Precision Door Service

Had an issue with our double garage door ... would not close properly. Called Precision Door and two technicians came out same day, within 3 hours of my initial phone call. They completed a thorough tune-up, including roller replacement.

My appointment was scheduled between 12 to 2 p.m. on 3/2/15 after no one called or showed I called their office to find out that my service call was canceled. Turns out it was a mistake and another tech was sent out shortly thereafter and he fixed all the problems with my two garage doors. He was excellent in his diagnosis and repairs and I might add, very professional and courteous. Thank you for your excellent service and I would recommend you to my neighbors.

I recently had my 20 year old garage door close on my car as I was backing out. It damaged the door beyond repair. As a consequence, I could not get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door which was recommended by a friend. they came out that Friday evening to help me get my car out of the garage and secure it. We had to order a new door and opener. The service was prompt and the technicians were knowledgeable and helpful in all transactions. No charge for the service call. Excellent customer service!

I trust our serviceman. He has been to our home before and did replacement work. He cleans up after himself which I really appreciate. He is very polite and friendly and gets down to business. No killing time. He knows what he's doing.

Daniel, the technician from Precision contacted me about 15 minutes before my appointment time to let me know he was on his way, he arrived promptly for a service call, quickly assessed the problem I was experiencing with my garage door opener and gave me a choice of options. I really appreciated Daniel’s attention to detail, the easy to understand way he explained how the problem occurred and what my choices were. I have already recommended Daniel to a neighbor who saw the service truck outside my house. As I told my neighbor, I felt totally comfortable with Daniel and confident that he did an excellent job for me.

I recently had Precision come out on a service call and was told that my 17year old door needed new motor, springs and rollers. I did all the work and the door is great and works fine now...very quiet. The service guys were very professional and did a good job in a short period of time. They were very respectful. However, the cost is not cheap. I called another company and they thought I paid a lot for the job...a little too much by a few hundred dollars.

This was the second time we have used Precision Door Services. We needed a new panel on one of the garage doors. We called 3 places to get quotes and precision were the only ones that showed up. We were very pleased with our service back in June, 2015. Our technician Chris L-Bays was easy to work with. We called Friday night and he was there by 9:00 the next morning. New the products he was offering us. The best part, we had called other Garage Door services, got prices and the matched the best price. Thanks you Precision Door Service.

We have spoken with the manufacturer on this matter. They have assured us the panels are ordered and will be delivered to us 10/26/2016. We are working very closely with the manufacturer to ensure the panels are not miscut again. We have spoken with Mr[redacted] at great length in regards to this...

matter as well. So far he is pleased with the communication he is receiving. As long as the replacement panel is installed this week without further complications, this matter will be resolved. We will be able to update this once the panels are installed.

Thank you for the feedback. You purchased an online door service special which includes a lubrication and upgrade of Nylon rollers. Upon our arrival, you informed our technician of issues your door was experiencing. At no point in booking the service did you mention the door having other issues. You...

pointed out where the door was binding and asked what could be done and our technician offered to adjust the track out to stop the door from grinding into the concrete stem wall. We also noticed the force settings were well beyond the manufactures specs (9) and adjusted them to a proper setting (3-4). Upon further inspection, our technician noticed a creased section in your door and was thorough enough to point it out to you and make recommendations on replacing them. You also informed our technician that another company was just out there at night and were unable to fix the problem. I am not going to point my finger and say they were the ones who turned the force settings up which is known to buckle garage doors instantly, but it was not us.

The best quality service from technician to company service as well. 1000% satisfied. Same day service. One of the best experience with a company I ever had. Technician's knowledge and services the best I found. One really happy customer. Will always spread the word of how perfesonl precision garage door service is from start to finish. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about the current problems of our door. He explained very well the problems and causes. He then sat down with to discuss options to fix the problem. We settled on a new door. This was a very pleasurable experience. I recommend Precision and Daniel very highly.

This dispute has been resolved per the attached work order.  A brand new craftsman garage door opener was installed to correct the problem.  Customer has verbally accepted solution.  pls see attached workorder
