My wife and I needed a major update to our heating and cooling system in our home. We had contacted three firms in the area. Precision Air & Heating impressed us the most , coupled with them having done maintenance service on our equipment in the past.

We had a new system put in our home today. The crew was Guy, Eric, Josh, and James.

They were all fantastic in their efficiency, openness to our questions as they were working, as well as general demeanor with us as customers. I was particularly impressed in my observing how they interacted with each other in keeping up with each other, teaching one of the new folks on their team, and keeping us apprised as to their progress. They really know their job!

My wife and I were happy we picked Precision Air & Heating. We will certainly maintain our link with them in the future.

Aaron made a same day service call late in the afternoon and provided excellent customer service and support. His knowledge helped identify the problem with my a/c unit and his honesty and professionalism pointed to a faulty thermostat that saved me money.

On a saturday night, on the hottest day of the year so far, Precision found a guy to come out and fix our system. Mike S[redacted] arrived around 730pm...found the problem and fixed it. Our house is already cooled back to normal! Mike had a really excellent attitude, a nice smile and just a great guy. He's welcome at my house anytime! Thank you Precision for hiring great people like Mike.

Manny was very helpful, explained the problem and showed me video of where the problem was. He made suggestions, but was not at all "pushing" me on what to do. He was very professional.

I lost hot water in my home on the weekend and realized on Sunday that I could not get the pilot light lit. I contacted Precision via their web site and requested assistance. They promptly came out the next morning and [redacted] promptly identified the issue...my water heater was 14 years old and on it's last legs. [redacted] provided me an instant estimate and when I agreed that I wanted it changed he acquired the parts and had my brand new installed in less than 90 minutes. [redacted] was very professional and efficient and I'm thrilled with their service and my new flow of HOT HOT water.

We had 3 guys from Precision Air & Heating come out to our house Saturday 6/1/13 to do a a/c job. [redacted] did an outstanding job. They were very professional friendly and had the BEST customer service skills ever!!!!!! This is the 2nd time we have used Precision Air and it is now our A/C and Heating Company we will ever use.

We had Precision Air into our home to install a new thermostat. The technician that came in was polite, friendly and well-informed on how to do the install. He made me feel comfortable that the install was done correctly and while in home he also advised me of several other services that the company could provide for preventative maintenance of our air system. The company is definitely one we would recommend to use again.

A quick note to express my appreciation for you and the Precision team. In drastic need of a replacement for my worn out AC unit, I contacted four major vendors in the Phoenix area including Precision. Although your bid was slightly higher then your next major competitor, I thought you did a superior job over all other competitors in analyzing my environment before you made your recommendation.

The installation team that consisted of Jeff and Davin did a fantastic job with the installation of the Trane unit I purchased. Their professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the installation.
