February 2015 our heat pump started making terrible noises. We called Precision Air and Heating and they came right away. They checked the whole system and found that our heat pump had died and our A/C unit had been installed improperly and that we could have had severe water damage from an improperly installed water pan and from clogged pipes that had never been cleaned out. As I am a retired maintenance man, I know when I see good work. Precision solved our problems, did excellent work, and left our home clean and safe again. I highly recommend Precision Air and Heating if you need work done. They know what they are doing and charged reasonably for the work they did.

To whom it may concern I recently had my HVAC system maintenance by precision air which I have been since 2000 Manny was the technician in which came and serviced my unit I have got to say that Manny is knowledgeable friendly. Also very trustworthy I would recommend precision air and heating to anyone who has problems with their air conditioning and heating system or just needs an inspection done way to go precision thanks for all your help

Precision Air & Heating got us scheduled for an Air Conditioner tune-up right away. They were professional and courteous. We needed some maintenance work too which they gave the prices and left it up to us to decided to do the work without any pressure. We will continue to use their services for future tune-ups and maintenance.

On 8-15 our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. We called Precision and they told us they would call around 8-10 in the am. They followed through and called in that time frame. Unfortunately they were unable to give us a time on when they would be to the house. We called many times to see what the status was due to the fact we could not stay in the house because of my mothers medical condition. At around 8 o'clock at night we received a call asking if they could come out in the morning because they were so busy. I agreed since we were now in a friends home. Precision called around 7am the next day stating they would have a tech out in 30-45 mins. So I rushed back home to meet the tech. Our tech Manny arrived and was very straight to the point was able to look at the unit find the problem and fix it. Due to such a delay on the part of Precision and the fact we have been a costumer for so long the visit today was free. I am please with Mannys fast and helpful work. We will be asking for him next time.

Manny was very professional and was a pleasure to work with also he was very polite manny you were a joy to work with

Manny V[redacted], was the tecnition was at my home repairing my air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable at his trade. He is also very personable he explained what was happening with my unit and what we needed to do. Unfortunionaly he need to return the following day to finish the job. He is courteous as he cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Manny and Precision to anyone who is dire need of ac repairs! Thanks Manny !!!!!!

Review: Bought a filter through BoAir.com.

During checkout, I triple checked that I chose the correct size, but their records indicate that I ordered the size that is the default selection on their add-to-cart form, and indeed the default size is what I received in the mail. The order confirmation that they emailed me did not specify what item(s) I had ordered.

I first tried to pursue an exchange or refund, but was denied. They said they had no use for a tiny 10x10x1 filter, because no one needs them that small, and at the same time they suggested I try to sell it on craigslist or eBay. Later they wrote me and said, "We are unable to accommodate your request for a full refund or partial refund."Desired Settlement: I would like to return the filter and receive a refund. I am willing to pay to ship it back to them.

Our central air conditioning unit broke down yesterday (10/3/15). We had a coupon for Precision Air & Heating so we thought we would give them a try. The following events occurred:

- I was very impressed when our tech Curt showed up within two hours of the initial call. What made it even more impressive was that this was Saturday night and we live in the middle of nowhere (San Tan Valley).

- Curt was very polite and professional, he had our AC running again in about half an hour.

- This was easily the most reasonably priced service call I've ever had for AC repair. Curt did not try to gouge us or sell us a new AC unit.

Overall, I can't recommend Precision Air and Heating enough. If you need your AC or heating fixed fast for a reasonable price, give them a call.

I have to say manny is incredible his professionalism is remarkable !! I can't thank you enough for helping me through this process I feel that many explained everything in vivid detail as well as gave analogies in which I would understand the situation precision air has has it down To a Science their technicians customer service skills are phenomenal as well as their appearance they are very clean-cut and I'm glad to say that I use precision air and would recommend to anyone thanks again Manny for the wonderful experience looking forward to seeing you next year for our annual maintenance

The manager was extremely rude and there is a lack of communication within the company. I was asked to cancel and reschedule my appointment twice. The second time I was asked to reschedule, another employee called me on the other line while I was already speaking to the manager stating the tech was in route in my area and to call her back while the manager is telling me he's got two other emergencies he needs to take care of and they can't come out to my house. So which is it; you can or you can't provide services? The manager said my call wasn't an emergency, so they had to send the techs elsewhere (without a true diagnosis of my clunking pipes and lack of water, I find it unprofessional to write my plumbing problem off as unimportant by demanding that I reschedule).

It was inconvenient for me since I had to take the day off and it was my only day off. Furthermore, the manager tried to pass the company off as Parker and Sons or an affiliate of Parker and Sons. When I said I thought I called Parker and Sons, not Precision Air & Heating, he danced around my inquiry by saying he was the one who answered the phone when I called to schedule the appointment, but wouldn't admit that the company is neither Parker and Sons nor an affiliate. When I initially called to set-up the appointment, I asked if this was Parker and Sons and he simply replied, "how can I help you" without admitting, "no, this is Precision Air." I find this to be a deceitful business practice and I would not recommend their services to anyone because of it. Honesty should be first and then customer service. When I told the manager to ask someone else to cancel, I need to get my plumbing service taken care of, he became argumentative, speaking over me to tell me how unimportant my plumbing problem is when he has two emergencies, instead of offering a solution such as, "let me see what I can do." This is bad business. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I will never use or recommend Precision Air.

On December 30, 2015 James and Daniel were very helpful to resolve my plumbing problem.

I have had several good services calls with Precision. They have come out within a day or two and completed work timely and professionally. Service Tech Aaron was professional and friendly and explained all work needed. I would recommend Precision for your AC needs. [redacted]

Nick and Eddy were the technicians that performed the PM service on my heating/cooling unit today. They both provided breakthrough customer service. Next year for my annual PM I want them to return. Nick and Eddy are one of the reasons I have a PMA contract.
