Very prompt and courteous service technician. Resolved the problem quickly and gave timely advice regarding maintenance.

Daniel from Precision Garage Door came out to repair our garage door opener. He was professional, polite, knowledge and explained everything as he did a wonderful job.

In response to Mr. [redacted], we still stand by our invoice which Mr. [redacted] singed both before and after the service was completed agreeing to the payment of $2,099.72. As a gesture of goodwill we are offering Mr. [redacted] a refund of $400.  At this time, we would like to extend this offer to Mr. [redacted] to reduce the overall price back down to the price of $1,700 Mr. [redacted]'s originally asked for in his complaint. We attempted to reach Mr. [redacted] but were unsuccessful in our attempts. To conclude, we are agreeing to meet Mr. [redacted]'s demands in the interest of hereby resolving this complaint.

My garage door looked like an accordion, and Precision Doors was recommended to me. Jess (technician) and Ryan (regional manager) arrived to my home on time. They were very thorough in assessing that the door needed to be replaced. They covered all options with me, and helped me make the best decision for the circumstances. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

I called Precision Garage Doors when my garage door quit opening. They sent [redacted] out. he was prompt, professional and explained every detail of the workings of my door. He then gave me a few different options on how to proceed. Once we choose our 'plan of attack' he got right to it. The whole appointment took about an hour, he cleaned up after himself and let my wife and I with what seems like a brand new working garage door. We will definitely recommend him to others and we will be contacting him in the future to take a peek at some of our garage doors we have at a few of our rental properties. Called Precision at 8:30 am and they were at my home at 9:30 as promised. They installed a new garage door motor and screw drive in 1 1/2 hours---Robin, the technician, was knowledgeable, laid out my options, and efficient in the installation work. I will definitely use them again and rate them as excdellent.

Having used Precision Door Service six years earlier, I called them when the door cables looked frayed. The old invoice said "lifetime warranty" on the springs and cables. They came out the next morning repair the cables and serviced the door all for only a $99 labor/service charge. The tech. was professional, clean and friendly. His truck was even clean and nice looking showing a pride in what they do.

I would highly recommend this company.

Patrick (technician) was prompt, very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided a concise, well reasoned assessment of existing equipment and offered a range of solutions. He accomplished a full rebuild and replacement of garage opener... very efficiently and briefed me on operations/maintenance... I am very pleased.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was not having other issues with the door.  All I wanted was maintenance.  AGAIN, I specifically told the technician NOT to close the door the entire way if it would cause damage to the door.  In fact, I told him that more than once.  I was surprised when he closed it all the way to the bottom after I had asked him not to harm the door.  The technician was not honest with his employer; in fact, he TOLD ME he might have caused the crease himself when he closed the door.  If the settings were too high (which I actually suspect the Precision technician did, not the person who worked on the door two years ago), the door had functioned just fine for TWO YEARS without buckling until Precision's technician forced the door closed and caused it to buckle.  This is horrible customer service, when you choose to believe an employee who is trying to avoid responsibility for damaging a customer's property.  Perhaps he was too busy trying to entertain his son who had come to work with him, rather than paying attention to his job.  I should not have allowed the technician to be alone while he worked on the door, I will certainly never allow any workman to perform any work on my home unattended again.   I do not accept this denial of responsibility when there was no damage to the door prior to Precision's work.  As I said, the door had no problems other than noisiness and the fact that it stopped short of the bottom for two years, until Precision forced the door to close and caused the damage.  To accuse the customer of lying, while accepting the technician's dishonest report, is appalling.  I am a fraud investigator and will be seeking redress through other channels since you choose to deny your employee's damage to my property.Regards,[redacted]

I am completely satisfied with my experience with Precision Door Service. The technician was skilled, prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and had my best interest at heart. Precision Door stood by a 6+ year-old email warranty and gave me a substantial reduction in cost.

My tech Jorge arrived right on time. He was courteous, very professional, and he knew his stuff. He didn't waste anytime. He quickly took care of the problem and answered all of my questions. I was able to leave for my trip right on time. I will recommend Precision and Jorge to all my friends, neighbors and colleagues.

Replacement of broken garage door spring.

Your Technician, [redacted] was great. He was very professional and explained everything to me and talked with my husband over the phone, while he was still at work. Tim made his suggestions to replace the springs with each option. But no high pressure sales pitch.

He put new wheels on garage door and sprayed everything with the silicon spray. He explained to me that wheels, hinges on door and the springs need to be sprayed 4 times a year with silicon spray. He recommended Liquid Wrench. He told me I could find the spray at [redacted].

He was very through and cleaned up and removed old spring before he left.

I definitely would recommend Precision garage door company.

I ran into trouble adjusting my garage door opener settings. I found this company on the internet and took a chance calling them. My garage door springs were adjusted and the technician fixed my incorrect adjustments in about an hour. I think his adjustment of the counterbalancing springs probably will extend the life of my opener by several years. I was pleased because the job was done on a Saturday and ahead of the promised time. Technician Matthew was very competent.

Professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.
In the process of selling our family home of over 20 years and moving into our retirement home, we have had our fair share of many service and repair companies. From start to finish it was a pleasure doing business with Precision Door Service. Thank you

Precision door did a Great Job and showed up within the 2 hour window. The Technician Rick did an Outstanding Job!! He was very knowledgeable about garage door problems like the one I was dealing with.

We had a two car garage door installed and also a 1/2 garage door installed. The 1/2 door worked just great, the two car door would work every now and then, it got to the point that we had to try several times to get the door closed and could not leave the house until the door was closed, I called the company out and of course that day the door worked like it was supposed to, they charged me $85 and went on there way. The next day it started doing it again. I fought this door for the next three years when I got fed up with operation I went to there office and complained about this door. They sent out a new person and immediately he saw what was wrong, for one thing the pin in the door did not have a cotter pin in it and the wires in th motor were not installed correctly, he fixed both items and then that door problem was solved. He pulled the rope to disengage the door and the rope broke, he tied another rope on to this one and all was good. Two weeks ago we lost electricity in our house and we had to leave so I pulled on the rope to disengage the door and the rope broke I pulled on the other door and that rope broke also. I called the company again and they came out yesterday (3/9/16), the guy told me they could not install a new rope as with this system it was not possible, they could only tie another piece of rope onto the broken one, and charge me $99 to do that. I told the person that was not a fix because the next time we lost powe and I had to pull on the rope it was going to break, he admitted that was so but there was nothing else he could do, so I told him to forget doing anything and I would not recommend this co to anyone.

Our service tech showed up on time and in a company issued service truck. It was clean and organized and he had everything needed to perform the required service. He gave me three options that I could choose from which I liked very much. My garage door (15 years old) had a broken spring and I chose to have him install an additional spring, replace the worn bearings and replace all the door rollers plus the cables. The work was done very professionally without wasting any time. I will use them again should the need ever arise.
