16 year old A/C units.
Recently we decided to was time to replace our units and to be sure we got the best bang for our buck, we solicited proposals from five companies. Out of all of in home visits and proposals, Don from Precision, provided the best solution and price right out of the box. Best of all, he was friendly, polite, and more importantly, low pressure.
Yesterday the team of Guy, Eric, Keith, and Josh can out to remove and replace our A/C & heating units. Of all the service people we've ever had at our house over the years, these guys had to be the most professional, friendly, and clean service representatives we've ever had perform work for us. They came to the door with a smile and positive attitude, which made my wife and I feel confident we made the right decision.
They were polite, friendly, fast, and clean. From answering any questions we had, to putting on 'booties' when they walked around the house and cleaning everything up when they done, they made what we expected to be a messy, noisy day-long job, pain free.

Great experience working with the company for the past two years. Very up front with the issues with my four older a/c units and provided options for replacing all of them but also means of keeping them running longer.
