I want to say that my experience with Precision air & heat was outstanding. The really Great part was I had a air conditioning problem on the weekend and they got me a Tech to fix it within 5 hours. The service was professional and the Tech Matt T[redacted]

I have a service agreement with Precision and it has worked well. They contact me proactively to make sure I have my free yearly review/check, and there hasn't been a lot of hard sell or up sell tactics for repairs I may not need. Today I had Nick work on my AC and Cameron work on my plumbing. Both did a good job with my current issues and gave me suggestions about repairs I might need later without being pushy.

We had Precision Air & Heating, Inc. install an ac unit the end of July. They were so nice at first. They filled out a rebate from APS and told us that they would turn it in right away and we should receive our rebate in a couple of weeks. The guys who installed the unit accidentally dropped putty down the chute and it got stuck on my lifetime filter. I was told that it would be replaced. Over one month later, no rebate and I finally got my filter today 9/11/15 after calling the office and threatening to report them to the Revdex.com.

When I called the office the guy that answered the phone told me that they didn't turn in the rebate papers until the end of August. As soon as they get your money, it seems they don't want anything more to do with you. Our ac unit still makes noises like our old one. The person who sold us the unit told us to give it a couple of weeks to settle. We tried to contact him, but he won't answer emails or calls now.

Called around 6 in the morning and service tech was out same day around noon.Was impressed on turnaround and how quick the job was done.My service tech Matt T[redacted] was courteous and helpful. 1st time I have used Precision and will again.WOULD RECOMMEND

I was very impressed with how fast the technician came out to look at our a/c unit. Manny was very personable and understanding.

Precision Air sold, installed and has maintained our system for almost 5 years. Their service plan is comprehensive and they communicate with us to let us know when it is time for a service check. The technicians, especially Chris, have been prompt, courteous and patient in explaining what we need to know.

We bought our AC unit 2 years ago from this company and have been very happy with everything. They came out for our 2 yr check and Nick was wonderful. Very professional and honest about everything.

I had a leak from my A/C unit. My technician [redacted] diagnosed the problem, did my tuneup, and explained to me how I could save money.

My AC unit stopped working late in the day. Called another business, who never got back to me. Call Precision Air and Heating the next day around 10 am. They were out by the afternoon and had the unit repaired and back up and running.

Service Tech was clean, polite and professional.

The unit was making a noise that was bothering me, so I called them, and they came out the next day. Service tech checked it out, and did what he could to resolve. Again, very professional and polite.

So far, I'm very pleased with their customer interactions and service.

Recently, Precision Air and Heating performed a lot of work on our air conditioning system. It was not easy. There were numerous deficiencies in our system and ductwork over the years. Precision put together a plan to economically correct the problems and get our AC performing reliably and efficiently. The system functions better than it ever did in the past, and we are saving money on energy usage too.

Never before in forty years of home ownership have I seen so many professionals put their heads together on one single home challenge and come up with a great solution.

Manny did an awesome job professional thorough and quick attention to all the details, and went above and beyond addressing other issues that weren't on the order today! He is now my yearly tech thank you!

Manny visited our home today March 31 2016 . He was very polite, respectful ,knowledgeable and courteous. Also explained everything in vivid detail.gave us options whether replacement or repairing also scheduled field supervisor to come and break down our repair costs thanks again to precision air and Manny thanks for everything

I recently had Precision Air and Heating out when our unit stopped working. It was middle of the summer, hot and very humid. It was over 90 degrees in my home all night. They were very busy when I called for service. I was told someone would be out by 9:00 AM the next day....and he was! Matt T[redacted] was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about our issue. He had the parts on his truck and we had cold air cooling our house in a couple of hours. Very appreciative for this company. I have used them for many years and would highly recommend them.

I work for our own 40 year old family business here in the valley. We have built our business on trust and dependability. Just as Precision has.

I'd like to say thanks to Percision after performing the tuneup they did today here at my home also thanks to Manny the technician ......I would like to say the precision air has it together unfortunately I was not able to make a decision today but I would definitely be giving them a call back when I am ready

I have worked with Precision Air & Heating for at least 10 years and always found them to be very professional, curtious and on time. Today Manny came out to inspect my air conditioning units. He was on time, flushed the water heater, inspected all parts and gave me an honest evaluation of what needed improving.

Review: I called this company for the $159.00 tune up in April 2014. The service technician [redacted] came out on April 15th. He stated that we needed a few minor parts, but the system was working properly at the time. The tune up included up to one pound of Freon. [redacted] never mentioned Freon, nor was it on our invoice. I also paid $560.00 for a 4 year service plan, and a few hundred for a couple new parts. Total at the time of service was $1003.15 with tax. A month later we had to call them again because the house was not cooling down, and the temperature would not go below 79 degrees. On May 28th [redacted] a different service technician came to the house. He went in the back yard, looked at our unit, came in and told us that we had a Freon leak, and that it was very low. He said that we needed a new system. He did nothing other than look at the outside unit and ASSUME that there was a leak. He never looked any other place in the home. The next day [redacted], the field supervisor came out and quoted us 6200.00 for a new unit. I told him that I had to consult with my husband before making a decision. My husband and I get a second opinion from another company. We were told by [redacted] A/C service after a complete check inside and outside that all we needed was a thermostatic expansion valve. The part was replaced for a total of $280.00. My concern is the following: Was no Freon ever put in on the initial service call, for that matter was it even checked? How did the second technician on the second call even know there was a leak and that the Freon was low if he did no diagnostic testing? Also, the problem had NOTHING to do with a leak, or Freon!!! The tune up has a 6 month money guarantee on their services, so I feel that we deserve a refund of the $560.00 for the maintenance plan, seeing as they tried to sell us a new unit, rather than to actually look for the problem, and fix it.Desired Settlement: I would like precision air and heating to refund the $560.00 for the maintenance plan because clearly your company did not do a thorough job, and wanted to take the easy way out and try to sell us a new $6200.00 A/C unit instead of actually fixing the problem for a mere $280.00.
