I did my homework before deciding on a reputable company to replace my entire heat pump a/c unit. Laith was my salesperson, and Tony and Armando did my installation. All three of them answered any questions I had about my system, as well as the options I had. Their demeanor and professionalism were wonderful and noteworthy. I would recommend this company and the people who worked with me.

Had precision air and heating do a estimate today and couldn't of had a nicer more polite service guy.

On the morning of 10-15-15 I noticed that my a/c had quite running. I called Precision Air & Heating that morning and by noon, Jonathan was ringing my door bell. Within 5 minutes he determined that my breaker switch had tripped and the a/c was working again. He then got on the roof to inspect the system and determined that the compressor was not operating efficiently.

His supervisor, Mike, was in the area and came by to review Jonathan's findings and offer me costs to repair/replace the unit. Both of these gentlemen conducted themselves in a manner that was a credit to Precision Air & Heating. I would be proud to have them representing me if I had a business of this type.

I will not hesitate to use Precision Air & Heating again in the future.

Nick and Eddy were the technicians that performed the PM service on my heating/cooling unit today. They both provided breakthrough customer service. Next year for my annual PM I want them to return. Nick and Eddy are one of the reasons I have a PMA contract.

I am a single female and I was worried about what company to choose and who to trust for a new A/C unit. I had received a quote so Precision Air was the second quote I received. I am amazed how professional and courteous Mike Collins was when he came to my home. Mike was very experienced and he explained everything very clearly and was so helpful in making sure I understood what I need and at the same time showed no pushy or sales tactics at all. He was genuinely more interested in helping me than making a sale. Being in sales myself, I am so appreciative of this and will always contact Precision Air for all my a/c and heating needs in the future.

We have needed a new AC unit the last few years and Mike C[redacted] from Precision Air & Cooling just made the experience stress free. Our current unit in our house is 20+ years old and isn't cooling our house down under 80 degrees. Mike was a super cool guy and made myself and my wife feel good about getting a new unit. The price quote was half the price as the quotes we got from two other companies that came out. He wasn't just trying to sell us the unit with all the bells and whistles, just the one we need. Call these dudes!

My experience with Precision Air & Heating dates back more than a few years. I first met one of their technicians when an A/C unit failed on one of her rental units. The technician worked until well after dark to accomplish the repair.

Since then I had them replace the A/C unit on my residence. Then I had them add insulation and attic ventilation. In every visit I have found their technicians friendly, efficient, and very competent.

Today's visit was an annual A/C inspection. Nick R. came on time, check-out the unit and reported to me that the unit was fine but the surge suppressor had failed. I had Precision Air & Heating install the suppressor last year during their annual inspection. That was a good thing because last month a car hit a power pole and caused a large power transient.

Nick explained his findings in a very clear manner. He did is work swiftly and, I am sure, competently. I didn't go up on the roof.

I'll stick with Precision Air.

I have been using Precision Air and Heating for a couple years now as part of a maintenance agreement I signed into after a great response and service regarding an air conditioning breakdown. The technicians who have come out to provide service since day 1 have all been great and a pleasure to do business with, as they provide recommendations but by no means push for anything unnecessary unlike most air conditioning companies tend to. Today I just had technician KC out to provide annual maintenance per my agreement and he was quick to provide assistance and support. We found an issue present with the drainage system which was addressed and repaired and KC provided me a few recommendations as well which could assist with future cooling and energy preservation in the home. Have recommended this company many times to family and friends as they are quick, experienced, and friendly. Would recommend again.

Tech was quickly able to diagnose the cooling problem with our heat pump and propose an economical short term fix to get the system up and running properly. In addition, a cost effective 4 year annual maintenance plan was proposed (no pressure to purchase) where the total cost could be applied to the purchase price of a new system if we decided to replace our old system. Great options and felt like the tech was very straightforward.

I had a problem with our AC unit not cooling.K C with Precision Air & Heating came out and took me through checking what to look for to resolve the problem.He was very good at pointing possible causes.

Our A/C was barely cooling the house and was running non-stop just to maintain an 80 degree temperature. The technician who came out on 8/10/21015 was Chris H[redacted]. He took the time to walk me through the A/C units problems. He provided the recommendations and was able to take care of the problem by replacing a capacitor and adding freon which was affordable for us. He added on our invoice a couple of options and costs for us to either have done when we can or know that at some point in the near future what we will have to repair on our aging unit which going on 13 years.
