Just booked a 3 star room on Priceline and once it was revealed, it was actually a property they had named as a 2.5 star room. When I called to exchange or I get the non-cancellable clause in the terms, but I think false or misleading advertising should warrant an exchange or refund. We are trusting in their descriptions of what properties are included in various star ratings. Not using Priceline again.

Here is the problem.  I booked the tickets through k[redacted], which you own.  In [redacted] there is a field asking for how many adults and how many children up to age 11 so you think you are getting a children's fare. When I spoke to your Priceline representative I asked her specifically if I purchased 2 children's fares that I stated on [redacted]  She told me to hold and after several minutes came back on the phone and said I purchased adult fares.  If you do not accept children's fares, why did she have to even check?  Seems very fishy to me.  Feel free to check the recording and see if I am right!

I am rejecting this response because:
I would be more than happy for the Revdex.com to contact the manager at the hotel. As indicated from the beginning , I never requested a full refund on the one room when I called to cancel, even though it was only 3 hours past the allowed time . The Priceline representative offered to call the business and ask them to waive the fee. Since I had just hung up from them and knew they would , I was surprised by the response from the Priceline rep. The fact is that Priceline NEVER called the business, never spoke to any manager there and NEVER. Had a recording of the alleged call. They continued to lead me to believe that if I could get the hotel to agree to a refund I would intact receive one. Now that I have spent many hours in the phone and email proving the hotel in fact is happy to have Priceline refund the money, the response now changes to "read the cancelation policy ". 
Thank you to everyone at the Revdex.com for the time spent helping in this matter . It appears that Priceline is running a shoddy practice and rewrds it's employees if they lie to their customers . I sure hope that, at the bare minimum , this complaint will remain online for others to see if they are considering doing business with this "company".
