We have needed a new AC unit the last few years and Mike C[redacted] from Precision Air & Cooling just made the experience stress free. Our current unit in our house is 20+ years old and isn't cooling our house down under 80 degrees. Mike was a super cool guy and made myself and my wife feel good about getting a new unit. The price quote was half the price as the quotes we got from two other companies that came out. He wasn't just trying to sell us the unit with all the bells and whistles, just the one we need. Call these dudes!

After a previous A/C repair apparently left a glitch, Precision Air promptly replied to my request for help--the day before a major holiday. I hadn't expected it, but after six hours to locate two slow shorts, there was no charge for the repair and I had a cool July 4th. I am a single female and I was worried about what company to choose and who to trust for a new A/C unit. I had received a quote so Precision Air was the second quote I received. I am amazed how professional and courteous Mike Collins was when he came to my home. Mike was very experienced and he explained everything very clearly and was so helpful in making sure I understood what I need and at the same time showed no pushy or sales tactics at all. He was genuinely more interested in helping me than making a sale. Being in sales myself, I am so appreciative of this and will always contact Precision Air for all my a/c and heating needs in the future.

On the morning of 10-15-15 I noticed that my a/c had quite running. I called Precision Air & Heating that morning and by noon, Jonathan was ringing my door bell. Within 5 minutes he determined that my breaker switch had tripped and the a/c was working again. He then got on the roof to inspect the system and determined that the compressor was not operating efficiently.

His supervisor, Mike, was in the area and came by to review Jonathan's findings and offer me costs to repair/replace the unit. Both of these gentlemen conducted themselves in a manner that was a credit to Precision Air & Heating. I would be proud to have them representing me if I had a business of this type.

I will not hesitate to use Precision Air & Heating again in the future.

I did my homework before deciding on a reputable company to replace my entire heat pump a/c unit. Laith was my salesperson, and Tony and Armando did my installation. All three of them answered any questions I had about my system, as well as the options I had. Their demeanor and professionalism were wonderful and noteworthy. I would recommend this company and the people who worked with me.

KC just left and was an awesome guy! Very nice tech answered all my questions and provided in depth review of my AC system. He offered multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each.

From the first sales call with Chad H[redacted] to the installation of our new system by Guy, Eric, James, Jeff and Davin we were totally satisfied with Precision Air and Heating. Customer service calls letting us know where we were in the process to calls letting us know the techs were on their way. They have delivered everything they promised. On time, courteous, neat working. Highly recommending Precision to all our local family and friends for their heating and cooling needs. Thank you Precision!

My experience with Precision Air & Heating dates back more than a few years. I first met one of their technicians when an A/C unit failed on one of her rental units. The technician worked until well after dark to accomplish the repair.

Since then I had them replace the A/C unit on my residence. Then I had them add insulation and attic ventilation. In every visit I have found their technicians friendly, efficient, and very competent.

Today's visit was an annual A/C inspection. Nick R. came on time, check-out the unit and reported to me that the unit was fine but the surge suppressor had failed. I had Precision Air & Heating install the suppressor last year during their annual inspection. That was a good thing because last month a car hit a power pole and caused a large power transient.

Nick explained his findings in a very clear manner. He did is work swiftly and, I am sure, competently. I didn't go up on the roof.

I'll stick with Precision Air.

Manny was very informative and well spoken. He apparently found what others had missed.

Aaron and Josh arrived on time, and were very courteous. They got right to work, and even explained what they were doing to clean the ducting in my home. I am very pleased with their work, and would recommend them to friends and family.

They were able to come out same day. The technician, Daniel M, was courteous and professional. He worked quickly and did a quality job. I would gladly recommend them in the future.

Shane H[redacted] Plumber with Precision Air and Heating.

On January 12, 2016 he came to my house to inspect and diagnose my Water Heater. My Water Heater was not heating to it's full potential. Shane checked all the different components on the Water Heater and flushed it. Lo and behold there was sediment and he adjusted my temperature.

Shane was very professional and courteous and I was very satisfied with the work he completed.

The service technician (Nick) listened carefully to the issues I noted with our two AC units and checked to see what the problems were. He explained clearly why the units were behaving the way they were and how he could fix the problems. The work was done in a professional manner and the work areas were left in good order.

We had an air conditioner failure. Chris #318018 from Precision Air came and repaired our air conditioner. Chris was a very knowledgeable and professional individual. As a result of his work, we signed up for a four year maintenance plan with Precision Air. [redacted]
