They were able to come out same day. The technician, Daniel M, was courteous and professional. He worked quickly and did a quality job. I would gladly recommend them in the future.

Aaron and Josh arrived on time, and were very courteous. They got right to work, and even explained what they were doing to clean the ducting in my home. I am very pleased with their work, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Our A/C suddenly stopped working after normal business hours so I called Precision Air and Heating. Megan took my distress call and had a service technician at my house within the hour!

Their service technician, Aaron A[redacted] was terrific. He confirmed my suspicions and attended to replacing two capacitors which had gone bad. Our unit worked within a half hour of his arrival. However, while it was well after normal business hours, dark out and our initial issue resolved, Aaron noticed a potential problem with our fan motor. Aaron patiently explained the 'potential' issue. Then, without the 'hard sell' he very patiently took us through our alternatives and helped my wife and I reach the decision to replace the fan motor.

When he removed the fan motor, we discovered that it would likely seize up within the near future. This confirmed our decision to have him replace the fan motor.

The end result is that our A/C Condenser Fan has been purring like a kitten.

Kudos to both Megan who took our call and to Aaron A[redacted] for a job very well done.

I had a plumbing problem with the sink in my master bath and Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful. He addressed the problem and fixed it quickly.

First off I would like to say precision has always treated me and my family with intergety. I have also have had the opportunity to have good quality service from all tech a special thanks to mike and manny who came out to do a routine maintenance on my unit. they both gave be a ball park range on repairing vs replacing thanks to precision for such outstanding service!

The service technician (Nick) listened carefully to the issues I noted with our two AC units and checked to see what the problems were. He explained clearly why the units were behaving the way they were and how he could fix the problems. The work was done in a professional manner and the work areas were left in good order.

On January 12, 2016 he came to my house to inspect and diagnose my Water Heater. My Water Heater was not heating to it's full potential. Shane checked all the different components on the Water Heater and flushed it. Lo and behold there was sediment and he adjusted my temperature.

Shane was very professional and courteous and I was very satisfied with the work he completed.

I had been watching Precision's televion ad for some time and decided to investigate. I naturally came to the Revdex.com site and found no bad reviews. I made an appointment and was pleased with the professionalism of the phone personnel and the technician assigned to our job. I was pleased enough to purchase the four year maintence agreement in addition to the work we had done.

I had 2 technicians show up on time for two separate jobs. Chris H[redacted] worked on my AC unit and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and did a through job with my AC unit. Daniel M[redacted] worked on my water heater and did a great job with the repairs needed. He advised me of the repairs that were needed and what it would cost before doing the work.I felt they were honest and upfront with all the repairs. I would recommend Precision Air for all your plumbing and Air conditioning needs.

I wanted to say how great Precision is. We've been using them for over 12 years and today, our hot water heater died. I called before 7a this morning, spoke with Anna and she had a tech here by 1p; it would have been sooner but I wasn't available.

Cameron was WONDERFUL! He explained everything, confirmed the water heater was toast and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate to replace it and the re-circulation pump. He was thorough, knowledgeable and even made sure to tell me when he ran into an issue that added to the previously quoted price. He was here most of the afternoon. Thanks for the great service!

I have been using Precision Air & Heating for several years but this is my first review. The technician who came to my house was Nick & he did an awesome job. He was knowledgeable, professional, & had an overall good demeanor. Nick took the time to explain in detail the services he was providing & advised me how well my A/C unit was functioning. Its employees like this who display this type of customer service that will keep me as a customer of Precision Air & Heating.

Precision Air & Heating did a great job with my two A/C units. The technician Chris H addressed not only all of the home inspection items, but addressed additional items that weren't noted as well during the service call. Today Jacob(Jake) came out and diagnosed the issue immediately his supervisor Mike came by on a routine follow up and was just as nice as Jake. It's warm now and my wife loves me again. Precision Air was courteous on the phone & gave thorough explanations. Manny the service tech was also very polite & thorough with his explanations. He only did the work he said he'd do. We were happy with the work he did today. The company's pricing was acceptable to us.
